I called several places with an emergency toilet backed up & coming up thru the shower. was old they could come next monday or tomorrow. but when I called these guys he was here within 30 minutes. On time, professional, honest and they don't do work that doesn't need doing. May not be the least expensive company in town, but we'll worth the money for their worry-free service.

The Service providers were very nice, professional and on time. I was not happy with the price. It cost $768 to locate our septic tank. They found a clog while looking for the septic tank but the cost to locate it was in my opinion and the opinion of the septic tank pumping people an exorbitant charge. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you absolutely had no other choice which was our case.

Do not use this company. i booked them to come to my mothers home to unstop a kitchen sink with a 24 hour notice and an agreement to come between 4pm and 6pm on 4/22/22. They said there would be a $99 service call plus the cost of the repair. I agreed to this. At great inconvenience I drove 20 miles to wait for them. They did not come. At 5:55 I called them and they claimed they had left a message that they would be coming 2 days later on Thursday.

I had already waited for them and the sink was beginning to smell. I suggested they better do as they promised and come on out. A man called back and the first thing he asked was if I would be paying by cash, check, or card. He then told me it would be $99 plus approximately $325, over $425 to repair the sink. I am willing to pay a fair price and we would have not had a problem if he had done as he said and come between 2pm and 4pm, I think they are unprofessional, greedy, and not worth doing business with. They are a disgrace to the plumbing profession. I repeat, do. It use this company unless you want a lot of frustration and extra charges.

Many thanks to the Owner Jamie and Bryan for fixing a problem with my main shower hot water. They methodically checked all the possible problems as to why it wasn't getting hot (bad cartridge) and isolated and fixed the problem. A fine, professional job and would recommend anyone to use them. At the end of the day. A hot shower makes a Happy Wife, and a Happy Wife = A Happy Life. Thank you again!

I arranged to have a plumber from this company come to my mothers home while she was in the hospital to unplug a kitchen drain. There was at least a 24 hour notice and they agreed to be at her home between 4 and 6 pm on 3/22/22. I left her at the hospital to come from Knoxville to meet the plumber and arrived at her home at 3:45 pm. I waited until 5:55 pm and they had not arrived.

I called them and was told that someone had left a message that they would be out on Thursday 3/24/22 instead. I have no message, the drain has been stopped up, for over a week and is starting to have an odor. These people are irresponsible and not reliable. Suggest that they not be used.

Had work done by this company to resolve a plumbing issue at the master toilet which required the toilet to be disconnected and resealed. They completed the repair but when they left we discovered a small leak coming from toilet water line. When we called them for the repair, the same plumber arrived with an attitude that he could not have caused the leak and charged an additional $185 for the repair. I will never use this company in the future.

My kitchen sink backed up yesterday. I called My Professional Plumber because plumbers I had used in the past were unavailable for a week or more. I was very pleased! Anthony arrived on time, was professionally dressed, offered Covid precautions, cleared the line, and meticulously cleaned up, He even offered to put cleaning products back under the sink. I'll definitely use their services in the future!

Jimmy was very professional and pleasant. He updated us anytime there was a change and always arrived on time. These guys are great. Very efficient and know exactly what needs to be done. Quality service. For other reviews that think they over charge remember you get what you pay for. Yes there may be cheaper services but that's what you will get, ''cheap service ''. I actually called them by mistake thinking I had called another service and was surprised when their van pulled into my drive with My Professional Plumber printed on the side. Best mistake I could make. Their logo says it all. Will be using as my go to guys.

Bill came and did an inspection of all the items we wanted to fix. He gave us fair prices and excellent work, even coming in less than his quote. We have great toilets and brand new piping under the sink. Bill performed surgery on some disgusting things, and we are so thankful. We HIGHLY recommend Bill and My Plumber. We will absolutely use them when we remodel our home.

We contacted My Professional Plumber regarding a sewer smell in our home, the company sent Josh out. I have to say Josh was very professional & courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately he wasn't able to detect the issue, but was able to redirect us as to our next step in resolving our issue. I would also like to mention we did receive an email and text confirming when Josh would arrive, which was really nice. I might add that it is refreshing to see a company show up for an appt. as well. I will definitely be using this company again if it's needed, thank you!

I agree with all the comments about excellent customer service, courteous tech, and job done well. My big beef is the PRICE! I had a leaky kitchen faucet 2 days before Thanksgiving. The tech arrived on time, I even got a text with his name and picture. He arrived in a crisp white shirt, smiled and took me to the cleaners. To replace ONE kitchen faucet and TWO under counter fittings was $595.00. Yes, he gave me the price upfront but his presence (service call) already was 60+ dollars.

With family coming for the holidays and lots to do, I said go ahead. 1 Hour and 10 Minutes later I had a new faucet (I previously bought) installed and I was out $600.00! A very professional organization, but I'd rather pay Jimmy-Bob 100 bucks.

This was the best repair experience I have ever had. The technician was prompt, professional and thorough. He diagnosed, quoted, and finished the work quickly and in a fair value exchange.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about My Professional Plumber. Especially regarding Bill. I have requested their service a couple of times in the past few months and their level of professionalism, knowledge, and service is outstanding. After the heavy rain at the end of February I was in need of a new water heater ASAP. Bill was able to come out within an hour of my initial call and installed a new heater that same day.

And recently on another service call, Bill went above and beyond by cleaning up a mess left at my house by another company. They tracked dirt on my floors throughout my house and he cleaned up after them I cannot recommend enough. 10/10!

However, for me professionalism, timeliness, and cleanliness are more important than dollars. Every job I have given them has been done properly, timely, and just as they said it would be done. That it rare in today's contractor world. You get what you pay for.

While searching the Internet for a plumber I found This company. This was the third time I have used them, since I was pleased with their prior work I decided to use them to install a new water heater. They held to their reputation of showing up on time, being clean in their work and very professional in their business dealings.

These are probably the cleanest, friendliest plumbers I have ever had in my house. Shoe covers before entering my house. Not a single thing or tool he used touched a surface in my house. Everything was placed on a large mat that he layed before starting work. They fixed the leaky faucet I called about originally. When he was done he offered to do an inspection of my other plumbing.

I thought "This is where they make their money." Well after reviewing everything, including my gas lines, he said everything was in great working order and nothing further needed to be addressed. I will definitely call them in the future for any other plumbing issues. Or gas! I had no idea plumbers worked on gas lines.

My Plumber came out to do a new sink plumbing install. Did a great job and very neat and cleaned up after. Then a later sewage back-up, they took care of it in a timely manner. They are definitely a Professional Plumbing Company with trained, neat and courteous employees. I can highly recommend this Company and I will use them again.

Replaced 2 electric water heaters with a instant gas water heater. In the first month we saved over $200 on our utility bill. It will pay for itself quickly and we don't have to worry about a leaking water heater. Professional service!
