I'm looking for a specific highly rated brand (Coretec) of luxury vinyl flooring and so I called in advance to ask if they have it. The woman who answered the phone said they did carry it. I then said I will come and see it. When I got there I asked to see it and I was told they don't have it and didn't seem familiar with it at all. I was then asked if I want to see what they have and I said no thank you because I called in advance and came for a specific brand.

To my surprise, I was then berated and insulted. I was so surprised to be treated like that since I was specific and polite the entire time. It didn't even occur to me that perhaps this was a bait and switch situation until after I left the store.

The selection of tiles were terrific. However I was never told by the salesperson that she was new. She never gave me the selection of groat that was available. Only that the store uses the same groat 95% of the time. Jill the manager gave me a sandpaper finish that looks awful. I'm going to American Express to complain. I had to have the grout redone at my cost of $400.00 and Jill said to me it was my problem. Absolutely do yourself a favor and don't go to this store.

Absolutely the best tile store with the largest selection of beautiful tile. Excellent customer service from the entire team throughout the process, from helping to select the correct tile for your project, to final delivery of material, all while extending great pricing. Highly recommended!

Don't know what you want and need assistance or you know what you want and need to find the exact tile for you. Ask for Chris. The ultimate guidance! Incredibly patient.

Mickey was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable in regards to selection of floors and bathroom tiles for our recent renovation. She provided excellent customer service and would highly recommend!

There are plenty of tile stores around. I would never buy anything from Tiles of Pompano ever again. Why would I? I had a very bad experience with the woman who owns the business. There are many other tile stores nearby from which to choose. My advice is to go somewhere else. Read the Yelp reviews and select another tile store. You'll be glad you did.

I am not going to elaborate about my experience but why take a chance. Go somewhere else. If you are purchasing tile for a project you don't need to be aggravated unnecessarily. I went to another tile store after my experience with the woman who owns Tiles of Pompano and had no problem and, sure, I agree, you can't always rely on these social media reviews like this one because there are almost always disgruntled reviewers some of whom are just plain crazy or have ulterior motives.

But I assure you I am not crazy and have no ulterior motives and just felt compelled to warn you my experience with Tiles of Pompano and would not even have taken the time to write a review if I had not just received an email from Yelp asking if I wanted to review anything. Good luck.

Tiles of Pompano is amazing! The staff are patient, helpful and the selection of tile is truly outstanding. If you are in the market for tile, please make it your business to stop by this store. Absolutely beautiful tile to match every taste and budget and a wonderful experience all the way around!

24 x 24 glass porcelain tile. Their prices are on the higher side compared to other tile stores but good quality.

Fantastic service! First of all they helped me out twice with no financial incentive. First they gave me a tile for free for a repair job and then helped me with a great contractor to do the repair. I Highly recommend them for great service and selection of their updated lines of products. Clean and friendly people.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it has been to work with Jill. She devoted hours to us, and her advice was invaluable. I had the best experience at Tiles of Pompano. Mickey was great helping me make my vision come true. I was even given a list of local licensed contractors upon request. We picked Tulio from Excellence construction for our bathroom remodeling job, Tulio was great, professional from estimate to completion!

Tiles of Pompano has everything you need from the great tiles, flooring and backsplash. The super friendly staff and the expertise they have is like none other. Chris and Susan helped me every step of my process of finding the perfect backsplash for my kitchen. I would definitely recommend Tiles of Pompano to be the 1st and last place to shop for anything you need when remodeling.

If you ever need any kind of flooring this is a fantastic place to go to. Not only do they have beautiful stock of all kinds of flooring, but the owner Jill and Mickey were fantastic. I want to thank Mickey for everything she did for us. If you need any kind of flooring, prices are very reasonable, the service is wonderful and the selections are beautiful. This is the only place I will go for my tile.

This tile place is amazing place to get all your needs to do your home. The selection and staff as well as owner are so easy to work with. We were so lucky to work with Laura and her ideas and thoughts were perfect for us. We had a second meeting g to reconfirm selections and she was as helpful again as our first trip. There are a lot of tile places out there but this one will be a one stop shop if you are lucky to shop them. The owner as well as her staff are great.

If you're shopping tile. look no further. You'll walk in, you will start looking around, you'll see the bike hanging and you'll ask. It's a great story and also gives you that sense of real people, humbled by the success of their store. *(the whole crew is AWESOME) but Jonathan is our go to guy. and although Jill is the owner, she is always willing to offer her opinion and help us all make 'that' decision. Jonathan has great taste and will lead you down the path and is incredibly honest when 'it won't work'. EXACTLY what we all need when making these decisions.

We started out with a master bath and we are now 2 bathrooms in and the kitchen is underway and now we are thinking where else can we tile. it's like an addiction because there are sooooo many beautiful tiles it's hard to stop. Thank you guys! You make EVERY visit a great experience. and the end results are STUNNING!

Probably the worst experience I had with a business in south Florida. I purchased new kitchen, bathroom cabinets, flooring for my entire unit and wall tile for my shower. I dealt with one of the employees who was stealing the materials from this place and when I went to obtain my cabinets from the warehouse Jill the owner would not release them to me until the employee I dealt with paid her money that he owed her.

I had to pay his debt to get my cabinets. Now 3 years later I have had problems with the shower tile floor leaking and the owner has not sent anyone to look at the problem after I had called several times for help.

Johnathon is amazing! I have been looking for the perfect backsplash for a while and as soon as I met him, he knew exactly what I wanted and gave us multiple options. Upon bringing them back I wasn't 100% about choice I picked so Johnathon made sure to show me a few more. He nailed it! It was an absolute pleasure working with him & I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else to purchase tile.

My wife and I have lived in South Florida, for many, many years. Tiles of Pompano is highly regarded as the best company for their fine products and excellent service. Recently, Jill, the owner, helped us pick out beautiful porcelain tile for our patio. She coordinated the installation and her installers were excellent. We are very happy with the results and we will recommend her company to our friends and to anyone who needs a professional job, completed in 5 star fashion!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We went to five different places before coming here. And I can honestly say we had no issues. Huge selections and very competitive pricing. We bought tile and wood flooring as well as carpet here. Marc and Mickey were so professional and extremely helpful. There is no reason to go anywhere else for your flooring, counter tops and backsplash needs.

We purchased our tile from Jill at Tiles of Pompano and we were extremely satisfied with the cost and quality of the tile. The referral of installers, however, was not at all what we expected. The installation was substandard.

They have the most beautiful tiles, porcelain, laminate, wood flooring etc. Marc was so helpful and so personable, a great guy to work with. We purchased beautiful laminate wood flooring for all of our bedrooms and they look amazing. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Great place, prices, selection and staff.

Disappointing experience. We had extra tiles at the end of the job and they did not accept a return. Blamed the wholesaler, but it was a big purchase and they should have advocated for us. I felt that once the sale was completed, they were no longer interested.

They were absolutely amazing! Incredible customer service: truly superlative, they made my needs always priority, even in their day off! They always responded, followed up immediately no matter how busy they were.

Passed by this store many times, decided to go in when it was time to re-do our kitchen. Wanted something nice, not same-old, same-old. So many beautiful choices for tiles, countertops and other flooring. Worked with Jill who was terrific. Great taste and no high pressure to buy or order. Did comparison shopping at two competitors who carry the identical product lines.

Found this to be most reasonable. Tiles of Pompano is a well-run, classy operation and we were completely satisfied with the entire transaction from beginning to end. Will re-do a bathroom next year and would not consider shopping any place else. Highly recommend this store. Far superior to any major chain.
