I could not be happier with T-Town Roofing! I called to have a roofing evaluation and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Darren Morrison, the Roof Advisor they dispatched, was professional and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and explained everything very clearly. It turns out I had two places where water was getting through. Darren caulked the areas on the spot, free of charge. I will be using T-Town Roofing from now on.

Critical: Professionalism This is what their workers did to my American Flag at the back of my yard. It was nowhere near the house or the roof. They purposely picked it up from where it had been for many years and threw it in my yard. Service: Roof installation

We had them come out and give us an estimate on a new roof and we were looking for a metal roof. When he came out he told us a price didn't try to haggle or pushes in any way he was straightforward no fuss no muss and that is one reason why we chose them to do our roof. When they did the roof they were very professional very polite very clean they did everything perfect and cleaned up everything they had taken down they were very professional and our new roof looks great I recommend this company highly thank you very much

I've had these trucks pull up to my rear bumper so close that they can probably see in my sunroof. The parking photo doesn't surprise me one bit.

I found the whole processing of filing for a claim and choosing a roofing company stressful, but the T-Town guys made it easy. Seriously, I got tremendous service from T-Town every step of the way, and my new roof looks fantastic! While I could never get my insurance claim folks to get back with me, T-Town was very accessible! They gave me their mobile #s and took my calls! Thanks for making the process easier! An 80 year old client called my insurance agency extremely upset that that a roofer saw her out front, stopped and asked to go on her roof. She initially said no but he kept talking and went and got his ladder. Later he said it was too hot to do this inside and forced his way inside her home. She reluctantly signed a work order and called T-town the next day to destroy the order.

She called my office worried that these guys were going to file a claim and she would be out money for a roof she does not need. I called T-town, twice. I left a message for their management to explain how they frightened a single senior citizen. They did not call back; so they get this review instead. The job was cancelled.

The owner has a wonderfully generous heart! My family of 16 was in Naples, FL during our last meal of vacation. What a small world it was for us to run into a fellow Oklahoman in the restaurant we were in! Little did we know after finishing our meals, that not only did he send us several orders of desserts, but he also paid for our entire ticket. He will never understand how badly we needed that random act of kindness in that moment. We appreciate you, and we will never forget what you did for us! Thank you thank you!

110% recommend. I called many places without timely response. Not only did TTown answer on a Sunday they were able to come out on my strict schedule. James showed up ready to work, found the issue, fixed it and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Won't use anyone else.

They did a great job for us in 2012. the people they hired to do the guttering, they don't use anymore. Our front gunner blew off in the last storm. I called them and they gave me the name of the new people and it was quick and reasonably priced very happy with them!

Hands down the WORST roofing company. They don't care about fixing your problem, they just care about getting your money when they don't even fix the problem. All they said was "well we did the work." And what sucks is I'm still paying them off when they never fixed my problem in the first place I even had other roofing companies come over and. they said all their "repairs" were done incorrectly.

I contacted t town roofing and they said "if you want other people looking and shaming on our work, then you can hire them to fix it." They never text back either or communicate very well. Don't use this company if you want your money and time wasted. 0/10 recommend.

The most obnoxious and aggressive marketing I have ever seen. Stopping by once is one thing but 3 times in 24 hours is ridiculous. I told them I was not interested in their services after the 3rd visit. They still sent someone to my house & told my daughter if she allowed them to put a sign in my yard they would stop. This is asinine and bullying. Why would I trust such a dishonest company?

We had extensive hail damage from a spring storm and after five estimates decided on T-Town because of great reviews and longstanding in the Tulsa area. We went with high impact shingles to get a reduction on our home insurance and they worked with us on a payment plan we could afford. The crew arrived on time, worked for a day and a half to beat the rain and did a better job of cleaning up than I would have done myself! We highly recommend them!

We called T-Town when we had a tree limb go through our roof last year. Even though it was a smaller job that took care of it as if we were one of their biggest customers. Their follow up and commitment to ensure customer satisfaction is what sets them apart from the rest of the pack.

T-town did a great job on our roof. James even caught that we didn't have enough venting on the roof and that was causing problems with the shingles lifting. Roofers we've used in the past didn't catch that. They handled all the insurance for us. Very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend them.

From the person who answers the phone, Jordan, to the finances/Insurance contact, Jodee, to the roofers and the boss that provides an estimate and follows up on the day of the roof installation to be sure the roof is installed to our liking, Mark, this company is very professional. The surprising trait we encountered over and over again was caring, consideration, and helpfulness. This entire company seems to follow a mission statement focused on professionalism and personal care of their customers individual needs. I highly recommend them!

I wish we would have chosen another roofer, I have an extreme dislike for T-Town. My initial involvement with T-Town was great, they came out and spent a great deal of time walking around with the insurance adjuster. When I discussed with them that I wanted to make sure they cleaned up afterwards, as I have had a bad experience in the past. The roofing crew was very hard working and efficient. However, when they finished there was a still a mess.

When I called with my concerns, they sent one of their workers back out and I had to deal with that worker after I essentially got him in trouble. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. There were still nails left and we even wound up with one in our car tire. We had to wait months for them to finish the other work they contracted to do for us.

My husband had to keep calling to remind them, and then they would periodically send someone out to basically bug me to tell me they would eventually be back. When a guy came to put the sealer on our fence the instructions said that it needed to be above 50 degrees, however that week it was in the 20's and 30's. I never really got a clear understanding of the costs, except they seem to keep getting money from the insurance company.

It seems like an excessive amount to me, but to be fair I really don't understand how all of that works. All I know they are getting another $2,500 after already getting an extreme amount of money. The biggest part is that after all this time I am still dealing with them and it makes my stomach turn every time I have to deal with them or see one of their trucks. Also, I have asked them continuously to call me and not bother my husband while he is at work, and they keep calling him. I am so displeased with T-Town!

Our experience with T-Town Roofing has been excellent. Each of the personal representatives and estimators have been honest and very informative. The actual crew that did the roof was totally amazing. I believe Eddy was the foreman for the 6-man crew that showed up and they couldn't have been more professional and experienced.

Terry, Eddie and crew did a replacement of shingles and repaired all the flashing around chimney which had been leaking for some time. Had multiple rains since with no leaks. Guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Job looks very nice. Thanks.
