The young man who came out was very professional, kind, polite and honest. His name is Brennan. I gave him a hard time about how young he looked and asked his years of experience. He replies by saying, "I hope you can say you had a good experience and are happy with my service once I'm done". He was very thorough and did not miss a beat on anything.

He was very informative and not only told me parts that need replacing but he showed me as well. This awesome young man did an amazing job at explains everything to me. He actually taught me something new that I heard differently in past experiences. Next time I need service or repair work, I only want Brennan to be assigned to my job. I would definitely recommend Red Cap and Brennan to anyone.

Red Cap was able to fit us in the next day which is great because we have family coming to town! Technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. 2 reasons why I am not giving them 1 star rating. First one, they were very responsive and able to get a "tech" out the same day. Second, the "techs" were professional and courteous although very inexperienced. One of my bathrooms was out of service because of a back up. Red Plumbing sent a tech and he could not the clog out. A "camera" guy came out and suggested I had mayor problems and started to throw out services ranging from 10k to 30k.

He touted 20 years of experience and knew what he was talking about when I questioned him. THEY CHARGED ME $300 and I was basically at the same place I was before I called Redcap. I rented a snake and began to hit the stoppage with different attachments until finally one broke through (0 years of experience, just more thorough). In conclusion they charged me $300 for nothing then wanted me to pay $10K to "try" something different. Call an experienced plumber with all the tools, because will need to go through 3 people at redcap before you get someone that knows what their doing.

Had them out to hopefully fix my ac. They came out quickly and the tech was professional. Due to age and the issues going on, I was advised to replace it, which was understandable. The quote they provided sounded high, so I called a couple other reputable companies for quotes and ended up selecting the middle quote for the same unit for $4900 less. I would recommend them based on service but, based on their prices I would say to look elsewhere.

Donovan with Red Cap plumbing was professional, timely and was very accommodating. He answered ALL of my questions (I always have a lot) with patience and everything made sense to me before the job was scheduled. He exudes knowledge and experience. Adrian Miranda is exceptional at his job and takes real pride as to his skill set. He is mindful of Covid and wears a mask at all times. He fixed problems that less experienced plumbers missed, he explained what he did, what I should be aware of, and what I should be looking for in the future. He informed me of the best brands and best features in plumbing fixtures and as a bonus he asked me if there is any plumbing question I wanted to ask him. Best experience. Ask for Adrian, you won't be disappointed.

This local company was strongly recommended by a very reputable local company. So, we called them for an estimate on Monday morning. They had a salesman out that afternoon. He answered all of our questions, gave us three replacement options and left with a check and a contract. Around noon on the next day, the installer called to set up for the installation appointment.

He offered to come as early as 7 am the next day, but would work to meet our needs. I told him that 7-7:30 would be great. Rey showed up at 7:20 with his assistant and immediately started the job. The crew were very courteous, helpful and earnestly answered our questions. They completed the job, along with thoroughly cleaning up the work areas and tutoring my wife and I on our new systems functions and scheduling the county inspector's assessment visit.

Their truck was out of our drive and on the road by 12:30. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the staff at Red Cap and strongly recommend them for your HVAC & R needs. Oh yeah, we'll be using them for any plumbing issues in the future, should something need attention that I can't handle.

I hired Red Cap to replace the water pipes ( old galvanized steel) inside and outside my home after discovering a leak in my attic. They came out quickly to evaluate and give an estimate, and came up with a great solution to avoid digging up my patio. Their estimate was MUCH more in line with what I was expecting to pay for this job. The first estimate from a different company was $10k higher!

Red Cap gave me an honest assessment and a more than fair price, and they started the job the next day! Their crew was very professional and did a great job running piping through the attic with minimal damage to my drywall (nothing I can't fix myself). I highly recommend this company and am very grateful to have found such a reputable businesses.

We requested Red Cap come out to unclog a toilet and repair an emergency water valve. We called around 9am and Adrian Miranda showed up at 12. He even called to inform us what time he would arrive. Adrian was extremely professional thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. We conversed about the business and he was so proud to be a part of such a professional and caring company. I would just like to let people know how much I applaude Red Cap plumbing and especially their employee ( Neil Sutton) who did the plumbing service at my residence. It is so refreshing when you can find honesty and integrity in these times especially from service companies.

I've used them twice. First to have the complete sewer line replaced. This last time was having the whole house replumbed for fresh water. The house I live in was built in 1956 so the old galvanized pipes were full of rust giving us low water pressure and rusty water.

I called Red Cap as a 2nd opinion to an expensive estimate I received from another local plumbing service. Mike H. came out and saved me $150.00 on the camera inspection alone. Then Jake came to do the inspection and found the problem the other company said I had really didn't exist!
