AWESOME! Another company failed us, but Air Force One was quick to help! We placed a call to them for an emergency AC repair and they had someone out within an hour and a half. Better yet, our tech called us beforehand asking about the details of our problem, provided us with a quote, and then made sure we were okay with that price before he came out to do diagnostics/service/etc.

I Had a complete Rheem air conditioning system installed in late November 2014 by Air Force One. In mid February of this year, when the weather heated up for a few days, we had no air conditioning. I had it checked and it was 4lbs low on refrigerant.

Rick was the technician who serviced my unit today, and he was great! Alerted me to a possible problem with insulation blocking the air flow of the soffits and explained in detail how to change the filters myself so that I could do it monthly.

Great service. I think it's great they let you know who will be coming to your home and provide a pic as well. Kevin was very polite. He explained and showed me what the issue was and ran a complete check of my AC and Heating system. Answered all my questions. Very pleased with AF1!
