We had Kevin come out to check out our issue. He gave us a very reasonable price, and fixed the issue. He was very nice, and courteous of keeping his mess clean. Even cleaned every knob he touched because we have small children. Would Definately recommend him to anyone in need. Service: Drain cleaning

I called for a special order. That process was fast and pleasant and came up with just what we wanted. The installation occurred sooner than we expected and the two gentlemen involved with the installation were friendly, pleasant, and efficient. When they left everything was cleaned up, and you wouldn't have known they had been there except for the new toilet!

Brett and David did a great job responding to our leak situation and quickly resolved our issue on a Friday afternoon. Brett came back on the following Monday to complete the repairs after the concrete had dried and completed two other jobs we needed done! Overall great service!

Called with a hot water tank issue. Figured I would have to replace it. They sent a guy out, listened to the issues we had leading up to no hot water, looked over everything, took time to test each electrical component in this two element/ thermostat unit. Found the top thermostat was not testing properly. Changed it out. It was a different dial system for temp control than bottom one and they have to be set the same so asked me if I wanted bottom one changed to match. Gave me a price for changing out bottom oone. It was a very fair price. Had it done and now both thermostats are new and hot water tank works great. Saved us a lot of money fixing rather than replacing! Thanks Samco!

I work for a very large property management company, with over 3800 homes owned, in Central Fla. I had a gas leak emergency on a Saturday with a new resident trying to get service hooked up. Gas company detected a leak, and shut the gas off, until leak could be found and repaired.

We are very satisfied with our SAMCO experience. We are having issues with our water bill and needed a 'leak check' before calling the city in to investigate the issue. The technician who made the appointment was very curteous and helpful and Todd came out promptly on time, was efficient and friendly and even helped me understand how the meter works before he left. We will definitely call again for anything they can help us with in the future.

I called Samco because I had a clogged kitchen sink. The girl that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The technician Todd was early, he knew exactly what to do and got the job done. I like that they write up the work order and get your approval first before they start the work. I knew exactly what it would cost and was able to use a coupon that they had on their website. Great service and price, will use them again for any plumbing needs.

This was our first experience with Samco. All the employees were very courteous & concerned with our problem. We had same day initial service. Techs were knowledgeable. Parts were ordered & were installed at a later date. Techs returned at scheduled time of 8:00 am & completed the work quickly. We were totally pleased with our experience with Samco & would recommend them to all. The cost was also very reasonable. Thank you all for saving the day.

To be fair, I have not used Samco in over seven years, but I wanted to review them as a "heads up" to future users. They were friendly, prompt and knew plumbing. But I had four plumbing issues and they said their policy is to treat each issue like "a separate call" with separate pricing which sounded fair at the time. I had four issues--two worn out toilet tank innards (main reason for the call), two sluggish tub drains.

My bill was over $400 by their method of separate pricing --for less than an hour's worth of work. I have since learned that others charge an hourly labor rate and will gladly fix other things while there plus supplies. Those were mighty expensive hairballs to pull out of the tub/shower drains with a snake tool--took them five minutes each and cost me about $100 each.

But I learned. Maybe their policy has changed since then but it''s worth your asking how they charge before you give them a list. Curry & Gilliam-Waddell are very good plumbers. (Verplanck went out of business.)

This was the first time I needed a plumber to come to the house to fix a clog kitchen sink drain. I wasn't sure who to call, but saw one of the Samco trucks and decided to give them a call. Best decision I could of made! Todd showed up prior to the appointment time and got right on the issue at hand. He was friendly and did a terrific job! I now have a plumber to call for any future needs!
