Alvarez Plumbing

While away on vacation our AC went out. My elderly mother lives with us so it was important to make sure she had air since outside temps were high 90's. I made arrangements from out of state for Alvarez to come take a look. I called mid day on Wednesday and a tech was there that afternoon. I forget the tech's name but he spent a lot of time trouble shooting and sent us pictures of our rusted coils.

He removed the gas and replaced twice it but was still having issues holding pressure. Our AC is more than 11 years old so we decided it would be best to replace it. The scheduling department did an amazing job making sure they had all of the equipment necessary and scheduled the work to be done Friday. The crew ( Jerry and Jason )arrived on time and worked all day.

They had an issue with the breaker and made the decision to "borrow" the breaker from our dryer and then order a new one. It was a good decision since AC was more important than drying clothes and I was happy to return home on the weekend and have cold AC. Jerry returned today and replaced the breaker.

They responded quickly with getting me a Plumber. He called ahead to say when he would be arriving. He came in dress in their uniform and evaluate the issue. Explained what it might be, but would need to check further to verify and most likely fix it. It turned out exactly to be what he thought it was! So was in and out in no time and Faucet and water pressure was running great!

Alvarez was at our house within 2 hours of the call on a Saturday. Anthony was very thorough and gave recommendations on what we needed and gave us the option to wait. He fixed the leak quickly and sent photos of the before and after. Highly recommend.

Used Alvarez Plumbing in past years and have always had great professional service at a reasonable cost. Called for service to replace a old kitchen faucet and replace 2 toilet shut off valves due to age (30+ years). Elivs and Taylor were very good at explaining my options in repairing the toilet valves instead of replacing, which would've been a tougher job and more costly, The repair was much simpler, cost efficient, and the fix did the trick. Thank you for the great service! Would use Alavarez again and recommend.

My mother, Rhonda McRae had a pipe break under ground and called Alvarez Plumbing. The service person that came out was Jacob. She was very impressed by his attention to make sure she understood exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He gave her an estimate and time frame to fix the problem but it actually ended up being much less for both.

She will definitely recommend both Alvarez Plumbing and Jacob to anyone that needs a great plumbing company and use them in the future for any problems that may arise. It's good to know that there are still companies out there that care for the needs of their customers.

Barry Burrell and Jonathan replaced an upstairs toilet water pipeline, and out door water control valve. The service provided was exceptional: leaving all work areas clean, explaining all work resolutions, answered all questions, and assisted with scheduling new bathroom sink installations. We are very happy with our new AC system and the technicians who installed it. They arrived promptly when they said they were coming. Billy Gann, Travis and Jason were very professional, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The horrible company in the work. I called yesterday for an emergency service, they told me they are coming in 1 hour and they never came the never call me. What type of company like this big do this.
