From my very first interaction to the cleaners showing up at my house to coming home when they were finished was an incredibly positive experience. The online form makes the initial contact super easy and accessible. I was able to fill it out to let them know my cleaning needs, then was contacted via email to schedule the first cleaning and ask any additional questions I had.

The office staff were very friendly and responsive. I never had to wait long to get my questions answered. The cleaning staff was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and their work is impeccable. It's such a treat to come home from work to a clean house. They were very thorough and exceeded all my expectations. Rocky Mountain Cleaning did an incredibly thorough job for my move out cleaning! I am beyond impressed with how great the place looks--from every single corner of the house, to the stoves, refrigerator, cupboards.everything. Cleaners come on time, house is EXTREMELY clean, they bring their own equipment and products. Seem to keep on schedule well. For the first couple of weeks, there was a small delay in invoicing and communications, but now invoices come right after each cleaning and there is also a feedback app. Prices seem very reasonable and quality is better than I expected. I like the company.

This company was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Ivan was lovely the entire time with communication and customer service. The ladies who cleaned my house were absolutely wonderful and walking in it felt like my home was brand new. The focus on detail of little and big things was amazing. They are efficient and finish in less time doing a more thorough job than my last company experience. The two women listened extremely well to my requests and followed through with using only non-toxic products, no water on the wood floor and everything sparkled when they were finished. The crew goes out of their way to do the extra things that make such a difference. They scrub out the coffeepot, clean the blinds and windowsills, do the floor in the laundry room, and arrange things beautifully. It's so great to come home from work and find the house so well taken care of!

I called RM at the last minute before Easter and they were very accommodating about fitting me in to the shedule. Ivan was very helpful. I wasn't home when they came to clean, but they did a great job. Best I've seen and they didn't break anything! I will definitely be using them again and will refer them to my friends

The two ladies who came from Rocky Mountain Cleaning did an excellent job, as good and even better than I have. They were thorough, professional, cheerful, and kind. It was perhaps the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. All they did was clean the shelves in our fridge. They came back and took photos of them cleaning however we came in the next morning and it still looked the same.

We booked Rocky Mountaing Cleaning for a Move-In and Move-Out cleaning when we sold and purchased a home. It was such a relief knowing we were moving in to something that didn't contain anything left behind from the previous owners. Rocky Mountain even went above and beyond and swept our front deck, which was a very nice gesture. Our Move-Out cleaning experience was even better!
