Aldo checked a couple of issues, i.e., toilet, garbage disposal, for which he ultimately did not do any work, but did not charge me for investigating the potential problems. I thought he went out of his way to help but did not take advantage of me. That was appreciated.

I was impressed with the friendliness of those I spoke with on the phone, and with Joe's clear explanations of the process. My issue was the backflow flap in front of my house. It was rather deep and required removing a 4 foot section of concrete sidewalk leading to my front door.
