Floor Removal Services

Removal Services was highly recommended to us by someone that had used them before. We contacted them for the removal of about 1600 sq ft of ceramic tile and the demolition of two bathrooms, plus three additional walls as part of our home renovation. Jana provided us with a detailed quote for the work and was very helpful through the entire process, promptly amending their very fair pricing when we added a couple of walls to be demolished mid project. Cesar and the crew were prompt on the day, courteous, clean, and most of all quick and thorough.

They completed the work within the two days promised and left the floor freshly sanded and ready for installation of the new tile. It was a real pleasure to be reminded of the positive results that are possible when you deal with real professionals. Flooring Removal Services has my highest recommendation. Jana, Christian and their team were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Jana was responsive, committed and professional in the office. Discussed the scope of work ahead of time to set the proper expectations and pricing structure. Even when a personal tragedy struck in her life, Jana thought of the customer first which shows her customer dedication.

Christian and the field team were friendly, respectful and absolutely hard workers. This was a difficult job but they made it look easy while smiling. Quote matched the final invoice which is great. After a few other concrete companies disappeared on me despite my trying to hire them, Dan and his crew came through. They fit me in almost immediately and arrived at 7:30 am ready to work. Small job removing chattahoochee from outside patio: job done by noon and when I arrived home the slab was clean and neat. Not the cheapest quote, but a quality job, which is worth the price. Dan was very flexible with payment and pleasant to work with. I recommend with no regrets.

My pregnant wife and I purchased a house 2 weeks ago and we decided to replace the floors. I called and a women by the name of Gina answered and asked what we needed. I told her roughly 1000 sq ft of tile removed with thinset mortar under. She sent us the quote in maybe 30 mins and scheduled us for a week out which was today November 9th. I received a curtesy call this morning and was told the guys were on the way.

They showed up introduced themselves and protected all doors and entry points along with rooms that needed to be protected. This company has ALL the expensive machinery needed to complete this job in a professional way. I'm a contractor in South Florida so I knew what to look for and this crew of guys nailed it. They started with this machine they drove into the house (protecting the driveway and entry point) eventually switching to a massive grinder followed by hand grinding the perimeter and finished it off with a serious vacuum.

My floor is SOOO clean and ready for tile I had to write this review which is probably the first review I ever wrote. I sent my wife to the atm to generously tip all 3 guys along with buying them lunch. So blown away and would highly recommend this company. 1 day job!

This is the second time that I am using Dan and his crew for a demo project and I have to say I am thrilled! Both Dan, the owner and his crew are professional, prompt, pleasant and personable. I would not use nor recommend anyone else for this type of work. Absolutely love working with everyone including Wendy who's an amazing coordinator. Our demo project of our floors, kitchen, bath was done in one day and the place left in excellent condition!

Would of given them 5 stars but had a few mishaps! Broke one of the wall mirrors, put the washer and dryer back incorrectly and wrenched a refrigerator door. The floor looks great however.

I absolutely love this company. Wendy the office manager is amazing. She is always there for her customers. I have used them on multiple jobs of mine to remove tile and hardwood. They are very professional. They have a couple crews run by Sosa and William and are extremely professional, clean, reliable and reasonable. You will never be disappointed with this company or their work. They exceed my expectations on every job I have used them on. They are worth every penny.

This company is amazing. I called several different removal companies along with several different tile installers regarding the removal of our Mexican tile. Their method and process of minimizing the dust or dustless as it's know in the industry is remarkable. Most of the companies I was calling for doing the installation used the good old fashion method that consisted of chipping hammers and loads and loads of dust.

For not much more they came out and taped everything off, eliminated the dust and contaminants that I was concerned about for our family who suffers with significant allergies. Everyone I worked with from Wendy to the lead installer William was fantastic and professional. Can't speak more highly of them and my experience! After having to have a job ripped out that was done poorly by another contractor I was upset with everyone who has worked on my house. A recommendation from a trusted friend let me to Flooring removal services.

I hired this company to remove about 2800 feet of marble from my home in parkland they were very professional and in two days the job was finished. We also decided to buy the wood floor from them also and had them install it, the job was perfect!
