My property needed different jobs in the water heater area, so I hired a company for such a service that at the same hired Associated Plumbing Inc. Associated Plumbing Inc., came and took the water heater off advising that it should be changed to a new one. I bought the water heater from a different place because Associated Plumbing Inc. price was twice as much as the other place (same water heater).
I asked them exactly the parts needed, but the response was mediocre, vague or not even responsive. When we finally agreed on a date to install the water heater, they send me an email the next day stating "At this time our owner does not wish to proceed with this or any other work mentioned" To summarize their services: unprofessional, mediocre, expensive, lack of proper communication, lack of customer service.

Came in January to unclog toilet. Did not finish the job & needed to come back next day. Never came back. Wax ring was not on toilet and toilet was not caulked to ground. I called next day to get job finished and no response. I called another company and they came out and completed the job. Then today Associated Plumbing called saying that I had an outstanding $300 bill and needed to pay it immediately.
They never in the past SEVEN MONTHS called, emailed or sent a mailed invoice until today (July 26th!). But today they were demanding money over the phone immediately. I explained that the job wasn't completed and that this phone call today was aggressive and terse and the first time I am hearing of a bill due. I am not giving you my card information over the phone for an incomplete job that was SEVEN months ago with no prior billing or communication.
I needed them to provide me with proof that they finished the job and proof that they had contacted me previously regarding the invoice. He then hung up the phone on me. Edited to add in response to the owner: please provide the invoice and prior attempts to contact as I requested on the phone today. I have never stated that I will not pay, just that I will not give you personal information over the phone and that I need the invoice, photos and prior proof of contact.
You have not responded to me regarding this request directly, instead choosing to only respond to my google review. Instead, you are THREATENING to send a customer to collections PUBLICLY as a response. Do you not see that this is terrible customer service? This is, in fact, showing exactly what I am stating in my review and will hopefully be enough proof for the next possible customer to STAY AWAY.

I would give -1 star if it was available. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Pipes so called they fixed blowed up and caused my house to be flooded! Hired another company to fix the mess they did. They could not believe the cheap work they have done. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Do not let them step into your property without providing their Insurance Information.
On top of that while they cause to flood my house, they have guts to turn around and claim my house was flooded already so it s ok not to provide their insurance information. But guess what, I have all their visits n work quality recorded on camera. Preparing the case with my lawyer. I ll see them at court!

The people at Associated Plumbing are efficient, fast, and get the job done. I ask them to visit our offices all over the Tampa area and they are usually there the same day. Vikki (one of the office staff) is AMAZING. She makes stuff happen like nobody's business and has saved my butt on various occasions. Great company.

I give it two stars because the work was done properly. I give it 0 stars for the amount of money charged which doubled what we were quoted. They sent and billed for two men because that was who was in the area. They billed for three and a half hours for a combined labor total of $623.33. One and a half hours of this was for them to get parts and get lunch. So I paid for lunchtime. We contacted to dispute the bill but received no call back until 90 days later when its too late for us to contest the charges.

We had a plumbing/sewer issue that was very frustrating from the time we moved into our new home. We had two different visits by previous plumbers and the situation just wouldn't resolve. Abraham and Tim of Associated Plumbing came out and immediately solved our issue! They were both very kind, knowledgeable, and quick. Abraham took the time to explain to me exactly what he knew was causing the, previously unknown, issue and they both took action immediately. I highly recommend Associated Plumbing for any plumbing issues, big or small! Thank you Abraham and Tim!

HORRIBLE! CONSUMER BEWARE! THEY CHARGE PER HOUR WHICH IS ACCEPTABLE BUT ALSO CHARGE PER TRAVEL TIME OF $110 PER HOUR; TECH WAS AT MY HOME FOR 10 MINUTES PER GUARD GATE AND MY SECURITY CAMERAS; TECH SAT IN MY ROAD FOR 30 MINS AFTER EXITING MY HOME AND THEY CHARGED FOR 'HIS TIME AT THE HOUSE' I CALLED SPOKE WITH MANAGER, WHO WAS RUDE AND AT THAT TIME I REALIZED HE PROMOTES DISHONESTY. HE STATED ' IF YOU POST ANYTHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA I WILL DISPUTE IT AND MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT' NICE GUY. She called after having her bathroom remodeled or something by someone who set the flange on the toilet at the wrong height. She opened the ceiling which wasn't necessary." This statement is incorrect sir; The flange was at the original height but new tile was installed and the flange was set too high.
As for the ceiling it was not a plumbing issue for your services. To clarify your statement "He reinstalled the toilet with a new wax ring and checked for leaks" This statement is incorrect as well; He did NOT reinstall toilet with a new wax ring and checked for leaks. In fact as per Associated Plumbing invoice you provided me is correct it states; "Completion Notes stated "Upon arrival flange was sitting on top of tile. Secured which provide an eighth of an inch gap between flange and tile. install screws to secure tile also use tile bit to make holes in tile burnt-out-bit will need to be replaced pictures in notes flange secure to floor" My invoice balance reflects; Balance of $197.00 including the charge of $10.00 for a drill bit.
I did NOT receive a bill to reflect of $164.00 and quite honestly $164.00 for the services that you stated I received would be fair. Unfortunately, I did not receive those services. I am more than happy to provide a copy of the invoice you submitted to me. The statement "At the time of the service, she was very complimentary of the plumber and his work; Sir you did not ask me for any input on the plumbers service.
My review is honest and accurate; The threatening tone I received from your office manager was unprofessional, inappropriate and quite frankly bordering on defaming. I am hopeful to have a corrected bill to reflect the services that I actually I received. I am NOT refusing to pay a fair bill for fair services, please note it has been less than 24hours since issuing an invoice. Thank you I look forward to resolving this issue

I own 201+ rental properties in the Bay Area, a commercial building in Tampa and have used them for my personal home as well! They are quick to respond and have always given great service. Prices are very good. They respond to after hours calls promptly! They have responded and scheduled same day service in most all cases. Highly recommend.

Overall great experience! When I initially called, I was worried after several steep quotes. I spoke to Vicky, she was extremely polite and understanding. She got me an appointment the same day. When Tim & his coworker arrived to my home, they were also very polite & understanding. I could tell that they weren't trying to take advantage of me and wanted to ensure they got the job done!
