Remodeled kitchen. It was supposed to be an easy kitchen remodel however kitchen plumbing needed to be replaced. I called Connor plumbing and David came over the same day to access what needed to be done. He came back two more times to replace plumbing, install new garbage disposal and a few other things. Used this company last year for my back flow testing. They broke a piece on my hose attachment and the water wouldn't stop running. They refused to admit fault and we had to pay a different plumber to come. Do not use.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable from our initial conversation. He thoroughly explained various scenarios for repair of the hard to detect leak problem we were having depending on what he encountered when he arrived. Upon arrival he was able to locate the leak very quickly and repair with as little structure damage as possible. His work was very professionally done and he made sure he cleaned up well.

Great experience with Conner Plumbing. We had a Friday 630pm (of course) sewage backup. Sean of Conner got right back to us and arranged a good time for the service. I recently had a toilet that was leaking around the seal near the floor. Conner Plumbing came as a referral from a dear friend and boy was she spot on! James D with Conner Plumbing came over in less than 24 hours and did an amazing job! He fixed the toilet and a few other items easily! Cleaned up anything that needed to be handled. Amazing work done by Conner Plumbing. I selected them based on their great reviews here, and they didn't disappoint. We needed some light work done on a toilet that kept making noises. I called Conner in the morning and spoke with Krista, who said that even though they're booked would try to squeeze a quick visit into the schedule and send someone in the afternoon.

She followed up a couple of hours later saying that a tech was on his way. Jason (the plumber) was courteous, quick and professional. He explained the issue, fixed everything, and on top of it also asked if I knew how to turn off the water supply to the whole house if necessary - and showed me where the switch was, just in case. The charge was exactly as quoted to me by Krista earlier on the phone. Great job Conners Plumbing!

Conner plumbing does great work! I bought a new home in February and it needed some work. I had Conner Plumbing come out to service and upgrade my plumbing. The guys from Conner plumbing came out updated my water heater, supply lines, hose bibb, fixed a slow toilet, fixed my faucets, and made some really smart recommendations on how to make my home a better place. I highly recommend Conner Plumbing.

I had a mysterious leak in my house for months. More than one company came to give their free estimate. I heard so many awful and freaking out stories all the way from reroute pipes thru ceiling, breaking the tiles floor, its in the slab of the house to rip off my Homeowner Insurance with chargers and things that was not necessary. In my desperation I called Conner Plumbing on a Sunday.

The lady who answered my phone called advised me that the office was closed that she was the account person catching up in work but that someone will be calling me next morning. Next morning I received a phone called from Jason. He did couple of questions and give me options in how to deal with the issues, but one think that he made clear was that he was not looking unnecessary repairs and fee.

So we agreed to come to the house to check and give me a better idea of the issues. Not only he came the same afternoon but he took the time too check around and did couple of test to find out exactly the problem. Long story short the following day a Plumber came on time, fix this issues and resolve the famous leak without break tiles floor or reroute to the ceiling, etc as others claimed was the way to resolve it.

There fees was competitive compare to others Plumbing Company but the most important they showed that they know their business and their HONEST PEOPLE.something that unfortunately you don't find often here in South Florida. I recommend this company 100% for any plumbing Issues that you can have in your Home/Office. They really know their business. They are definitely our Family's Plumber Company from now on!

I decided to use Conner Plumbing to have a quote for a new water heater and I had a leaking bathtub spout that needed to be fixed. The bathtub spout was fixed without an issue and it was done very well. I also decided to replace my garbage disposal and this is when I ended up with an issue. Please read on and keep in mind that although there was an issue I still chose Conner Plumbing to perform my water heater install.

The gentlemen came over and installed the new garbage disposal, tested it worked and left. I looked under the sink and all the hoses appeared to be connected. I ran the dishwasher and left to go run an errand. Upon my return, I discovered that under the sink had flooded out from the dishwasher. I contacted Conner Plumbing and Jason Conner came out to look at the instillation.

The drain hose for the dishwasher had popped off from the garbage disposal and was not fastened properly. It was re-attached and Jason brought in two air fans to remove the moisture (left for three days nonstop running). My viewpoint is accidents happen and he was working on making things right. He said he would make the necessary repairs and couldn't understand how his best installer missed properly hooking up the hose.

He came and picked up the fans after a few days. That day he picked up the fans I was cooking and dumped pasta water into the sing and when I checked underneath there was water leaking from the garbage disposal. I contacted Jason when came over within the hour. He found that the collar that attaches the garbage disposal to the sink was not fastened all the way down.

He corrected the issue and due to all the trouble, we had with the install he provided us with a full refund for the install of the garbage disposal. You might ask yourself after all of this why would I have Conner Plumbing install a water heater? Although the garbage install had its issues. Jason Conner went above and beyond to make everything right!

That is the true definition of outstanding business practices and customer service. Mistakes happen and he went above and beyond to fix everything. We had our water heater installed and the install was completed without any issues. We are very happy with the water heater he guided us on selecting and is extremely knowledgeable. For going above and beyond to make things right with us and for the excellent water heater install, I would recommend Conner Plumbing as they are reliable and will make sure if there is an issue it is corrected and the job is completed to your satisfaction!
