Burggraf Roofing

After past failures in patching up our roof over the years, we decided it was time to replace the whole roof. We had several estimates from other contractors, but when we contacted Dalton with Burggraf, he not only came out and inspected our roof, he was the first contractor to fully explain in detail what his bid included and the process for reroofing our house.

His crew worked hard, were very professional, and you could tell they took great pride in their work. They had most of the roofing complete by the end of the first day, including a thorough clean up around the house and yard. The next day, the crew came back to take care of all the finer details including touch up paint where needed. Dalton kept in touch with us to see if we had any questions as well as updates on the progress of the roof. Our new roof looks fantastic and the work well done.

My 75 year old mother hired Burggraf Roofing who came out to fix her chimney enclosure, high level of craftmanship (as long as it doesn't leak :-) ), they manned the job properly. Dominick & Payton, Company Representatives, came out and Inspected our Roof for us (07-14-2021). We recently had a water leak. They were very professional, courteous, and seemed very personable. They gave us a fair and accurate repair estimate. They have earned our Business. Burggraf employees will be coming back out in a week to do the repairs so i will update this review after the work is completed.

It is a HUGE relief to know there are still Companies out there that are honest & fair. We are looking forward to a solid working relationship with Burggraf for our future Roofing needs. If subsequent workers are as professional as Dominick, and Payton, we should be in good hands. Addendum - Dominick, & Dalton, came back to fix the Roof leak on 07-21-2021.

They worked very hard, in high 90's heat, and repaired the Leak in a little over an hour. Dominick showed me video of the Repairs. The Repair cost was more than fair and comes with a year warranty. Fantastic job, Burggraf. Thank you for making a stressful situation trouble free. You have earned our trust and our future Business.

My husband and I were provided exceptional customer service and was always received communication in a very timely manner to any of our questions or concerns. We were notified durring the progress each day and gave accurate updates on suspected dates of completion. The crew was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Lastly, all excess materials were removed by the following day which was most appreciated as well. We will reccomend Burggraf Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer in Tulsa, OK.

This review is long overdue. This company helped my family as well as my in-laws during the storms we all recently had. We called them when we needed a tarp put on and they came out right away and then helped us through the entire process after that. Dalton was wonderful. He met with our insurance company and got new roofs put on both of our homes quickly and they look amazing at that! We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing to hire a roofing contractor.

Best roofing company in Tulsa, they did an amazing job re-roofing my garage after an act of god that put a giant hole in it haha. They worked around my schedule to make an appointment, then once they were out, they were very careful not to be in my family's way as much as possible. The finished product looks great and they cleaned everything up after they were done. I would highly recommend them

I have never in my life done business with a company that takes customer service so seriously. Not just in this industry, but in any. These guys are incredibly transparent with their clients, very professional, and incredibly customer focused. I had a very small job done, it was only like $500, and they checked in on this consistently to make sure everything was going well.

I don't know how they can spend this much time with customer service and still be profitable fixing roofs. I will definitely continue to use them as long as I have a roof haha. I've referred a few friends to them as well that all loved them.

Excellent job repairing some missing shingles on our home. They also straightened up my gutter that was dangling a little while they were up there. I didn't ask them to do it and they didn't charge me for it either, just something they did out of the kindness in their hearts. They were honest and professional. I highly recommend them!

A branch fell off the tree in my neighbors yard and went through the upstairs roof of my home. I contacted my insurance and they agreed to pay the cost of whoever i hired as long as i provided my invoice. Burggraf Roofing came out to take a look and gave me a quote, which didn't really matter since my insurance was covering it. They came out the next morning as this was later in the day.

The worked throughout the entire day very diligently and were able to get the hole repaired, looking at it from the inside or out you cant even tell there was damage done. Thank you all so much for the hard work.

This company is AMAZING! They came out to my house in the middle of the night when a tree fell on top of my roof during a storm. They were so efficient, professional and simply such a pleasure to work with. They did it all, from the tarp up to a full roof replacement! Dalton took the time to make sure I had all of my questions answered and always kept me in the loop.
