If you are looking for a good alternative to home depot to get flooring, baseboards and all sorts of moldings then I recommend this place you will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and courteous and professional the place is clean and properly organized and if you have questions the staff is knowledgeable and helpful to assist.

Friendly staff when selling, but do not purchase based on their advice. Even though they should have the knowledge and base expertise from selling, make sure to confirm with your contractor as they do not work with the consumer.

Defective tile / very poor customer service - I had the same experience as the previous review. I bought "KURSAAL PURE" for my bathroom. (BEWARE OF THIS TILE!) Once installed, the tile would not come clean no matter what we did. Everything literally stuck to the floor and everyday it looked like it had big stains in it. I was facing my worst nightmare since the tile was installed underneath the new cabinet & marble top.

I reached out to JC flooring expecting for their help since I was a good customer and had purchased the flooring for my ENTIRE home through them. To my shock, they simply did not care. They forwarded my concern to the manufacturer and completely forgot about me. No one came to my home so I had to contact them again. It took them more than 2 months to arrange someone to come to my home.

The managers at JC Floors Plus never even made a personal call.they only dealt with me though email. My concerns were minimized and my dilemma was never taken seriously. The measure of a good company is one that makes things right and takes care of their customers when something goes wrong. I am taking the time to write this review because no one should have to go through what we have experienced.

Great selection and service. Their knowledge of tile and ability to deliver was impressive. They located tile I needed in Spain and had it shipped to my home! How many tile stores can do that? Even their delivery driver was impressive!

A rather small flooring supply shop, where you can get good advise and fantastic prices. Ask them and they will tell you which is the best option for your flooring needs

They have an incredible selection and knew exactly what I needed when I described our lanai. We had their cedar tongue and groove planks installed on the ceiling right before Memorial Day 2017. One+ year later everything looks just as good as when it was first installed. Great experience and a knowledgable team.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased new flooring here. Everyone on staff here was great and really helpful. We had initially purchased floors from another company which couldn't come through for a fast delivery. We came here and explained the situation and JC was more than happy to work with us. The next day he made some calls and let me know he found the SAME laminate from the same distributor as the previous place and could get it faster than the other place. Needless to say we cancelled the previous order and bought here and I could not be happier with the result.

GREAT customer service. Very large selection of floors and very fair prices in laminate floors, tiles, and moldings which are like half the price of Home Depot.
