Founded by brothers, Mark and Kent Ellis, Ellis Air Conditioning & Heating began in 1975 with one truck and one vision - to provide the area with the best service in the industry. Now, over 40 years later, hardly a day goes by that you don't see a big white truck with "ELLIS AIR" on the side, driving by on its way to another service call.The brothers recall, "It wasn't easy in the beginning, but like all small businesses, it takes perseverance - and our parents made sure we had plenty of that. We know now how lucky we were to have their support. There have been some real changes around here since then - it has been great to be a part of the growth."

Dickie (service technician) was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Dickie did not leave until the AC unit was fixed. He explained the situation and and explained the repairs he had to make to fix the unit. Customer service was great from the time I called to make the appointment until the job was complete. I would use the Ellis Air team again and would request Dickie to do the job.

My experience with Ellis air was great which is why I'm writing this review something I never do. The best part about it was the price, speed, and service were all great. They came after my furnace stopped working they diagnosed the problem while they were there, had me a price to fix it and a day scheduled to come fix it all before they left. Sammy and Dusty showed up to do the install on time and knocked it out.
They were friendly and polite. They cleaned the areas they were working so well I felt like I needed to clean the rest of the house once they were finished it looked better then when they got here. I would strongly recommend getting Ellis air to to a look at your system if you are having issues or need a replacement you will not be disappointed!

We have had a couple of different times where we lost A/C at the worst times and they have been able to come in and fix in one case and replace in another same day. When it is 100+ degrees and you get same day service I think that is hard to beat. They have always been upfront and honest about costs and I trust them and that is very important to my family and I.

Ellis air conditioning is awesome. They were very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable in air conditioning. My AC needs were met in a quickly and timely manner. I have not had any issues since, but if I do there is comfort in knowing I have such amazing team of experts just one call away. Thank you for you care and dedication to your customers. I was referred to Ellis Air Conditioning by my neighbor. I did not know the age of my air conditioning system when Ellis arrived to repair it. The technician let me know what was wrong in a timely manner. The technician also let me know before the repair that my carrier unit was still under a manufacturer's warranty.

I searched for air conditioning repair Dallas TX on Google and several companies came up. I called 3 companies to come give me a quote on repairing my carrier air conditioner. The first one advertised No Service Call, I would have been better off paying for 5 of Ellis Air conditioning's service calls. The No Service Call company found several unnecessary things to charge me for.

Thank you Ellis Air Conditioning, my new system is so much more comfortable than my old one. I am keeping the temperature on 76 deg. now rather than 72 like on my old system. An immediate drop in my electric bill of about 50% is much appreciated, I can't believe my old system used that much more electricity. Thanks again, I will be buying the same one for my mother soon.
