Owner Don DeLeeuw has lived in Colorado for 36 years, and is here to stay.Kathy manages the office while Don's son Steven is a certified carpet repair technician and does many of the repairs. I went with Healthy Home Services after googling a more natural carpet cleaning option and it being one of the businesses that came up in my search. Kevin cleaned the carpets, and he was such a pleasure to work with! Since moving we have had him come back on two separate occasions, for the basement, and the other day for the upstairs. Now we request Kevin and look forward to seeing him!
And our carpets always end up being so clean. I used another company couple of times that had free standing machines to clean, didn't run through a van, and I can honestly say that after they cleaned our couch, it had a dirty feeling. They arrived early and completed the carpet stretching well for a very reasonable cost. I only wish they had vacuumed after the job was done. I had to vacuum thoroughly and trim the plastic carpet threads that came up around the edges while doing so. No big deal, I can do that myself. But it would have been nice if I didn't have to.

Scheduling was easy. Late evening due to snow, well managed. Notified a day ahead of potential arrival delay (of 30 min). Vents look good. Efficient work, clean. I was able to get carpet cleaning within a week of calling. Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning our stairs, hall, office and bedroom carpet - as well as 2 wool area rugs. He did the rugs first, placed a fan so they were almost dry by the time he left. This is the second time I am using this service and plan to schedule the carpet cleaning more regularly since price very reasonable (3 small rooms for $139, I believe).

This company is professional on every level. All communication was excellent from booking the appointment, confirmations leading up to the arrival of the service people, and post service. The equipment was clean and the service was orderly and went very well. The two servicemen were kind, conscious of our space (covered their shoes), and easy to talk with.

I didn't hire this company but my neighbor did. I am a small lady and had a large heavy package delivered to my house the same time that the neighbors were having their ducts cleaned. One of the men who was working on their house saw me struggling to lift the box and ran across the street to offer his help. He proceeded to carry my box inside for me and if he hadn't I would have had to call for help.
It is so amazing to know that the people that work for this company are good humans. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he deserves a huge shout out! Thank you for being so kind! If I ever need this service I know who I'll be calling!

On time, professional, did their job quickly and competently, friendly. They cleaned the ducting in my whole house and confirmed the pricing with me before they got started. Extremely professional with excellent communication from the company ahead of time and after the service. We had all of the ducts cleaned in our newly purchased home. This is our first time using a duct cleaning service, but it was an excellent experience. The workers were on time and very professional. They did an accurate count of the vents and gave me an updated estimate prior to starting work. There were no pricing surprises, changes, or upselling when the workers arrived, which was really nice. I will definitely use them again when we need our carpets cleaned.

They came and cleaned our carpets and did a great job. They called us to see if we liked the results and we said yes but had a question about one spot on the carpet. They immediately set up an appointment with us and came out and looked at the issue. They told us what was causing the problem (it was not something that they caused) and ways to fix it.
That is what you call excellent customer service and we will be happy to use their services again In the future and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks us about carpet cleaning services.

We have had Healthy Home Services come two times to clean our rugs in 3 rooms and to clean the upholstery on a large sectional sofa that needed special attention because of the unusual fabric content. The technicians did a wonderful job, very thorough and careful and went over and above what we had asked them to do. The rates were very reasonable also and the service was quick and helpful and friendly. They will definitely be our go-to company from now on!

Cleaned the entire main floor plus area rugs, only took a couple of hours and the carpet was dry by early that afternoon. Kevin did a Great job! He was able to remove spots the previous cleaner said couldn't be removed, even a red wine spill I thought would be a problem is gone. The best work & results (by far) we have ever had done on cleaning our carpets.

That my dog had soiled with some turmeric pills, and replaced it with a square of carpet from a closet. They did a great job. I will be using them for a larger job in a couple of weeks when I move. They were scheduled to come at 1:00 but called to say they could actually come early if that was o.k. with me.

This was very helpful to us in choosing a provider. They spent a lot of time explaining how they would handle our carpets, area rugs, and sofa cleaning. For the actual appointment, they arrived on time and performed the work exactly as they had explained in the in house estimate. They spent about four hours at our house and did an excellent job.
