thief very high price don’t get them, my A/c is clocked last time they did it with installing nest thermostat for $88 today I got them just for the same reason $59 service call and $409 to do the job , I paid only the service charge of $59 and I told them good bye without doing anything and I called another company I paid $75 to flush all the pipes with acid too , and tell me who is the thief in my situation. Don’t use them for sure

We have a new AC that works great. Crew rocked and especially John Sause. He was on it when some things needed to get ironed out and did an awesome job. I had a toilet that was leaking and I called Arts Plumbing at 8am and was able to get same day service 5 hours later. Chris was my plumber and he did a fantastic job. He explained exactly what was wrong, and exactly what it would take to repair it. Very happy with Arts and very happy with Chris!

I’ve worked with Art plumbing for several years and have had nothing but complete satisfaction for all the work done. From tankless water heater to AC to plumbing... always a pleasure. The office staff is always pleasant and receptive. However, a very special thanks to Eric and Daniel who are absolutely fantastic to work with.

They tried charging me $630 to replace a faucet. It’s 20 minutes to do and a faucet costs like $80. When asked how much just for labor because I will buy the faucet myself, they said $363 for labor. Total rip off of a company and when I called to complain and talk about it, I never heard back. I had another company do it for $125

We had a water heater leak on a Saturday morning. Kevin was here promptly, explained what we needed to do, and we signed a deal to replace the old heater. He was very helpful, explained everything, and will be back on Monday!! I was impressed with the speedy service as well as the complete explanation of the service from ART!!

Since I bought my house 3 years ago ART has always been there for me. I have had projects done by ART from a full Air conditioner install, excavation digging job done in my front yard to replace the piping and Y, and yesterday I had a plumbing issue with a clog in my kitchen sink. ART has always got the job done, their employees are nothing but respectful, have great personality’s, and very respectful when they come into my home. Art’s prices are also fair. I’d like to thank Matthew D for all he has done since I’ve bought my house, he always assures the job gets completed and sends the right people to do the job the first time. I’d also like to thank Anthony for yesterday’s job. Anthony was extremely respectful in my home yesterday and got the job done while assuring the area remained clean during the whole process.

I just wanted to say thank you to Mike D. He was great at explaining everything to be about my tankless water heater. He gave great recommendations on which one would be the best for my house. Also, he spoke with my husband via phone and explained everything to him as well, answered all of my husbands questions.

The tech was late, discourteous and offensive. I don't need to pay for his arrogant attitude. As a result of prior inept cartridge installation, water seeped for the 3rd time on to my hardwood floors.

Mike was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He has a great attitude and is an all around professional. The service was a bit pricy and in these situations you feel stuck or pay $200 and refuse the work.

Once again Art Plumbing came through. Each time you call to make an appointment, they make sure that the time and day fits into your schedule. Both Alex and Timothy provided a 30 minute window for me to get home without having to wait.

We had had an alert on our A/C control panel requiring the ultra violet bulbs needed replacing. When I called the Coral Springs office a regular service was scheduled. Steve Epstein arrived on time and very efficiently affected the servicing.

A/C tune up special scheduled for 11A. Service Pro Jimmy K. gave me a much appreciated curtesy call at 10:30A to let me know that he was running late. I found Jimmy to be very professional and an excellent communicator.

Called Art Plumbing because I had a guest bathroom shower cartridge that was stuck inside the valve. Art Plumbing was very responsive and told me they could have somebody out the same day to take care of it.

Johnny did a great job walking in the door with a great smile and greeting. He automatically slipped on disposable boots to walk into the house and listened to all of my concerns regarding the call. He helped address questions and showed me step by step his process of checking the issue, plus any related components.

Greg Parker performed our 6 month Air Conditioning System checkup. He did a very thorough test of both the Outside and Inside units. He found a wire, on the Outside A/C Circuit Board, that was burned, and the Circuit Board it was connected to was also burned.

Tyler was very polite, professional and did a great job installing a sprinkler pump.

When I called for a problem with a leak I was experiencing, I was initially very anxious about having a plumber come over but as soon as I met OJ, I felt at ease. He was super friendly and knowledgeable.
