Great job with my air conditioner exhaust. Didn't know my air conditioner men did that, but we are fixed now thanks to All America's guys. Customer service called and check to see if everything is good and sending an invoice to me. Will do business with again.

I called to schedule a consult about a water leak found in my attic. Everyone was very responsive at first, called back in a timely manner to reschedule due to bad weather, ultimately Dustin came out to look at the problem a day later than originally planned (May 26th am is when he came) Consult was quick and to the point, he didn't climb on the roof to look at it but he took lots of pictures and ultimately recommended I go with a maintenance package of some sorts because it was $600 and their minimum service charge was that much anyway.

That would get all the vents/pipes/flues resealed and nailed down - to my understanding. Before Dustin left, I asked when I would receive a final quote- he said by the end of the next day because he was/is busy. Totally fine. Next day came and left, then the memorial holiday weekend came and went. finally i called Tuesday morning, May 31st- to follow up to which I was told by a very nice man that he didn't see any quote in the system but that he'd let Dustin know that I called and he should be back in the PM.

At 4:55pm I called back again after not hearing back -only to be told that Dustin was already gone for the day. I was then provided a different number for him, a direct line. So I promptly called him to see if I could get final quote and see what scheduling looked like because I knew we were expecting more and more rain and the bucket I have catching the water wouldn't do for long. Dustin didn't recall our consult, looked it up only to say he wasn't sure why I never received the quote (something about not having my email address but I gave it to him at the consult) and that he'd work on it first thing the next morning and call me back directly.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt for several more days before writing this review but it's now 8 days after the original consultation and I haven't heard anything from him or anyone else at the company. If this were a more serious roof problem, I'd be in real trouble. In the meantime, I reached out to a local competitor- scheduled the consultation, received final quotes with multiple repair options and am already on their schedule for the repair. I was hoping due to the amazing reviews All American roofing had - it would be an easy repair process but they definitely didn't meet my expectations.

The folks at All American Roofing were very helpful and informative for the entire process of having our roof replaced and new guttering installed. Every person from the receptionist to the roofers were polite and did exactly as they said they would do. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter repairs. Great Job!

Recently had Jamie out to my house after a recent storm he came out to assess the damage and advised me the roof was in need of replacement due to hail damage, he worked it all out with my insurance company and advised me to upgrade to a class 4 shingle which I am really pleased I did as I have got saving from my insurance premiums. Had full replacement of roof and gutter and would highly recommend All American Roofing. Great job guys!

After a storm hit my area I spoke to Chad on the phone, he was very polite and told me Jamie would be out to look at my roof the next day. Jamie showed up the next morning and inspected the roof. He informed me that there was not enough damage to file a claim but that they would come and inspect it again in the next 6 months. The customer service was excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending All American, Jamie, or Chad to other people in the future.

Neil came out and inspected our roof after a series of storm caused some damage. He quickly gave us an estimate and within the week had us scheduled for roof placement. The crew came out and in days we had a fabulous new roof. If you want to see how wonderful come on by. P.S. There were no nails left behind to puncture the tires of our staff or client's. That is a win-win.

All American Roofing installed my new roof several years ago and matched it beautifully last year on my addition. I am installing Solar Panels this year and requested a roof inspection prior to the installation. My inspection was completed within two days of the request. Great company. All American has done 2 roof's on my home and I recommend them to my son for a small roof repair. He lives in a small town outside of Oklahoma city and had trouble finding anyone to do the repair. All American came right out with a reasonable quote and did a fantastic job. You now have another Life long customer in our son.

I have worked with Neil Cagle now at All American Roofing a number of times. These folks are straight shooters. They have helped us troubleshoot leak troubles fast, and were more than fair about their charges. They have become my go-to roofing experts in OKC.

We have tried to get our roof completed since November. Their communication is horrible and there's always an excuse when they do get back after weeks of nothing. You're better off going with another company.

I had really good luck with them. A couple minor issues they were back within a day to repair. Once just randomly stopping by to check on my roof and fixing something at no charge. Would use again.

I bought a roof from them in 2002. I think I just called them from the phone book. I don't remember a lot about the whole experience, probably because it was no muss no fuss, easy. In 2016 I called them again because I was about to sell that same house, and there had been quite a few hail storms over the 14 years with that roof. When the insurance adjuster came out, they were trying to low-ball me.

The owner of All American fought on my behalf so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. I really appreciated it. New roof, great experience. This week I had them come look at my new place, thinking I was going to need a lot of work done. Upon inspection, he said "I don't normally try to talk a customer out of work, but you don't need our services" and recommended a much less costly solution from someone else. I appreciated that. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Theses guys like to park their trucks away from curbs and blocking the street. They were asked politely to repark their truck but refused to move. The neighbors had to call cops on them. The worker who does not want to move the truck was siting in the truck not moving until the cop shows up. If you wish to have happy neighbors please do not use This company

All American Roofing and Jamie were a delight to work with. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to helping us pick the perfect shingle. I highly recommend all American Roofing and will definitely use them again in the future for our next roof!
