We used All American Heating and Air in 2021 to install our new Trane system. The sales process and installation was great. Today we had an issue when the system suddenly stopped cooling. I called around 3:00 on a Friday and the tech was out to unclog our drain line within an hour and a half! Jonathan was prompt and professional and was able to complete the repair quickly. We really appreciate the quality of service they offer and how prompt they are for their customers.

The technician was right on time. He was very efficient and checked out my system in and outside. I'm very pleased with this company. Although he found no problems I'm hoping that should issues develop later that the service is as good as this time.

Technician was running early and called ahead of time. He was thorough in going over our HVAC and took some time to explain what he was checking. It's amazing how dirty those exterior cooling coils get in a year! The maintenance call was part of our service plan so no charge for this particular service. I've been very pleased with All American Heating and Air.

I received a call from reception in advance of my Tech showing up to give me a heads up on the time they would be arriving. She was very pleasant and helped me with some questions. Great company and the customer service is fantastic! I have been using this company for about 12 years now. When I'm in doubt Natalie from customer experience is always there to help with my concerns. I value the process that this company has when they service my HVAC units. I get a text message when the technician is on their way. They always wear foot pads to protect my floors and they are masked. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Woke up to a blank screen on my upstairs thermostat and was concerned of upcoming inclement weather and cold temperatures. Called All American (who installed my new gas heat upstairs last year replacing heat pump) at 8:30am and spoke with Nathalie. Technician Grayson arrived within an hour and had my issue diagnosed and corrected before 10am. Very appreciative of their professionalism, promptness and overall service. A++++

All American Heating and Air is hands down the best heating and air service company we have ever used.and we've used a lot owning 2 businesses and our home. They are very responsive to your calls, so friendly and courteous! We absolutely LOVE DJ! He is so respectful of our home and our time. Our home isn't the easiest to detect where issues in our heating/air might be, but DJ is so thorough and makes sure we know about every issue he sees (honestly) and the costs involved in fixing it. This is the company to use! They are honest, fair-priced, and perform great work. My heat recently went out and I had another company come out and "fix" the problem. Three days later the heat went out again. That same company came out for 2.5 hours to try to solve the problem for the second time, but could not figure out what was wrong with my unit.

They then told us that we should get a completely new system. I had multiple people come give us quotes. The last person to stop by was Ryan with All American Heating & Air. He was extremely friendly and honest and told me that I didn't need to spend thousands on an entirely new unit and that they can come out and fix the problem. The next morning Jonathan came out to take a look at the unit and right away I could tell he was genuine and extremely knowledgeable on all things HVAC.

He fixed the problem quickly and stayed a little longer to make sure the heat was consistently running properly. I am so pleased with All American Heating & Air and will be using them in the future for all of my HVAC needs!

Unfortunately our heat went out during a cold part of the winter. We had another HVAC company come look at it and they told us it would cost $1000 to fix it, and they would not have the part in stock for 2 months. All American was able to come out same day, for a couple hundred less. They were at my house in less than an hour. Heat was up and running 30 min after that.

Our techs name was DJ. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. He knew what was wrong immediately and was able to fix it quickly. He was respectful of our time and our home and even met our dogs. It is clear to me that this business cares about their customers and their employees. I highly recommend anyone in the area to use this company if they ever find themselves in need of HVAC repair. Thank you DJ!

We have been a customer of All American Heating & Air for more than 10 years. Their level of service and commitment to the client is superb. If and when we have had a question or needed immediate service, they have responded immediately. Recently our experience with DJ, Technician, was fantastic! He was most through in his scheduled Maintenance visit.

He explained in great detail each task he performed and made a few suggestions which would enhance the operation of our systems. DJ clearly wishes for the best HVAC for his customers.

Always professional and quick. They've replaced and then maintained both zones of our HVAC system as well as a previously installed mini-split. The recent maintenance visit was done by DJ was was quick, courteous, and patient to explain everything he was doing and found. Excellent service. Had an issue with no heat. Called in to schedule a service call. Office said they could have someone there between 10-1 and about 10AM, Jonathan was there. Called to let us know he was on his way. Turned out out was a motor/blower. He did not have the part on his truck. Located the part and said he would pick it up and after his other calls would be back to fix it before the end of the day. Around 5PM he returned and replaced part and we were back in business. Jonathan was very professional. Excellent service and All American is very responsive.

We have been working with All American for multiple years for the maintenance of our heating and air systems. We have been very happy with their service on each visit. They are always on time and take the time needed to make sure our systems are working as they should be. Last year we needed a new hot water heater and they quickly responded to find out what we needed and provided us with options. First time using All American. Excellent service from DJ today. I was pretty sure it was a blown capacitor and requested a refrigerant check, as well. DJ confirmed the faulty cap and replaced it with one from his truck. He was very thorough and checked the loads on the outside condenser fan and inside blower, as well as confirming expected cooling differential after the repair. Refrigerant pressure checked out fine. Great experience overall. I will be using them next time I need service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. These are the facts: these people changed our motor the summer of 2019. The warranty was for an year. December 2020 our heating stopped working. The tech from this company came out, spent about 45 mins diagnosing the problem, told us it's probably the motor, but he wasn't sure what the problem was. He simply couldn't get the motor to work.

He advised us to change the whole system, and their furnace replacement specialist came over and quote us a price (which is very very expensive). My husband got really frustrated. We were told that while the tech could not diagnose the problem, he still charged for diagnosis time. He steered us into a direction that would have costs us a lot of money without knowing what the problem actually was.

The tech blamed the issue on a motor that's an year and half old. After the tech left, my husband took matter in his own hands. Identified the issue in about 15 mins. Ordered the broken part off eBay for 28$. Installed in about 20 mins and now we have a fully functioning AC/heating for 28$. The option of changing the whole system should only be suggested if that is necessary.

If you as specialist know that is the issue. My husband told me the broken piece was in plain view. See picture. Also if you cannot diagnose a problem it's basically unethical to charge money for diagnosis. The whole thing reeks of incompetence. We did get the money back for the diagnosis, after we informed them of what happened after they left.

Sure they wear shoe covers and are punctual. Which is nice. But the tech needs additional training for sure. Should my husband have been less handy we would have ended up spending thousands of dollars which we didn't need to spend. Moreover we would have had to pay to have the whole system replaced because of an issue blamed on a part that they sold us and was an year and half old. And that's the true problem.

Scheduled a consult a week ago. The technician that came (Bryan or Ryan) reviewed options with me & said he would see the options & pricing via email to me. I have yet to receive an email or call from this company for follow up. I will not chase a company to spend my $, if prior to they demonstrate lack of follow through. Disappointed because others highly recommended them

We use them several times a year. They are reliable and do what they say they are going to do. They stand behind their work and we are pleased with them. They are a small company. They originally solicited us and we have been using them for 3 or 4 years. They have done a couple of repairs in addition to the maintenance and they were very prompt and did a good job. Their prices are fair.

I used All American for the past 3 years to service my HVAC twice annually. The winter cleaning found that the heat exchanger had cracked to the point it needed to be replaced. Due to the age of the unit and the fact that it was no longer under warranty, I chose to replace the whole unit.

Excellent service. I called on a Saturday. They offered to come out on Sunday but I deferred until Monday. The technician was on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided good information and make repairs quickly. He also provided info I need to know about future needs of our A/C system. I would highly recommend.

We had major systems problems this past week-end. I reached All American on Sunday, using the phone# in the St Francis bulletin and they were at the house by 3 pm. They diagnosed that the compressor had failed and professionally stated on top of the problem returning at 9 am Monday with all of the needed parts to handle the issues.

I strongly recommend All American Heating & Air to anyone because of their honesty, professionalism, and punctuality. My A/C quit working and I made an appointment with office staff, Nick. Chris Hobcroft, the technician, showed up punctually on Monday. He is knowledgeable and progressively diagnosed the problems from the simplest and least expensive component and up: the transformer, the capacitor, and finally the circuitboard.

He explained to me the process and his recommendation in simple language. Once I agreed, he repaired the AC quickly and efficiently. Their service was simply impressive, starting with scheduling with Nick, the cheerful dialog with Tamany, the dispatcher, with Don and the repair by Chris. This was the best and most pleasant experience I ever had from any repair service I had before. I will only use these guys for A/C and heating repairs from now on. Reviewed by Dr. Max Cheung.

This is the first review I've written and it's because I just had the best experience with All American. My furnace stopped working last night, so I put in a claim with American Home Shield (AHS). The first available service appointment was tomorrow afternoon, so I proceeded with an out of network provider. I remembered receiving a promotional magnet in the mail that waived the $89 service call fee, so I called All American.

Not only did they fit me in within 30 minutes of my call even though they were about to close due to the weather, Russell fixed my ingitor for a reasonable fee. I paid $140 for everything, which is only $15 more than the service fee through AHS. For an extra $15, I received amazing, efficient service and now have heat before our impending ice storm. Let me make this easy for you: if you're looking for residential heating & AC work, these guys need to be your first call. I've needed them twice in the past 3 months; once for my AC and again this week for my heat. Each time, I called and spoke to an incredibly helpful dispatch person who had a tech at my home by the end of the day. They were quick, courteous, and were there when we needed them.

The only thing keeping them from going any higher is something that seems common in these types of companies. They seem to do nothing to combat my own ignorance. The bill for my heating service was $300, which included parts and labor. For me, that seems like a lot for what seemed to be a fairly innocuous problem, judging by the amount of time spent fixing it.

But honestly, I don't do this every day. I truly have no idea how much parts cost for heating systems, nor do I understand how to fix them. It's the same situation with an auto repair tech. They could say my rotary gerder needed calibration, and that it costs $300 to calibrate. What do I know? The more these types of business can be upfront on cost (Why does the part cost so much? What does it do? Why does the entire piece need to be replaced?), the higher their rating will be.
