I was really impressed with Travis, he deserves a raise : In fact, he was the reason we chose McCoy as there was a bid from a competitor that was a bit cheaper, but he made us feel like he was going to make this easy for us, and he did. He personally dealt with my somewhat difficult insurance company over the course of the claim and payout. He came over multiple times to take pictures of the roof to make them happy and contacted them himself as we didn't know a lot of the insurance terminology and weren't sure if they were treating us fairly.

Throughout the process, he was organized, on time, followed through on everything without us having to prompt him -which is really important to me as we are busy, and he spent time explaining what the steps of the process and contract were, in detail. The team they use to deliver and install the roof was very organized, respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up. I feel we got a great new roof and a great price and done with a company that really cares.

Matt was great to work with! He handled all the work with the insurance company and went to bat and won when they dragged their feet. We now have a new roof, gutters, siding, sofit, facia and our doors and windows vinyl wrapped. Basically, we got a whole new house! And it looks fantastic! We experienced a hail storm in April and thought we should get our roof looked at. A co-worker recommended McCoy Roofing to us as they had a good experience with them in the past. He gave me the number of the guy who assessed their house and I called and set up an appointment. Dillon promptly came at a time that was convenient for us and we couldn't have been more impressed! Dillon was extremely courteous and professional and patiently answered all of our questions ( there were a lot!) It turned out our roof was just fine and thankfully not in need of replacement.

We were impressed with Dillon's knowledge and honesty.( Unfortunately those traits are harder to find these days.) We now know who we will call if we need anything done on our house.

McCoy's project manager (Adam) was VERY professional. He examined the property alongside the insurance adjuster - to help avoid any hassles down the road with discrepancies between what the contractor charges and what the insurance company is willing to pay out. When the adjuster's damage estimate came in the mail, Adam explained it completely to our satisfaction.

McCoy roofing came out and took a look at my roof before I called insurance to check for me. They were punctual did exactly what they said they would do and did a great job cleaning up after replacing the shingles. I would highly recommend them.
