We used this company many years ago for siding, windows and roof and we were very satisfied. We recently contacted them for a new build house that we need siding and roof for and at first they wouldn't return our messages or phone calls. Today after finally getting ahold of them, they told my husband they were not interested in doing our project.

Elite Exteriors updated our home with new siding and gutters a few years back. Their quality and service while completing that job was top notch. Recently we had a piece of siding come down due to strong storms in our area. Left a voicemail in the evening, and Jared sent me a text the next morning and let me know he would have someone out right away to handle the repairs. Job was completed within 24hrs. I needed only a very small portion of nearly impossible to obtain siding, so as a last resort I called Elite. As a competitor I was unsure if they would sell to me but all of the local distributors have omitted this particular brand from their stock and couldn't help me. Jared Salvary was awesome from the start! He was very attentive and was able to get the product within a couple of weeks so I could finish up the project! Called Elite Exteriors that installed out siding 21yrs ago. The next day(today) they had Vanis come out to make a small repair at no charge! I have used them for everything from siding and our windows. I will not use anyone else! They are GREAT! and Vanis did a small repair on the roof chimney with a smile on his face. Great service! Good luck getting a sales person to visit your home, they are only available till 3pm. We need to work to pay for windows, offer later appointment times like your competitors. They also don't show up when promised. My wife left a voice message at the number they provided to confirm the date and time. she also received a text message confirming the date and time.

But no one showed up. She called the same number and spoke to the salesman who claimed to be at the office who stated he did not check that voice mail box so did not get the confirmation. My wife and I both took off work to meet him, and he didn't even apologize for his incompetency. If they can't be bothered to show up for an appointment why would we bother giving them money to perform any work. My opinion, go with one of the 20+ companies in town, I am.

We had this company put windows in two of the floors in our house over fifteen years ago. Worst mistake we made on home improvements. The top of the double pane windows are all foggy and have moisture in them. The bottom of half the windows don't drain correctly and dirt collects. The north side of our house is freezing in the winter because the windows are so cold.

When I originally called I was told the service fee was $110 even though we supposedly had a lifetime warranty. We didn't read the fine print. I would never buy from this company. Our windows from Omaha Door and Window, which are older, are great. No problems at all. We should have spent more and gotten a higher quality window.

Elite Exteriors has always done right by us. We've used on three homes now.windows, siding, roofing, soffits and fascia. Timely service with a reasonable budget. And when asked for some refinements, Rich and his crew came through.

From the day I called Robert Ringer to give me an estimate on siding and windows working with Elite exteriors was great! Robert was able to set an appt. quickly and arrive on time. He was able to have the estimate to me instantly. I did some add ons and Robert was able to adjust estimate quickly.

I hired Elite Exteriors after another roofer I hired destroyed our gutters. The Elite guys were very responsive and did a great job on the house. As someone who works in the commercial contracting world I can say from experience their craftsmanship was top-notch.

I think Elite Exteriors do fantastic work with both siding and windows! I love my house! Most neighbors believe we have the best looking house on the block!

They took partial payment 6 months went by and never did the work. I complained and they told me they had 2 years to do the work by law. I asked for a refund and the very next day they said the new siding had just came in that day.
