WoW, I get it, prices are going up everywhere, but you don't have to be ripping off people. 3 fluid masters installed in under 20 minutes for 475.00 dollars? WTH! not even 75.00 dollars worth of parts. Won't be using John the plumber anymore very very disappointed use to be a fair company.what a shame. The guys they sent out were very polite. But never again.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was in need of a new plumber. I called the office was friendly and scheduled a convenient time. She explained they were waiving $69 service fee and upon arrival they would asses the issue and disclose price prior starting any work. The company reached out day of to confirm my appointment and John arrived promptly at 9am as scheduled.

He determined the leak was coming from my garbage disposal. He let me know the price would be $425 which included a 2 year warranty. John did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. So glad I have found a new plumber I can rely on.

A rip-off. They charged me $475 to replace the aerator of the kitchen faucet and to replace the shower cartridge. I prepaid for the services before the work was done. Mistake! Replace the aerator of the kitchen faucet took about 5 minutes. The plumber had to come back to replace the shower cartridge and this time he told me he needed to open the wall and I would be better to replace the whole thing, which I refused; I was not told when I prepaid for the service. I requested a refund, which I did not get. Rip-off, never again! Josee L.

Had a plumbing issue with my new washer and dryer. Also with the main water knob to the house and they came right away. Priced was fair abs the tech, Eric, was even kind enough to help me connect t the new washer and dryer. While working there another leak came up and he fixed it. Super professional and reliable company. Definitely recommend to others.

They were able to fit me in the same day (grateful). Needed repairs for two toilets. The tech was beyond amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I was able to get a quote for one of my toilets and had the other one repaired. It took maybe less than 30 minutes for consultation and repair. I will definitely use them again.

2 hours of work, basic plumbing nothing special, replace a t joint in a stack, $650. That's $325 and hour folks. hit and run people. Recommend you shop price over the phone, send a pic of what needs to be done, get a price over the phone before they come and don't use JOHN THE PLUMBER. Legalized Robbery.

Don't waste your time and money on anyone else. We've used this family for all our plumbing installations and problems for 15 + years now. Always on time, always professional, always knowledgeable and fair, most importantly HONEST! Great group of people with great work ethic, the three brothers are hands on and know plumbing, they have employees that exemplify their own ethics. Years ago they replaced all of our cast iron pipes digging two tunnels under our home. Big job, we did not shop around we know and trust they'll do the best job for a fair price and no regrets! Nicest people who do it right the first time. Call them!

This is the second time I've called on John the Plumber. Both times the job was done well. Adam identified the problem right away with the first visit, and then Connor installed a new garbage disposal and fixed another toilet issue that another company couldn't solve after 4 visits. I saw all the positive reviews and decided to try John the Plumber and wow did they deliver. Jason and his partner on the job (his name started with an S, I believe) were professional, confident in their knowledge and helpful with recommendations. My husband got home late but they hadn't been dispatched on to their next job yet so Jason took the time to explain to my husband what I wasn't able to wrap my mind around and then showed him everything they had done.

He even gave us recommendations for what we should consider fixing in order of priority for our family. I mean wow. They were efficient with their time and the care for explanation was above and beyond what we expected. We will be John the Plumber customers from here on out after our experience, today.

After reading the many high reviews we arranged to have John the Plumber install a bathroom vanity top and faucet connection. Renee quickly and efficiently reviewed job with us and scheduled Bill to do the work in our condo. We could not be happier. Bill arrived early, accessed the job and got to work. Bill is very friendly and professional. He has a positive "can do" attitude.

It is difficult to find a plumbing company that will charge a reasonable price for a small job. Many companies won't even call back. It can be very frustating. Not John the Plumber. His staff was extremely polite and accommodating. They explained that they charged by the job and that someone could come out and give me a price. They did charge an initial fee, but that would be absorbed into the total cost if I used them. Jason came out and after a discussion gave me a very reasonable price.

His work was neat and very professional. I will definitely use John the Plumber again regardless of job size and recommend them to others. I want a plumbing company who cares about providing plumbing services not just under their terms, but for the good of their customers.

I need to take a moment and thank John the plumber as a company. I had called around 10am with an emergency that happened the night before and talked to Diane. She was extremely nice, bubbly and was eager to help. She managed to get a plumber out to my residence by 1pm the same day! The plumber that arrived was, Dana. This gentleman was extemely knowledgeable, patient and really took the time to explain all my options.

After explaining all the options who explained the price associated with the services. Everything was extremely reasonable and fair. He was at our residence for 5 hours and went through all the restrooms to make sure nothing was missed. You could tell he truly cares about doing right by the client and takes great pride in his work. I also want to point out that he was very organized and made sure to cover the carpet with a blanket as to not stain it while he did his work.

He cleaned everything before he left so you would have never known he was their. If you need a plumber please look no further! They are worth every penny. I found John The Plumber on line an found it to be an excellent company. Adam was sent to our condo last Wed. He was professional and knowledgeable. After checking on the work to be done, he gave me a very reasonable estimate. After finishing, he showed me what he had finished. Adam left everything very neat and clean. On Mon. of this week Dan was sent to complete the work. Again, Dan was professional and very knowledgeable.

I showed him what needed to be done and he gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work. Both, Adam and Dan were very well organized. Dan showed me what he had done, when the work was completed. Needed a new float in the toilet tank and the stopper in the tub was jammed in the closed position. Both were repaired efficiently. Dana was professional and sociable. He diagnosed the problems easily and explained what he was going to do to fix both problems. Excellent service!

Called a week in advance to have a new toilet installed in my home on my one day off. Spoke to Diane, who assured me that they would be there first thing, between 9 and 9:30 am. Was so encouraged by the call I went and got a second commode as well. My appointment time came and went, no call, no text, no show. Then my phone rings at 1pm with all kinds of unacceptable excuses, my day already planned, that a plumber could be there in an hour.

What reputable company does that. Thanks John the Plumber for leaving me in a major bind a week before Christmas. I now have the holiday gift of two toilets sitting in my living room. How nice. Glad this company has so many 5 star reviews, but that certainly wasn't my experience.

Well, I thought I had finally found a good plumber. I bought a condo that has a tremendous bathtub and my hot water only goes to 1/3 filled. So I wanted to talk about options swapping out the water heater. Also Wanted to get a bidet toilet. Said they could do it all. They sent out a very bright young man named Dan, took all the information. I paid him for a visit. NEVER heard back. Good gig. Just don't do any work get a bunch of estimates all day long.

Another great experience with John the Plumber! They tried to work me into the schedule quickly since I had a leak under the sink. The communication with this company is great, with calls and texts to confirm arrival time and a photo of the tech so you know who is coming into your home. The tech who came, Dana, was professional, friendly and also great with my dog!

He quickly found the problem and fixed it - he had the necessary parts in the truck so there was no delay. I believe the price was fair and in line with what other companies would charge and I know they stand by their work. This is an established company and they have resolved other more complicated issues in my 1950's bathrooms in the past. Highly recommended.

Tremendous service and communication beginning at the onset of my engagement with Diane on my first call to the company, based on a referral from a friend that had used them and spoke highly of his experience and particularly his technician, Dana and a directed referral to this tech. Diane was extremely professional and understanding of my situation and my need for urgency.

She made it happen for me and scheduled Michael, the service manager, for the very next day, and that was a Saturday when Dana was unavailable. Michael arrived early in the morning after communicating with me to provide status and ETA. When on-site Michael was extremely knowledgeable, talented and consultative. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and have additional work scheduled with them as a result.

We called and the provided, Dana was sent to help us with our issue. He was honest, and wanted to ensure we got the correct service. He ran things by us, and fixed our issue in no time. He cleaned up after he finished and gave us tips to ensure our issue wouldn't happen again. If you have issues with your plumbing, call John the Plumber, and ask for Dana.

They had to return to replace parts in our toilet. No problem as they not only replaced what needed to be replaced but also other parts that could even need replacement.

Dan is the technician that came out to help me this morning. One of my showers had a constant leak that would not stop. He had the replacement part in his truck and was able to fix that and snake one of my bath tubs in about an hour. He was knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I am a frequent yelp user so I found this plumbing company via yelp and then redirected myself to google just to reconfirm the reviews. I am so happy I found this plumbing company. When I first called them for information on estimates and appointments Diane helped me and she was so very pleasant and informative. I made the appointment for the following Monday and I received a text message telling me that they were on their way and I also got an email telling me the same. Joe showed up, he was extremely sweet and very tidy. Got the job done in a timely manner and I was very happy with the work and price.

Our plumber, Adam, replaced the main water shut off value and the outside hose bibs. He was very polite and professional. He did the work efficiently I would recommend this company.

They're responsible from answering my call, making appointments to the day they arrive for the job. Since I'm handy myself and been managing properties over the past 20 years, I know the pricing and what it takes to complete a leaky toilet bowl. They recommend replacing the whole system including the pipe which usually takes about 30 mins when the person knows how to do it right and the equipment would cost from $15-$50 depending on quality.

I understand it doesn't make sense if the job it's too small to come out to fix but it is a bit steep for a toilet bowl equipment fix. They were going to charge me $250 but in my head that's a bit pricey, they agreed to bring it down to $190 after reasoning with the technician. After all, If I really want to save the money I would have try to fix it myself and avoid replacement, but it is a tenant's place, it was dirty and I don't want to spend more than 2 mins in there plus I can write it off at the end of the year, if I can get it fix under $200 will be ideal.

I remember it is not fun to change out the dirty toilet bowl system and if someone knows what they're doing and can avoid the work with leas than $200, it is not bad. It took the tech 15 mins and it's all fix with a year warranty. I do appreciate the swift and solid fix. Will definitely hire again, just wish they would price more reasonable next time for other bigger issues.

My kitchen sink started leaking and I had no idea why. Searched Yelp and this company had great reviews and I see why. I called and within 1 hour I had someone at my house. Helped a lot since I still had to go to work. The plumber discovered the issue have a quote and was done within an hour after replacing the garbage disposal. Work was clean and he also gave me some advice on how to avoid mold from the water. Thanks for the quick and responsive service. Money well spent

We just got a voicemail in our phone from John The Plumber Cynthia after waiting since last Wednesday to have them come by and give us a quote. Cynthia Was called on Wednesday to tell them they had not arrived she was going to call us back when she located them she never did. So now six days later she called and left a phone number to call. I left them a voicemail telling them don't bother to come by you've had your chance and we don't need you anymore.

We have been using them since we moved into our home in Silver Lakes and back in the day 20 or so years ago they were a good company but now I would not recommend them to anyone for under any circumstances do not use them. They are not reliable anymore.

Dana, my technician did great work and explained in detail what he needed to do and why he needed to do it. He was honest and did not try to up sell. I will use this service again.

I called the on Tuesday, they made an appt for Friday 12pm -5pm. On Friday at 3:50pm a woman called and rudely said they didn't need to come to give me a quote on installing a new shower pan. They can do it over the phone. So I said, I wish I was told when I called or before I waited from 12pm to 3:50pm of my time and changed other appts to be home waiting. She had a major attitude and never apologized for the inconvenience and started lecturing me about the work. I said, " you know what, GOODBYE!" Bad business attitude.

Adam Powell with John the Plumber was amazing! John The Plumber company installed a water heater for me and their installer, Adam, really was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, efficient, polite and just an overall wonderful attitude. He clearly knew his trade. It was a joy to have him install our water heater. I'd use John the Plumber again and would recommend other homeowners to do the same.

I have a toilet overflow in my home. This is the 3rd time and no other plumbers have truly fixed it or found the cause. It has caused extensive water damage now. But this company not only found the issue and fixed it for now, they even helped me get in contact with someone to fix my water damage. They were truly AMAZING! Very informative and did a great job in fixing my plumbing issues.

They recommended what to do next since the issue is actually the responsibility of the city and recommended a person to help with the water damage which was caused in my home. This is definitely going above and beyond. Truly recommend to others and will use them again for sure.

I wrote this review based on the conversation with the employee. Was told specifically after I explained the problem, that they don't do work in my area. Only "after" I explained the problem and telling them where I live. They were interested until I explained the work involved and literally said it was too small of a job to go that far.

I had a small issue with a leak and needed a plumber to fix it for me. I called over the weekend and they never called me back because there was miscommunication and they never put me on the schedule. We cleared it up and they came there next day. It was a quick fix. However they didn't resolve it completely and had to come back a day later to fix it. Now it's perfect and there's no issues.

Recently I needed a plumber to install a disposal and a water line to my refrigerator. I initially called one of the big guy companies and ended up waiting 8 hours for a plumber to show up.only to give an outrageous quote. The next day, I came across this firm and decided to give them a call. They were able to send someone out that day.and the plumber showed up on time.

The cost is fair, and probably on the cheaper side. Plus, they can do all sized jobs, so just don't think of them when you need to replace a hot water heater or unclog a drain.
