I have used Chem-Dry of Boulder for more than 20 years. Our carpets have gone through 2 kids and 1 elderly dog and Chem-Dry of Boulder has kept my carpet looking good. I like that the products used are non-toxic. In between full cleanings, I use their awesome spot cleaner. I like that the carpet is dry very quickly. I tried steam cleaning once and the carpet was damp for days after. I tried another Chem-Dry franchise and was not pleased. Chem-Dry of Boulder will continue to be my go-to carpet cleaner.

I have used their carpet cleaning services many times. It was great to have the peace of mind, after the recent fires that they could vacuum with a Hepa Filter vacuum pre cleaning, to insure any ash, soot and debri would be mitigated. This was terrific to know that the company I know and trust, had the extra steps to help during a catastrophe.

Have had good luck with Chem Dry before, but this time they soaked the carpets, they were not dry after two days. Also ended up with a bleached out carpet stain that showed up after we vacuumed the next day. Technician came back and admitted the spot wasn't there before, but it was then. Chem Dry took no responsibility and I had to pay someone $200 to fix the bleached carpet stain. I even offered to split the repair cost with them. Think twice before using them!

I called to get my 4th floor apartment carpets cleaned, they said they could not do 4th floor apartments because their franchise is not equipped to handle upper floor apartments like most Chem Dry locations. Very disappointing that they do not keep up their franchise like others in Colorado.

I was very happy with my carpet cleaning experience by Chem-Dry. The results are great. Our tech Ben took the time to explain the product he was using and was very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. Great customer service. I will definitely continue to use Chem-Dry in the future!

DISSATISFIED. They didnt care. Called Chem-Dry for 3 small rooms & an area rug. Pretreated traffic patterns & warned them of pet-stains by an old dog (which we had cleaned but were picking up 'new dirt'.) They assured me they could take care of it all with no worries of returning. Looked good when cleaners left and for a month or so after.

Before they came there was no sign of the pet stains that I had cleaned earlier. I explained this to them. FOUR MONTHS LATER: Since they cleaned it, the carpet looks BLEACHED in those areas & more keep showing up. The 'high traffic areas' - looked great for a month or so & now ALL OF IT is back. RESPONSE from Chem-Dry for all concerns: "That can happen The sticky residue after we clean it picks up dirt."). No offers to help or correct or even 'touch up' Was most disturbed by the lack of concern. RESPONSE -- "Four months later? We are not responsible". DISTURBING.

Specifically, Chem-Dry of Boulder won my business for the long haul! Not only have their cleanings been thorough, quick drying, and long lasting, but the owner is amazing and staff highly professional and knowledgeable! They've accommodated large needs, small quick "emergencies", and routine cleanings all with the same pleasant customer service and above and beyond results! I called Chem-Dry with an emergency - my 2 year old had thrown up all over the shag carpet (I'm in a rental - not my choice!) and his vomit was full of blackberries so everything was purple. Jim said he could get someone out same day to spot clean, which was a lifesaver given my panic.

Arrived in time and even called when they were on the way. Courteous, professional and thorough. When I called initially they could schedule me next day. Jim the owner is also professional to deal with. Overall this team did an excellent job and my carpet looks and smells great! Will use again.

Very professional, great communication, picked up the phone and answered email quickly. Carpet looks good and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Wonderful interactions both on the phone and in person. They were punctual, efficient and exceeded expectations! My couch and chairs are like new.

We called Chem-dry on a Friday night, having just closed on a new house that needed carpets cleaned before the moving truck arrived Sunday. That's a lot to ask! We had called several other places - no dice. Jim, the owner, heard our needs, and made time on Saturday to do the entire house. Not only did they respond on a weekend with less than 24 hours notice, but they also did a fabulous job getting some very nasty stains out of some areas that I would have sworn would need to be replaced.

The guys were friendly and nice. The price was reasonable, despite the short notice. And the process is pet-friendly - very important when you are moving cats into the house. I would strongly recommend Jim and his crew to anyone!

In addition, there was an oil stain that had been there for years.

A specialty spot-cleaning service was not able to get it out. These guys got it out! The willingness of the owner to make it right really impressed me. I would certainly use them again.

These guys are miracle workers! We have two boys, who were 1 and 2 when we first moved to Boulder. We had a high-end rental for 18 months and were concerned that we would have to replace the whole house of carpet (wool, cream) I just can't explain how much dirt, sand, food, marker and crayon ended up on the carpet. It was embarrassing. I called Jim at Chem Dry the day before the realtor came to inspect.

His guys came and treated each spot with a different solution. In an hour, the carpet looked new. And the price for a 3,400 SF house? Under $300. A fraction of what we would've paid to replace. The guys were super professional and extremely thorough. I've already lined up Chem Dry to protect the new carpets at our new house.

Flooded basement support--August, 2013-------------They were very responsive, arrived 2 hours after we called. Per our insurance estimator, the wall they cut up to remove insulation was done poorly. Chem Dry said the carpet could be saved, the estimator picked it up and it came apart in our hands. Billing finally came about 6 weeks after the work was done.

It was incorrect (twice), we were charged for more days of drying than they did and more equipment than they used. We will look to others before we use them again. The final bill seemed very high to us for the limited work they performed.

Found these guys through a Google ad, and called them to clean our microfiber sofa. It ended up being a little more pricey than I thought it'd be (from my phone estimate), but that was due to some confusion on the size of my sofa. My advice? Just be as clear as you can about how big your sofa is (and measure, ha). Overall, the guys were super nice and they gave me a discount as well. My sofa looks pretty darn good, better than it has in years. I'd recommend them. :)

I will get right into it. Customer service is excellent! The results were better than any other company I have hired. We even had a small issue as I forgot to check a closet that was hidden and they for got to clean it and they worked out a fare resolution quickly and in a kind and clear way. I will hire them every time!

Chem dry cleaned the carpets in our old apartment yesterday. Today I checked out their work and was blown away. Before the carpets were dingy, splotchy and stained. I wasn't really even sure what color they were. Today they're the perfect tan/beige. The most unbelievable part was that they removed the large tattoo ink stain even though I was told it wasn't likely. Tattoo ink is usually extremely permanent, but whatever they used worked wonders. I highly recommend using Chem Dry of Boulder for any carpet cleaning needs. They're all very nice and friendly as well, which is very important to me.
