This post is a little late. Leo from All Pro came to my mom and dad's house and he provided excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable, did great work, and helped resolve the issue my parents had with their water heater. I highly recommend All Pro and their employee Leo!

Lorenzo Luna came to inspect my water heater today. It was the annual inspection. All Pro called to state Lorenzo was running early and asked if he could come early. This worked for me. Lorenzo showed up early and was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond. He was respectful, polite and courteous. I appreciated him explaining to me the vent on my water heater.

In addition when I asked about the benefits about going to a tankless water heater in the future he explained that as well. I told him that I would be calling with future projects that I had in mind. I love All Pro Plumbing.

Leo was extremely professional, friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He made recommendations and gave us the reasons which we greatly appreciated. He was a clean and neat service person. He installed a new garbage disposal and helped us with our water pressure issue. Everything he recommended I do. I did and it works great! Thank you

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Kevin Elvir came in and right away knew what to do. He them gave me a quote, but then gave me a better deal to do the job. He had the job done inside of 15 minutes. I would highly recommend All Pro and if you could ask for Kevin.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION OF HVAC SYSTEM. Our equipment had a "life expectancy" of 10-15 years and continues to run well, now in its 21st summer. All Pro had a special running for preventive service leading into the hot summer months which we will remember for next year. Austin gave our system a thorough inspection, noting several items for follow-up.

He was professional, knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. We will definitely follow his recommendations and look forward to working with All Pro to keep our system up and running efficiently. We selected All Pro solely based on their many 5-star reviews and glad we are able to add our 5-stars to their impressive record of quality service.

Water heater pilot went out, and I was able To get all Pro to come out same day within an hour or so to come take a look. Anthony Gave me recommendations on what to do, and I took his advice. Came next day to install new water heater and was able to get it done at a reasonable time frame. Very professional and reasonable.! Would recommended them.

THE GOOD: I called them in May with their special $49 tune-up on Air Cond. Luis came out and did the maintenance. He is professional and did the work well. Afterward, in our conversation, I asked about their membership. I decided to sign on. I called about a week later for the maintenance of the plumbing. Andrew came out to drain my water heater. Nothing more.

So I asked for a Tech to check my plumbing. Eric came out and did the job of identifying some of the issues. I am good. Though have to admit that its membership program may not be a great use of my money. THE BAD: This week my air conditioning has stopped working (after three weeks of maintenance). I call in the afternoon and the operator said the dispatch will be in touch (understandable it is late afternoon almost evening) so I did not expect any call that day.

I did not hear from them so I call in the late morning, they said they will have the dispatch call me to schedule someone to come out. No call. I call back the next day, early morning and they said, their dispatch will contact me. The afternoon came, and no call; so I called back the operator got the dispatch on the phone (this is Wednesday) She said she schedule me for Friday between 8:00-12:00.

I am not happy with the response but accepted it. On the day of the appointment I waited, but noone contact me. So I call again around 11:20. The operator said someone try to contact me; I got my phone with me all the time and the phone log did not show anything. The lady said she will talk to the dispatcher. She said that the dispatcher is on the phone with another customer (the same line they used 2 days ago) and she will call me right back. It has been 40 minutes since the last phone call and no one call yet. MY THOUGHT: They are not what they seem - the customer is not their priority.

The technician was professional, experienced and informative. His name was Kyle and he explained the issue and resolution clearly. It was a fair price. Once he cleared the drain, he did clean up any residue that was left. We will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Contacted the company on a Saturday and they were able to get a tech, Kyle Shepard, out same day to take a look at a problem faucet. He cleared it up for us in less than five minutes, gave some tips on how to keep it flowing and provided pamphlets regarding their yearly membership.

My sink and laundry room backed up. Disaster! I called All Pro and within 24 hours they had someone at my door! Kyle to my rescue! He was such a polite, professional young man! He saw the problem and explained what I needed. Kyle went further and offered me many money saving options. Before Kyle left he checked and rechecked everything to make sure everything was up and running! I can't thank All Pro and Kyle enough for the great service today.

So happy with the quality of service. All Pro scheduled a repair for our water heater within 2 days. Other companies were offering dates over a month away. We couldn't figure out why we weren't getting hot water on a 2 year old tankless water heater. Leo showed up and he was on time and very respectful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and resolve it.

He offered us a maintenance plan, which we signed up for. I would definitely recommend All Pro and Leo, and feel comfortable with him helping out with our plumbing issues in the future.

Daniel was very rude with a dry demeanor.he definitely acted like he did not want to give service to my black household. I mentioned that last year I had someone come out to check my a/c he deliberately kept saying " If I am just pumping Freon into my ac" He kept saying it and it was very offensive. all I was doing was informing him of the one service that was done before! Daniel came out to do a service diagnostic for 89.00 on my unit.he was very dry mannered and carry horrible energy. his listening and comprehension skills with customer to tech communication is horrible. and I believe he has this belief about certain households " constantly pumping Freon" because he kept saying that to me. which did not sit well.

If I told you that's not what I am doing why would you keep saying that and then if I tell you I will try somebody else. Daniel says " more power to you". Very unpleasant spirit & energy towards my household.

Kevin Elvir came to do a complimentary water heater tank flush-out and checkup. He was punctual and cordial. Thank you.

I contacted All Pro for maintenance on my air conditioner. Daniel arrived on time for both appointments. He inspected my unit along with the drainage and piping. He brought to my attention that the builders of my house made a mistake when they installed the drainage pipe in the second bathroom. The rubber pipe is bent at an angle that it will easily clog and cause the unit to flood.

I informed him 3 years ago my unit did flood the upstairs and that I had called another company, and they didn't inform me of this issue at all. Daniel explained in detail what needed to be repaired; he gave me several options and the prices. He explained each option in detail and answered all of my annoying questions. He completed all of the work, took pictures, tested the unit and then cleaned up. Daniel was polite, professional and knowledgeable in his field of work.

I was able to get a quote on a new air conditioning unit since I will be needing one in a few years. Great service, very informative and I will be recommending this company to my friends and family.

They were able to dispatch Kevin 90 minutes earlier than they'd optimistically estimated. Kevin was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Considerate of the pandemic he wore his mask and was also careful around keeping the entryway clean upon entering and exiting with tools and such. He quickly assessed the issue and within 30 minutes the repair was completed.

Everything was clearly explained and options were given. The fee was super cheap and clean up was also taken care of. This is my second time using All Pro. I returned because my first experience, water heater installation, was excellent. They are my go to plumbing service because they are friendly and competent. With people like Kevin representing the company I will continue to call upon them whenever I require a plumber. I also recommend them to my neighbors who, unlike people on the internet, I cannot escape or ignore if my recommendation was poor.

I received a complimentary visit by Brian Smith, from All Pro. He presented himself very professional, informative, accommodating and friendly. He explained in detail various recommendations and/or upgrades to my home's electrical system. He was courteous and patient. We briefly discussed the priorities, inasmuch as I am on limited income and may only be able to address a few things at a time.

My experience with All Pro has been positive from the moment I contacted them to provide a complete sewer system for my home (from the people answering the phones, to the sales reps, to the installers and even the management) In my opinion, this company provides a genuine personal, honest service in plumbing, heating, air and electrical.

Jovani was the service tech. He did a great job with our problem clearing our drain. I was impressed with his professionalism. This is the second time in a year they have come out. Makes me wonder if it wasn't completely cleared out the first time they were here. Hopefully won't have that issue again for a few years.

Lorenzo helped with my kitchen leak and toilet repair. AllPro was able to provide service the same day, which is truly magnificent. Our kitchen is no longer leaking water and our toilet is no longer clogged. So grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and help. Also, he was patient answering my child's questions regarding plumbing. Thank you for being so kind. Additionally, the transparency of the work being conducted and cost throughout the process is highly valued. Definitely recommend. 5 stars.

My water heater died & I had to get a new one installed. All Pro made scheduling easy, they were prompt, professional & explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

Leo showed up early, he was professional, and completely thorough in explaining repair options. He provided a quality and timely service. My tenant was happy, I'm happy. As a landlord, my experience with the company and with Leo was a 10, The ease of doing business was excellent. From making the phone call, having the ability to pay with a credit card over the phone and receiving the invoice and photos via email. I will definitely use All Pro Plumbing again and specifically ask for Leo.

I plan to use All Pro when my project is ready to be started, and any time in between. I am very impressed with the knowledge of the Project Manager that All Pro sent to look at and estimate the new construction plumbing. He was very thorough and left with me knowing what I needed to know. He followed up with an estimate and details that he said he would have the next day.

He was able to answer my Heating, Air & Electrical questions also which will be future projects once I can start my construction remodel. The knowledge, the professionalism, and the safety measures I acknowledged during the visit leaves very impressed with All Pro. Janice Moretz

After Spring Break vacation we came home to a water leak. I frantically searched for good reviews online. I selected them for their long standing years of service and high ratings. So glad I did! They were extremely courteous, professional, and very communicative. We had a little mishap with not replacing the toilet with the same size we previously had but, it was quickly taken care of with the same professionalism mentioned above. I'm super appreciative of their work and the way they do business. Finding good trade work is sometimes hard to find. I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Believe all the 1-star reviews you see here. I moved into a new home and wanted to get a tankless water heater and to move my outdoor AC unit. I knew the prices they quoted me were high to do both jobs, but I was eager and impatient. I paid $5241.90 for the tankless water heater install and $2546.00 to move my AC unit. Big mistake. The guys moving my AC unit spilled chemicals all over my pavers.

In retrospect, the technician knew he stained my pavers which was why he suddenly grabbed my garden hose and started "washing down" the AC unit and getting water all over my pavers so I wouldn't notice the stains. It took many phone calls to get them to send a tech back out to try to remove the stains. Which he could not remove. So I had to replace the stained pavers and asked to be reimbursed.

To which I got the run-around. The last I heard they wanted to send someone out to look at the stained pavers before reimbursing me. That was 4 months ago. Then I had a gas leak around the new tankless water heater. I had to call SoCal Gas to come fix it cuz I didn't want All-Pro touching anything ever again. The real kicker was when I mentioned I wanted to replace my electrical panel and they quoted me $7448.53 to do it. Seriously!

I went with another company and paid $1500. Sloppy work and high prices. VERY sloppy and VERY high. Oh, and they have a little Christian fish symbol on all of their company vans, so there's that.

Frank Hernandez was the plumber that arrived at my house within the scheduled timeframe. Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions, and explained everything. His work was top quality and he cleaned up after himself before he left. Frank is a great asset to All Pro. Nowadays, it is very difficult to find a technician (plumber) like Frank. Professional, knowledgeable about his craft, great customer service, and cleans up after the job is done - what more could you ask for!

If I or anyone close to me were to have any other plumbing need I would definitely choose All Pro Plumbing and request Frank Hernandez specifically to come out and do the job - you will not be disappointed and will not be left with unanswered questions or concerns. Thank you Frank Hernandez.

On a Sunday I called a website that promoted 24/7 heating repair. All Pro contacted me right away about my heating problem. Within a few hours a repairman, Edgar, was at my door. I explained the problem, he checked my thermostat and said it was the battery compartment. After checking it, he said he would check my heater. He showed me pictures of a dirty heater, said I needed repairs or a new system that may run about $10k. Repairs $2k.

Thought it was a pretty steep price considering he took nothing apart and didn't show me my heater in person. I paid the service fee and got other estimates. Ended up paying less than $200 for a new thermostat and heater maintenance service from another company.

Great customer service from the initial call to the service. Thank you Mariana and Thomas. Clogged toilet, same day service. Friendly, professional service person dedicated to finding and solving my toilet problem. Thomas worked outside in the rain, inspecting and clearing all clean outs until the job was completed. It took quite a bit of time and Thomas was pretty wet but he was able to solve the problem and clear the clog, all with a smile on his face. Friendly, professional and dedicated- very impressed w/ All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. Saved this number into my phone for any future services/repairs and for referrals. My rating- A++

Our water heater was leaking and the pressure was pretty low, I had googled some plumbing services near me and found All Pro plumbing. We had the pleasure of getting a great employee by the name of Leobardo Mena and he was so nice. Off the top, he was on time and very respectful as well as having a great sense of humor. He just gave off good vibes and it was very nice!

Trevor King I highly recommend as a service tech, he knows his HVAC Systems. He did upgrades and advised additional helpful modifications that we will do in the future. Now the schedule department overbooks their appointments and very often canceled with no notice a few minutes before they are to show up. Or they show up very late not prepared to do the job and ask if they can come back another day. But the techs are very professional and do great work it is not their fault the office has problems.

David from All Pro Plumbing came to my home and was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He fixed a leak that another plumber, from another company, told me required going into the wall and replacing the whole unit. David remedied the problem without opening the wall thereby saving me a ton of money. He worked tirelessly to fix our problem. Thank you David! I am signing up for the All- Pro membership!

Woke up to a pipe break in the backyard on a Saturday. All Pro was very responsive and Nick Cannon was there within a couple of hours. He was very professional, explained the issues thoroughly and fixed the problem the same day which involved digging up and finding a cracked pipe, replacing it and addressing the underlying problem of excess water pressure to the sprinklers. We had some questions and concerns the next day and he was back to troubleshoot on Monday. All problems fixed. Nick was fantastic.

Plumbing under the sink was leaking. I called All Pro Plumbing they were on site the next morning. Leo was the plumber that serviced the call. He was on time, respectful of my home, he was very efficient and thorough. I highly recommend All Pro!

Im not one who normally takes this approach but here we go.we had a minor leak beneath our sink.i was called away for unforseeable reasons so my girl called these guys who had decent reviews.a simple flux and replacement valve would've done it. i left it all prepared and ready.$850 later plus a yearly contract for some bs membership it gets better.you need a new garbage disposal bs i personally repaired our old one.point is if you decide to give them a nod.make eric cuevas is not the shyster called to work on your home.several calls and days later ive yet to have my garbage disposal returned

First, I had called another place about getting a plumber on a weekend a few weeks ago. I called to verify appt for today and they told me they didn't do weekends and had scheduled appt for Friday. So I had to cancel their appt and called all pro because they have people able to work weekends. Called all pro Friday morning, appt made for Sunday morning.

They sent James who arrived around 9. James thought it would be a small leak but would need to find it, would cost 190 to find it. Found problem pretty quickly, gave me a quote, got to work and finished around 11:15 including an actual good clean up of the work. He also gave me a good person for repairing the holes. James also explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done.

Also noticed there might be high water pressure and double checked it for me for free. Would definitely recommend James again, he does great work and is a friendly guy. Wore mask and shoe coverings which was considerate. Just some info about my experience finding a plumber. Other place was 350 for finding the problem, 175 if you got work done. All pro quick assessment was free, 190 if they believe it's a plumbing problem and need to find problem, free if you get work done. So basically 350 vs 190, 175 vs free with work. Can't comment on other place's work but happy with James and his work.

Yesterday we had a plumbing emergency and Francisco was dispatched to our home. Francisco is professional and honest. He was able to fix part of the problem. He requested a tech come out with a camera. So they could identify the problem. This morning Enrique arrived. Also very professional, he provided us with maintenance tips, in addition to pinpointing the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for all plumbing needs and maintenance. Enrique and Francisco are definitely a credit to this business

David did a great job and was very helpful with installing our new stove and gas shut off valve.

We had problems with slow drainage. They came out promptly and got the drain working. Further investigation revealed tree roots in a section of pipe that ran under the patio and into the septic tank. Daniel Altamirino was the foreman, Jesus and Robert were his assistants. Daniel did a great job explaining what they were going to do and when it would take place. The job went smoothly and looks great. They cleaned the work area and picked up everything before they left. I highly recommend this crew and their company. Five Stars ++

We had a backed up line in our house and we called All Pro due to the great reviews. Our tech Justin M was very knowledgeable and professional and found the problem right away. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend All Pro and will continue to use them if we have another problem.

We discovered a water leak in our front yard on a Sunday morning. My husband call All Pro Plumbing and they sent out a technical advisor within the hour and gave us an estimate. They came and completed the job of replacing the water line from our house to the meter. They were all very professional, respectful and courteous. They left our yard looking great. They took pics before and after. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend and call them again if the need arises. Thanks to Daniel, Jesus and Kevin.

I needed lights and ceiling fan installed on the 1st floor of my 2 story home. Lucas did an incredible job placing the new fixtures and not creating holes all over the ceiling. Highly recommended and will use their service again. Great service, great people, and at a great price for the service being provided.

I made a mistake of putting a tankless water heater 4 months ago. I made an appointment to fix certain issues 3 different times this past week. They were a no show 3 different times. 4 hrs of waiting 2 different days. Then a specific time and once again a no show, no call nothing. So disrespectful and absolutely the worst response I have ever had from any company.

TRULY 24/7 911 service During covid 1st call immediately responded with 1hr & driver arrived. He diagnosis explained everything & still took photos & repair prior to leaving. Very through job Unit still functioning G R E A T! No problems & driver professional & caring. Awesome x 10 will definitely use always & refer them. Follow up also if new install required with all the bells & whistles with warranty.

My plumber was Jeff. He arrived on time & was extremely polite. When he 1st started to enter my home, he was getting ready to put booties on which is really appreciated. He was very thorough with the job (installing a kitchen sink faucet) and very clean.
