FlooringKing has worked on our living room hardwood floors and did an excellent job. The slats of wood had pulled away from each other in certain areas and they were able to restore it to perfect condition. The workmen were neat and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

We had our initial hardwood floors installed by these guys years ago and partially refinished a few weeks ago. The quality of their work then and now is outstanding. Working with FlooringKing was a pleasure - excellent communication, punctuality and fair prices for meticulous work. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this company. From the time I walked in the door, the owner greeted me personally and spoke to me before he even asked about my flooring needs. These guys spent three days matching some porch tiles for me and went above and beyond finding what I needed, even though the tile was discontinued. They were able to give me a more than fair price on the tiles for my porch and included some extras for future repairs, if needed. This company treats you like a family member.

I received great customer service upon entering the business. Everyone was super kind and attentive. I ordered wood floors that were of good quality. The installers they recommended were professional and fast at getting the job done! I am really happy with my purchase and recommend them to anyone that's looking for flooring.

These guys are great - timely, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Team is wonderful. Theye let me test out different stains after they sanded everything down so I could be sure I knew what I was getting, and he kept me updated through the whole process, sending photos after each step. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the result! My floors look awesome. Would 100% recommend it.

This is my second time using Flooring King. Both times I've had a great experience. A guy came out to measure and shortly after the Salesman was able to give me a quote. The work crew that came out finished before the timeframe that I was given and was very pleasant and nice to work with. I've had a great experience with good quality work.

We were looking to floor our whole new build house and Flooring King was by far the best value and best quality. There was a wide range of products to choose from and we had plenty of time discussing our choices with Antonio. They are very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best floor for us. Our move in date got moved a week later but Flooring King still made sure the floors were ready a week later for us to move in.

Right from getting the keys, our house was busy being floored and everyday I went back to the house more had been done. The quality of the floors themselves are amazing and the labor that goes into the floor, particularly Brian laying our LVT is outstanding. Not only do they provide a high quality speedy service, they are all so chatty and friendly. It was never awkward being in the house at the same time as any of them and we had a good laugh! Thank you to all of the team for making our first home so beautiful.

Brilliant service from Flooring King. We recently had vinyl laid in our three toilets. Antonio was very responsive when contacted and extremely helpful in helping us choose what we wanted. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience in what would look best. There was no waiting around. Antonio managed to fit us in very fast and even came out at the weekend to do it. Brian gutted our vinyl.

He was very friendly and did a sterling job. He double checked exactly what we wanted and even cleared away and hoovered once fitting was completed. We would definitely use Flooring King again. Keep up the good work!

Floor King has a good selection and staff is very friendly. Be careful with what you purchase. I ordered wood floors that were very different than the ones I got. I know wood can vary but this was not even close. The installers they recommended was sloppy and did an ok job. But not extraordinary.

Throughout the entire process the staff at Flooring King went above and beyond to provide the ultimate in customer service. Starting with recommendations on product choices to making sure the work was done in a timely matter so our business wasn't disrupted longer than necessary.

This place is unacceptable when it comes to customer service. Jessica lies to point where she flips the scrip I'm a customer. Never picks up her phone when you call her. I've asked to speak to Antonio the owner And they refuse to give me his information. It's been a whole month going back-and-forth with Jessica to help. still I have not had my floors installed this is the worst place ever. I repeat do not give them your business to King floors. Over a month and I can't settled into my home because my floors are not done.

Spoke with the owner about doing our townhome with 600 s.f. of laminate. He sent out his guys the very next day. The pulled up the carpet, installed the new bamboo laminate and were gone that fast. Price was AS QUOTED, owner was professional, we love the floors. Thank You,

I purchase a floor and after one hour I realize that's not the same floor that I need it I didn't open right away I went to return and I told him that it's a wrong floor he did I had whatever I need it so I ask him the money back he got my floor and the moneyHorrible people disgusting and rude. Pretty bad online and face to face customer service. I requested some free samples, on the site it was saying was about to ship on their time but my husband was near by and was told by one of the sales ladies they didn't carry that product. but they never called me or send me an email. Anyhow, my husband was there and the lady that took care of him gave him attitude because of the few amount we were looking to purchase. In business any client is important you never know the referrals you can get. Horrible service, no material in stock never contacted me back.

They are dishonest and take advantage of people. Be very careful! They promise bs, cash deals and in the end, nobody is responsible. They will blame the installer and the installer will blame the product. The customer is the loser. Instead of customer service, I was literally yelled at and threatened. These are very bad people. If you do enter an agreement with them, get ever in writing. They promise a lot but write down very few of those promises.

Absolutely loved working with Jessica! Came to her in desperate need to get the floors done for our house upstairs ASAP especially with a baby on the way. We were able to pick floors and get them installed in less than 2 weeks! Now on to the next project -downstairs!

We are waiting on Flooring King to complete our floors. Once completed we can update our review to more stars.

Please do not hire this company. They did a horrible job at my house, damaged the paint on my walls, left the trims dirty and when they removed the closet doors to replace the carpet they put them back incorrectly. Now they don't want to come to fix the doors. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

Such an easy experience, Mary and Jessica were both so helpful. I got way more than I expected. My home was flooded and a total gut job. The installers were wonderful and found even more wet floors. so grateful for people with integrity that go the extra mile. 10 out of 10! Maybe a 12!

From start to finish working with Flooring King was an amazing experience. I called to make an appointment to check out some samples at the Lake Worth office and I wasn't dissapointed. Jessica was so inviting and was an expert with taking my vision and showing me the flooring that would be the best for it. I initially went in to do flooring in 2 bedrooms and by the end of the day I had changed that order to my whole house.

The few days leading up to my instillation appointment I had to call Jessica to make a few last minute changes and she was always there to help me. Also within those few days I happened to keep my appointment with another flooring company just to hear their quote and it came in almost 5K more than Flooring King! From start to finish the whole process took less than a week! Amazing experience and I would 1,000% recommend this company. Also Flooring King is very supportive of all our first responders and I think we can all appreciate that.

Incredibly poor customer service on the warehouse end. We purchased over 1500 square feet and they would not even load it for us. We had to manually load into our truck because they had 10 minutes to closing time and they had already locked the back shipping door. If I had experienced this side of Flooring King, I would have gone elsewhere and I will definitely never come back here again.

I feel I need to update my review! Management was amazing in reaching out and have since taken care of the warehouse end of this business. They were outraged about my experience and went out of their way to make sure that we knew that it was an isolated incident and that they had taken measures to ensure that this never happened to anyone else. We ended up referring our son who bought for his reno project and we ended up buying additional flooring ourselves! Very proactive and great people. Definitely recommending them!

My experience with this place is the worst, im going to start by saying that antonio the owner of the place recommended me a product ( laminated floor) that in less than 24 hours has scratches. i went to flooring king for the vinyl floor but the price that was giving to me was to high for my budget, then my husband talked to antonio and it was then when he recommended the laminated floor. he sold the floor by telling us that laminate flooring is scratch and water resistant. and his words were ( laminate floor is what you need for your house ). everything was a lie. on his website says that all laminated floor are 1.99 with installation and floor, another lie.in conclusion this company is the worst they give you bad advertisement and bad flooring. the only good experience that i have from here is the installers, they were very professional and the floor was installed very fast. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

I have been a customer of Flooring King for the past few years. I also send my customers to his business regularly for the great floors and pricing. They are much less expensive than anywhere around for laminate flooring, and they install quickly. The floors are good quality! Antonio and Angela are great to work with. They are easy to get to off I-95 and Stirling.

Requested a quote from flooring king - got a confirmation e-mail. Then speaking to Antonio, he said - oh sorry that's an old price - it will basically cost double than what I just received in writing! It's a scam. Not very honorable people.

It's a trap. They show up in Google as what you are looking for but only have vinyl and laminate planks. He tried to sell the laminate planks but if you know anything about vinyl vs laminate you'd pick vinyl. Also that automatic quote is 1/2 of the quote you will get in person. Also, no one should ever give you a good quote without seeing the work area.

We had just moved to Florida and Flooring King was one of the vendors we visited. Antonio was a superb salesman and we trusted him to deliver on his promises. Of course, from the pictures you can tell things didn't go as well as I expected. My installation was done by Henry - a bully! It's been a little over a year and the glue if coming off from the stairway - we are scared of tripping and falling.

I wouldn't go into details of the hell they put me through, but I'd let the pictures do the talking. These are pictures of the completed job. The audacity of them calling this an optical illusion is laughable. On several occasions I had left messages and texts for Antonio to visit to see for himself but got no response. Giving a 1 star is too high a rating.

I am just so thrilled with my new laminate wood floors! Looks just like hardwood but for a fraction of the price I got from Antonio! We cannot be happier with the flooring and the customer service Antonio gave us. His crew of installers were also very professional and efficient. I definitely highly recommend Antonio.

I've used Flooring King 3 times. and I've had a great experience all three times. I've worked with Angela for the ordering process. She's very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. The installation crew was excellent. They were fast and paid attention to detail. I totally recommend them. I'm pleased that not only do they have the best prices out there but they are also great to work with!

I just have to write to thank you for the wonderful job you did in my home this week. You completely replaced my old laminate with a lovely new floor, repaired the subfloor where needed, tightened everything down and added beautiful new baseboard molding and floor vents. You took great care with my furniture, covering it and moving it as needed to complete the work.

The worst experience with a retailer I have ever had. A dishonest salesman who took a gratuity and promised to make sure the order and installation went smoothly and did nothing. An incompetent manager who never knew what was going on with delivery and installation. A job that should have taken two weeks took Six weeks and cost me two weeks rent. Never followed up on anything until I contacted. Did you get the permit?

Not my job. Is the floor installed? Don't ask me. A lazy permit expediter who took weeks to go to the village office to pull permits. They sold the wrong padding. The approved list was on the wall at the village. Pay us another $700! You want money back for the wrong padding we sold you? Expletive. The installer shows up and leaves because the elevator was being used. The building has two elevators! Use the other one genius. The worst, really.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Antonio. He provided me with such a great price and service for the laminate wood flooring I purchased. I purchased a higher end flooring option with installation from them and was surprised how quickly and well-done the work was. Impeccable installation including a 16-step staircase. Very high quality material and craftsmanship. Pre and post-sale follow up from sales staff was phenomenal. Like everyone else, I only wish they had an extended schedule to visit the showroom. 8-2 on weekdays only is pretty restricted!
