We use a hospital-grade sanitizer that is food-grade safe and a ULV fogger. This is an additional service that is added to the Air Duct Cleaning. 
Your Furnace is connected to your trunk line. We recommend getting the furnace cleaned if you don't have a contract with an HVAC company. The price typically ranges $90-$175 depending upon the location of the furnace. 
Dryer vents are cleaned using high-pressure compressed air to blast loose lint, debris, and nests.

Showed up at moment of my beginning time window, were very conscious of keeping my rescued dog from getting out, taking care of my possessions, with that big hose for cleaning vents - meticulous in their work and friendly, helpful demeanor! Also, used wall corner guards that I wish all movers use. My property manager has used this company while I was out of town, with my home rented, and I personally experienced "why"!. I called a few Arvada air duct cleaning companies looking for services last week, and Steve's was able to send someone out within hours at a great rate. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and thorough. I noticed a difference in air quality almost immediately. I was really impressed by the communication, timeliness, and professionalism of the team from Steve's Carpet Care. They were on-time, knowledgeable, and super friendly.
