Worked with A-Best for a number of years- Jason Ray with A-Best is a top performer with the company and is the one to call. He is prompt and has so much value when trying to get insurance companies to perform. He has saved our bacon a number of times and he is always able to get the biggest payouts. Before you think about calling another fly by night company, give Jason a call, you won't regret it!

We were just looking for an estimate for a new roof. Sam was very punctual and professional. He did the inspection and afterwards explained everything about his findings. He then went on to explain the process of having the roof replaced IF we decided to go with A-best. Sam was extremely friendly and not at all pushy. He is very knowledgeable of his company and their services.

I chose A-best roofing over two other companies to re-roof two large sections of low slope roof and was very pleased with the whole process. We were in need of a new roof due to storm damage. We chose A Best roofing due to the fact that they are not only professional, but truly listen to the customer's needs. Jason Ray was the first employee that we encountered and he was friendly, informative, patient and personable. He was on promptly on site as soon as we needed his assistance and did a great job explaining our options and catering to our needs.

He was accessible at all times and worked diligently to proved excellent customer service. The roofing crew was very respectable and did an amazing job. They left everything on site tidy and organized. We strongly recommend A Best for your roofing needs and will definitely use them again in the future.

We contacted A-Best for our previous home and our business several times. Jamie Stokes was our point of contact each time, and he came to inspect and quote repairs each time. He was very thorough and went thru his quote so we understood what work would be done and what to expect. All work was performed exactly as promised and on time and within budget. Sam did a wonderful job of explaining what A-Best is going to do per my request. He is very cordial & appears very knowledgeable of his business. I got the impression he also can relate to any customer in a friendly/business setting. Unfortunately, his responsibilities stop after our consultation & I shall move on to the next phase/tier of this process with others in the company.

I strongly recommend Sam for ANY residential roof estimates. Keep in mind, A-Best may not be the cheapest in town but do you want your investment to last as specified or do you want to replace your investment years down the road with the same cost twice when you could have invested once with no worries?

A-Best installed our roof 10 years ago and we were very impressed with their level of service then. I recently heard Wilson at A-Best talking on KRMG radio about if you see dark granules on snow piles around your home, you should probably have your roof checked because some of your shingles might need replacing. We did so and as Olen inspected our roof he created a narrated video of his findings which was very informative.

He found a few shingles that were partially missing with edges that looked scraggly, like they were scratched off by the many squirrels we have in our area (highly probably as they frequently ate through our old shake shingle roof.) I'm so thankful I heard Wilson talking about this on KRMG and had A-Best inspect our roof so that those shingles can be replaced!

One other thing: We recently had some pine trees removed that were next to an area on the roof that had been collecting pine straw for the last 10 years. (This area was not visible from the ground so it was unbeknownst to us.) The pine straw trapped there was about 4-ft. deep! One of the tree climbers, a former roofer, was amazed that there was no damage to our roof. He said, "Your roofers did a great job!" He clearly was impressed because he mentioned that several times. Thank you, A-Best!

This is absolutely the best roofing company. Maybe the best company I have ever used on my home in general. From Tim doing the estimate, Roberto and his crew on the roof to the project manager, Stanley. I cannot express how pleased I am with the craftsmanship I see on my roof. As I watched these guys work and talked with Stanley who was always there to make sure I was pleased, I just couldn't imagine having had chosen anyone else to do the job.

I told Stanley that there are some movies that use an actor or actress and you just can't imagine anyone else in that specific role. From Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman in Shawshank Redemption to Michael Clarke Duncan, Tom Hanks and the entire cast in The Green Mile. They just wouldn't be the same without those specific people. Thank you Tim, Stanley and Roberto for a job well done. A very happy customer.

Atrocious service. Came out in September to look at the roof, wrote up a contract first week of October, said they'd have a new roof on before Thanksgiving. now it is the middle of December and they can't seem to ever get people out to fix it.
