I had my elderly parent's home re-piped, the main service line replaced, a house water filter added, a water heater door fixed, a walk-in shower enclosure, and a grab bar installed in a couple of days. After inspection, the drywall was replaced and patched up in one day. Taking care of my parents' home and making sure projects flowed smoothly was a huge responsibility, so selecting a good plumbing contractor took several months and patience. Our family is blessed to have found Bobby Blue and his crew. They are part of our trusted, reliable, committed, friendly, and honest contractors.

Not really sure which office/location sent the representative but Fernando responded to my home for a fireplace/gas line issue. Fernando was extremely helpful and went well beyond what was asked of him to help me with a solution to my problem. Will definitely be calling upon them for all my plumbing needs.

Made an appointment over a week ago for a consultation for a main line water leak. We were given a 9-10am arrival time. I called at 0930 to confirm someone was coming. The person answering the phone sounds super inexperienced with calls, even when i made the appointment initially. He said he'll call the tech with an ETA and just hung up on me. Didn't hear from him within 15 minutes.

So when i called back he basically said the guy was finishing a job and should be available in 45 minutes to an hour. I questioned him to see why he didn't call me back and just stammered. This is way outside of the time i was given. If that was the case, this should have been communicated. This small job was going to help determine who i will hire for a new construction unit we'll be starting soon at the house.

It's a big job that they won't be called for thanks to their poor phone operator. They might be a good company but how will we know, if it's difficult to receive good communication from them. Update: Bobby actually called me to apologize for the situation and kindly explained what happened, which I appreciate. So, thanks Bobby.

Written by my husband Robbie: Wow! I love Bobby Blue Plumbing! I am a new home owner and we encountered a leak using our guest bathroom tub/shower which seeped into the adjacent bedroom. I went through a total of 5 local quotes to fix the problem. All gave possible solutions which would fix the problem from $7-$10K to fix by installing a whole entire tub/shower combination. Bobby came in to my home professionally and examined the possible causes. Bobby gave my issue great attention and explained the whole process with me and allowed me to watch the process.

He noticed that the drain was loose which no one suggested in fixing first. So Bobby wanted to see if the leaking issue could be fixed with plumbers putty to tighten the drain. With one small fix, the shower/tub stopped leaking! Bobby also added some caulk to some trimming as well in case water was going through there as well! My only regret is that I wish I got Bobby FIRST before going through the other competitors.

I will be using Bobby Blue Plumbing for future plumbing needs! Bobby and I were able to strike a conversation too and found out he was a fellow Christian as well. Bobby is an honest guy who could have easily charged thousands but I only paid a very very small fraction of that amount! Thank you Bobby for helping us. We highly recommend him to EVERYONE!

Thank you Phillip! From the time we called for service to the time Phillip arrived was super quick. He fixed the problem right away and for more than half the price another company quoted! He went above and beyond to make sure the toilet was running properly. He was courteous and professional and explained everything. These guys are phenomenal! David did work on plumbing on the outside of my home a couple of years back that other plumbers rant and rave about. A couple of months ago the owner (Bobby) came to my home in the middle of night from being with his family to fix a botched job a different plumbing company screwed up. My wife got on me for not going to Bobby in the first place being that they did such a great job previously.

A few months ago Dean installed a water filter for me, impeccable service and real cool dude. I called this morning because I noticed my kitchen sink had a link somewhere. In no time, Dean and his brother Steve show up, trouble shoot, and in five minutes figure out the old sink just needed some caulking and problem solved. I tried to pay them, they refused, I tried to pay for their lunch and again, they refused.

You cannot go wrong with Bobby Blue Plumbing! Four different plumbers have come through for me and their service and quality of work is absolutely, without a doubt, second to none.my plumbers for life!

This is my second time using Bobby Blue and once again the service was top notch. If there ever is a third time, I will def be contacting Bobby Blue once again. Not only did the staff member (Dean) show up on time, he was polite, wore a mask (covid-19 time frame), respected the house rule of removing his shoes, and was efficient with the job. Called on a Friday at 4 pm. David was at my door in about 20 min. Addressed my concerns and made sure I understood. My repairs were done Saturday morning in a very timely manner. Very honest and reasonable prices. David was even great with my crazy dog! I am very satisfied with my entire experience and will definitely use again for any plumbing issues.

Updated review 10-4-18 -We contacted Bobby Blue again. Dwight installed our tankless water heater. He knew exactly what to do when he arrived. I felt comfortable knowing he was handling our install after talking to him. He specializes in tankless water heaters and any technical question I asked he knew the answer. Dwight made sure I was happy when the job was completed.

I recommend this company to my Mom &without hesitation she had Dwight install a tankless water heater at her house the next day. Dwight removed her old 50 gallon tank water heater and replaced it with a Noritz tankless water heater and added a pre-filter. While installing my Mom's tankless he explained the retrofit and how easy it was. I learned about top mounted water connections, 1/2 gas line and ventilation. Dwight is a super smart guy.

Bobby Blue Plumbing is my go too plumber when anything goes wrong. Fast, efficient and done right the first time. I've had Bobby and his senior technician, David at my residence for issues. Very proficient and professional. They aren't cheap, but they're reliable and priced much better than other competitive companies out there. If you want cheap, do it yourself!

Jimmy from Bobby Blue Plumbing was great. He showed up right on time got straight to work and found the problem in minutes. He also was very honest by telling me that the problem would most likely be the city's problem even tho it was still on my property, for free. He called the city and set everything up for them to come out. They were there within the hour and fixed the problem and it got done for free. I really appreciate him doing that, it saved us thousands of dollars that we couldn't afford. I would recommend Bobby Blue Plumbing and especially jimmy to anyone.

My shower started backing up and oh my gosh HELP! Called Bobby blue plumbing and they came out, and cleared the drain They put a camera down the pipe and found that it was starting to deteriorate. He also showed me the pictures of the pipe on camera. The technician gave me a price and a quote to get the pipe fixed. They came out and fixed the pipe and I was only down for five hours without water or sewer. Bobby Blue did a great job installing the Phyn Plus smart water assistant at my house. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable and his prices were very reasonable. He took time to explain the entire installation process to me before starting the installation. He patiently determined the ideal spot to install the device. He was careful to ensure there were no leaks in the water pipes during the soldering process.

He made sure that all debris was properly disposed of before leaving. He texted me the next day to make sure that the Phyn Plus was operating correctly. I would not hesitate to hire Bobby Blue for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Called Bobby because my water main in the backyard broke from prior shoddy work. Previous owners of our house put galvanized pipe directly on copper pipe which corroded the pipe until it was paper thin and broke. Other plumbers wanted to come out three days later. (No way we could go that long without water hah) Bobby came right out and was very fair with his estimate and didn't upsell.

He even dropped the price when he saw we already cut away all the concrete surrounding the pipes. The work done quickly and properly. He fixed it and added a shut off valve so we don't have to shut off the whole house water again if something happens.

We recently had Bobby Blue Plumbing replace our water heater. We have lived in our home for 20-plus years, with two previous water heaters. We have always had a problem with hot water, having to let the faucet run for 5 minutes before it was even warm. The plumbers were quick, clean and efficient; but best of all, the water is HOT within a minute of turning on the tap.

Excellent service by David. I needed a gas hookup to my fireplace and they came out the next day. David did a quick job and then asked if there was anything else he could look at for me. I used this guy for almost fifteen years on several of my rental houses things were going pretty good until he changed his plumbers over to commission only now his prices have gone out of sight I was quoted $1,000 to install a water heater when I provided the water heater myself Home Depot charges $175 for the same thing I don't know what's wrong with this outfit anymore but I refuse to use him on my 20 plus rental houses and word is spreading like wildfire Among Us landlords with the same problem he needs to restructure his business back to what he had before this is ridiculous Bobby I hope you dont lose your business. over this new found greed!

Excellent service! I called in because because we had a problem with our washer when it drains the water. Anthony came in and fixed it, he was very courteous and took his time to make sure there was no more leakage. He gave honest advice and was seeking to help fix our problem. Small private plumber. Fixed a bathroom lateral clog that some other plumber quoted $1200 to fix for $80 in less than 30 minutes. Bobby Blue is a plumbing expert who is also friendly, prompt & extremely professional. Very fair prices and will recommend to everyone.

Thankful for their emergency services. The tech was nice and polite. Three stars for price. $225 for a snake? Yes, it was after hours but it was only 7pm. Not 2am. Also feeling like I was charged higher cause I'm a woman and my husband was out of town at the time. Wondering if I still would have been charged that if I were a man.

I called a few plumbers this past Sunday. I had a broken copper water line in the wall in the kitchen that had to be repaired right away. I called Bobby Blue and they answered the phone - they took down my information and said they will contact their technician immediately. Sal called me back within 20 mins. Sal showed up, gave me a quote and installed a new ice maker valve and box. Repaired the water line. Sal was knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. I would recommend him and call Bobby Blue again.

Called few plumbers an liked this company. Gave me good apt time with only 2hr window. Darryl showed up on time and nice smile. I received info on my water heater that was leaking a 12 yrs old tank. I was able to have it replaced by him. Darryl left and came back with new 50 gal tank. Installed same day in about 3hrs. So happy I called Bobby Blue Plumbing.

I've used Bobby Blue Plumbing most recently and have in past. We are very satisfied with the service they provided of installing a new toilet.

I called Bobby this morning since we had a few things that were wrong with our water heater. He was very friendly, and he headed right over to check out what was wrong with our heater. He quickly diagnosed the problems, fixed everything that was messed up, and he was very efficient. He even came back later to just check if everything was ok.

We used Bobby Blue Plumbing about 2 years ago when my water heater was leaking and caused some damage to my home. He quickly responded, was incredibly honest in that he tried to just repair the water heater, but it ended up that we needed a new one.

They are plumbers but they charge arm and leg. Very very expensive. Please shop around.

Can't thank Bobby enough. Got his number from a friend. I had a drain problem where both showers, toilets and Washing machine drain was backing up major. I was afraid a main line had busted and I was looking to pay huge. I called Bobby on a Saturday, told him my problem and he calmed me down that it just may be small blockage.

I called to get my shower faucet fixed because it was leaking and I had the worse experience. All we asked for was an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. I understand you have to look at it and maybe take off a few things for an estimate, but he ended up breaking an important part of the faucet which made the problem worse (sorry, not well versed in plumbing parts).

He continued to say if he were to fix what he broke he would have to charge us $300 and there was no guarantee he would not damage the valve which would cost even more to fix if damaged. I do not believe it was right to charge us for something that he broke so we told him not to touch anything anymore and now we are left with a broken faucet and having to call someone else to fix the new problem.

I start to use Bobby Blue Plumbing's service since I bought my rental properties in Fontana, California. I am very satisfied and happy so far. They are knowledgeable and reliable. A lot of times I have busted pipes or clogged drain happened in the mid-night and holidays, they can always come to the rescue.
