We had a great experience with freedom hearing & air. The technician was prompt, kind, and very thorough. He solved our problem and the cost was fair.

I went in Facebook and looked at 6 heating and air company's I decide on Freedom Heating and Air the other 5 company's came out and just told me the amount it would cost gave little or not detail information. With Hector@freedom Explained in detail the whole process of installing a new system answered all my question very professional and knowledgeable of the Heating and air services.

He did pressure me to buy a system I called him back and said to I am ready and the came in did the replacement of my system and his crew and him did a Awesome job replacing my air conditioning system great professional and fast it took one day I'm so happy to say that I will continue doing business with freedom heating and air For services on my air conditioning system maintenance. Excellent service and very personable staff members. Have not experienced anything but great professional service with super results. We're extremely happy with Freedom Heating & Air as well as the Tran unit that replaced our old unit. Freedom also redid all our air ducts and tubes when the new Tran unit was installed. The difference has been remarkable. Freedom has earned a 5.0 in my book. I highly recommend them. This company is based on Christian principles. May the Lord continue to greatly bless them.

Yesterday Nicholas Gomez came over and provided an excellent service. Although he wasn't able to resolve the issue because it will requiere service from a certified plumber, NICHOLAS responded to all our needs within the capabilities that he was able to do so. We are looking forward to using his services again. Because a good company is only the reflexion of the professional workers that it has.

I called Freedom ac & heating after reading the reviews and watching the company video. They were very professional from scheduling with Susie to Frank G completing the job. They were able to come out the same day. I initially scheduled for an afternoon appt and was later contacted to see if I wanted an earlier appt due to a cancellation. Frank arrived on time, with a mask on and was very informative and professional throughout the entire time.

I felt very comfortable with his thoroughness, repair and suggestions so much that I purchased a maintenance plan to continue to have this company maintain my unit. Frank was very considerate of not only my concerns, but also of my property. I was comfortable with the price that I paid as well. I felt like Frank was honest and the company is fair and not a price gouger, which is rare.

Freedom Heating and Air has been a godsend this summer. We have had struggling AC units in our home for several years. This year, we knew at least one needed to be replaced. We got quotes from several companies, but decided that Freedom gave us the best quality and warranty for the money. To start with, they came out and did a thorough analysis of our systems and gave a comprehensive report that detailed the issues, as well as quotes for repair or replacement.

The service manager spent a long time patiently answering all of our questions and working with us so that we completely understood our options. Upon installation, the team came out and replaced both of our units in one day. They were very courteous and respectful. These guys worked non-stop and knew what they were doing. They were able to fix problems we didn't even know we had since the construction of our home.

They do not gouge the customer. They size up the problem and estimate the cost of parts and labor. They fix the problem and there has been no necessity to call them back for a faulty repair. They installed a new air conditioner and heater last August, applying as many rebates to lower the cost as they could. They worked all day, taking very few. breaks. Cleaning up afterward.

The latest repair was to the heating system in a guest house on my property. The fault was quickly determined. The tech was very friendly and took the time to explain the repair. I am very pleased with this family owned company. I no longer have to shop for a reputable AC business.

I received a call from my tenant last night stating that the A/C was not cooling and temp was stagnant at 99 degrees. I tried calling my usual repairman and he didn't answer so I called Freedom Heating Air because they were located near the rental property. I got an immediate friendly answer and was able to pay over the phone. The guy that serviced the unit, called and let me know what was needed and was very reassuring. All in all, the cost was reasonable, the unit cooled off and my tenant was happy and comfortable. I couldn't have had a better outcome. Freedom saved me and my tenant!

Great, reliable service! Michael Cervantes came out this past Saturday to service our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable with any questions I had. Overall the service was great.

I have received horrible service with freedom cooling located in Lancaster Texas. There was a new unit installed which quit working the same day, technician came back out got it working. Couple days later the unit went out again. I called several times stating issue and was told they don't work on Sundays which left me and my family suffering in 100 degree heat waiting to get appointment. Called the next day and was told they had to get approval from landlord to come back and fix something that they installed. This company sucks and I would not recommend anyone to render service from them.

The service tech was nice and friendly but I believe he had no idea what was wrong with my system. He was focused on selling me the most expensive replacement unit ever. Another company came out and it was a whole different issue 90% cheaper than what was quoted. I would be careful with this company

We have used Freedom Heating &a Air for several years now and have always been very pleased. They always do a great job, they are courteous and professional and they deal well with whatever upheavals may occur in our home while they are on site. They also service our business locations and arrive promptly and communicate well as to the problems and solutions. Hector knows how to determine the best unit for the situation and we have quiet, efficient units at our home and newest business location.

I have delayed writing anything about our experience with Freedom Heating & Air until we received a few electric bills. After many visits from other companies trying to fix our a/c problems, we called Hector to learn more about the ductless Mitsubishi system. We are SO glad we did! Hector was very knowledgeable about the system and answered all the questions we had.

They were able to install the system within the week and there were no surprises. His crew was the absolute best that we have ever dealt with.they were extremely courteous and professional. Nothing was done until we were asked if it was okay. AND they cleaned up ALL the debris that was caused from the installation. I think they left the house cleaner than it was before they came.

There is a good reason why Freedom Heating & Air is a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. Don't do business with anyone else. And what about our electric bills? They just keep going down! We have compared them to same time last year and they have been consistently $200/month less than when our force air units were running 24/7 and we were always hot. Now we are cool and comfortable, sometimes cold! The system is so quiet, too. Many times we have to check to make sure it's running. BEST DESICION EVER!

We got referred to Freedom Heating & Air by a close friend who had nothing but positive things to say about the company. We went ahead & got the quote & work completed within a week. Awesome customer service! Hector explained everything in detail & he obviously knows what he is doing. His staff all introduced themselves when they came to complete the work & were meticulous about using a drop cloth & ensuring our house was left tidy.

They were very flexible with the day/time to complete the work (our schedules are pretty crazy!) & they worked late into the evening ensuring the work was done. So far the AC is working great! Very reasonably priced as well. No hesitation in recommending this company.
