Aquaman Pools

This is our second time using Aquaman Pools to service our pool when we are away on an extended vacation. We arrived home to find the pool in PERFECT condition. After each visit they email me a report with photos of the pool area. Look, there are many pool servicing companies in the Phoenix area. My advice to you would be to only use Aquaman Pools. You are certain to receive the best in care for your pool and its equipment.

Aquaman cleans two of our pools, they are very reliable and the pool is always crystal clear. Tried to do it myself, but I spent a ton on chemicals and it always eventually turned green. It is hard to find good reliable help, Aquaman is the real deal! Services: Netting, Leaf traps, Vacuuming, Water treatment, Tile brushing

Every person there is professional, quite nice and have been on time for every schedule appointment made. I'd say 6 people were involved at various times in repairing the leak and the whole thing went as smooth as could be for me. They explained everything I asked them about, which was quite a lot I think, and I'd use them again and confidently recommend them to anyone.

I have used Aquaman Pools Service on previous homes. Just purchased a new home and previous owners were using a different company, we used them for three months. We were not happy with there service, so we are switching back to Aquaman. Amber, Brook and Laura have been so professional, responsive and helpful as we are getting things set up for the switch. Aquaman Pools and specifically our Technician, Derek are the best. Since they took over our pool about 2 years ago and balanced the chemicals my pool is consistently crystal clear. That was not always the case. I use them for my private residence as well as one of my rentals and it is same professional service. They are not the cheapest, but they are definetly the best. I highly recommend Aquaman Pools.

Aquaman does a great job with weekly pool maintenance once I requested exactly what I wanted. I have an A&A leaf vac system and a multicyclone prefilter which the techs did not know how to service. I requested a tech who knew these systems and they sent Bruce who expertly took care of everything. He identified a cracked valve feeding into the DE filter and Aquaman promptly sent a tech to replace it. My pool looks and works great. I'm considering Aquaman for pool deck and edge renovation as well.

I hired Aquaman pools on very short notice because our previous company would not handle our repairs in over six weeks of waiting. They were able to schedule a visit and determine the problem with the pool and fix it very quickly ensuring that we were not charged any additional fees for some thing that was not needed. Very professional.

Bought our home in Carefree last May. Needed major remodeling of the pool and deck. The nightmare began quickly. Like the wild west. The majority of suppliers I contacted never showed up for the estimate appointments and of those that did the majority never got back with the quotes! What? My trust level of this industry was rock bottom. Then I found Aquaman and Greg Anderson.

What a relief. Greg was accessible, and accountable every step of the way. He was really committed to the project and went way above and beyond. Great guy! The job was started and finished on time and looks beautiful! So happy with everything. If you call Aquaman for a remodel, insist on Greg Anderson. You won't be disappointed

This company is by far the worst that I have ever dealt with. For anything. I have an infinity edge pool so it has a back trough with an edge pump to circulate the water. Apparently they have no idea how to handle this, and the person sent out each week never bothered to clean it. I have had a dirty, filthy pool for 7 weeks now. They charged me for more chemicals and came out to change the pump filter, but ignored my simple request to clean the trough!

That's all they had to do. I emailed Brooke many times about it, then we even told the guy who comes out about it, and they still would not clean it! At this point, they have stopped responding to me and I can't get a hold of anyone. Left messages for Amber too, no call back. I can only speak to the people that I dealt with here, but my weekly service person had no idea what he was doing.

He said that he uses YouTube to troubleshoot.that can't be good. On top of that, during this time, our pool heater went out. I waited almost 6 weeks for a part to be ordered, which I told them that I would purchase myself and have it here in 3 days. But no, I continued to get the same old "no eta on your part sir". I hope that this review stops someone from dealing with what I did. I feel cheated by all the money I paid them, and basically got nothing in return.

We hired Aquaman Pools to convert our swimming pool to use saltwater. But we wanted them to drain our pool and clean the tile first. When they cleaned the tile, they used glass bead blasting and never cleaned all of it up on the bottom before we refilled the pool. We asked them to come back out to fix the parts that weren't thoroughly cleaned and they came back and poured a solution onto the tile that ruined the Pebble Tec. Thomas, the Operations Manager, kept telling my husband he'd be out to come take a look (each time we waited around for a few hours).

I finally called him the morning after the second time he stood us up with no notice and he completely lied about his conversation with my husband and was nothing but condescending towards me. Then, when my husband called him back and asked who was his boss, Thomas essentially said he was in charge and hung up on him. We sent emails to their office administrator telling her we didn't Thomas to contact us anymore and she said she'd immediately have the owner, Chad, call us.

He never even called! Thomas had the audacity to call us back to ask if we wanted to continue service! Aquaman Pools is rude towards women, they are incompetent, don't take responsibility and have no respect for their customers. We have thousands of dollars in repairs that need to be done and when we do, we'll also have to drain and refill the pool AGAIN which is already time consuming, a pain and costly.

I have lived in Phoenix over six years. In that time period we have had a lot of different Pool companies. AQUAMAN is by far the superior Pool company. I am very satisfied with the work that they do. Jesse is my technician and he does a good job taking care of the pool. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool company.

Aquaman Pools always provides us with amazing service. They keep our pool looking great and our equipment running nicely. Never had any issues, and probably never will thanks to them!

Chad an his team did an outstanding job for us. We recently moved in to a new home and it came with a large water feature in the back yard. The water feature was dirty when we bought the home and soon became a mess that I was not able to keep clean. Aquaman Pools drained and cleaned it and in one visit made it look brand new. My wife and I enjoy our back yard much more as a result.

Great regular weekly service. The pool is always sparkling clean. Chad (one of the owners) always reasons to my questions or concerns quickly. Easy to understand communication when there are larger maintenance and repair issues to attend to.

I liked this company when I signed up. Nice people, knowledgeable. They did good work. Then I started getting my invoices. They charged me for things from 2 months prior that they never logged as replacing!

Robert Foster, the service tech for Aquaman Pools who takes care of our pool, spa, and water feature has always done a good job. He is very personable and professional.

Very impressed by Aquaman's pool service! After a long time of doing the maintenance on my pool myself, I figured it was time to get someone to come out who actually knew what they were doing. It was good that I did, as our equipment wasn't in great shape.

I've had to try several different pool companies, and while many of them seemed to try hard in the beginning, the fact that they weren't professional at all really killed my trust in this sort of business.

Recently I reached out to these guys about coming by and cleaning up the pool in our new home. First time home owner here, not to mention first time pool owner! After speaking with them on the phone I instantly knew the were the company for me.

I couldn't say better things about this company. They come every week, and do an amazing job with our pool. They're always friendly and kind to us in our interactions with them, and the pool itself looks awesome.
