I'm a first time home buyer, and my tech Angel was awesome! He was very patient with me as I asked my questions, answered everything that I asked with professionalism and knowledge. Gave me some great pointers to keep my system maintained and clean. He was extremely professional and thorough and made sure my AC unit and handler were in great working condition.

Very happy that I asked Lindstrom to come out to check my system in preparation for the summer. I'll be sure to be asking them back in the fall to help prepare the house for winter.

Kevin did a great job! He removed my leaking toilet and even had to saw off the bolts. He then fixed the flange so that it was flush and level. Finally he replaced the wax ring sealed and bolted my toilet back on. He detailed everything that he was doing and what he would charge me for each service. I really appreciated the no nonsense upfront approach to detailing his services and costs.

He called me in to show me specifically where the issues were and what he was doing to fix them. As a homeowner it's important to me to know what the exact problem is and what is being done to fix it because I'm ultimately the one who has to live with the repair. He was respectful and commutative. I hate when people come to fix something and they are vague about the price or showing you exactly where the problems are. Overall it was a really positive experience!

I have been a customer of Lindstrom for over 20 years and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. They are professional company that I would highly recommend. All the employees I have been in contact with from my initial call for service to the technician who arrived were courteous and would call to give me a 30 minute heads up as to their time of arrival per my request. We have purchased multiple AC units over the years along with preventative maintenance agreements and have been more than satisfied with their service and honesty.

We have had Lindstrom service for years now. Two days ago our compressor went on our a/c need I say how hot it has been with the South Florida weather. A HVAC technician named Kyle Singer and his helper came out. I think his name was Andrew. They were of the utmost professional, pleasant and quick on getting my a/c up and running. I am very thankful to them since it's a holiday weekend and family is planning to come to my home. Thanks to them my family will be coming to a nice and cold house!

I called this morning after being told by several other companies that they were fully booked. Easily made an appointment for this evening as an emergency call, then was called to say plumber could come early. Very quick, professional fix with recommendation for a preventative measure. Reasonable price since it was no longer identified as an emergency. Very satisfied.

Our team of three men headed by Troy arrived on time to install a big new A/C unit. They were courteous professionals who stopped to take time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Troy even took the warranty form back to the office to have it filled out because it was so complicated. We have worked with Lindstrom for many years and have found this experience to be emblematic of the whole Lindstrom culture! Thank you for what you do.

Our old AC broke over the weekend, which as every South Floridian knows is about as close to the end of the world as you get. After confirming we definitely needed a new one, someone from Lindstrom came out promptly on Monday morning and looked at the space, gave us a proposal, and promised to get the work done ASAP. Sure enough, a fleet of trucks arrived at our house bright and early the next morning and were ready to go with the install.

Prior to them arriving, we received an email with a background check and bio on the people who would be working at our home that day, which was such a great added gesture for peace of mind and professionalism. They made sure to make everything clean and beautiful and install the units with such efficiency and care. I have not seen such attention to detail in an AC company probably ever.

Everything was finished and working by the end of the day and they made sure to explain the new system and make sure we were happy prior to their departure. Can't recommend this company enough!

We got so lucky in calling Lindstrom to come help with a wiring problem. They were so responsive from the initial phone call, to the visit from our technician Rick. Rick was so professional and friendly during our appointment and that was very refreshing. Rick was able to diagnose our problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed within 10. Rick also took the time to explain everything to me, so that I understood what the problem had been and what he did to fix it. Great service from everyone and we are extremely happy and satisfied. Highly recommend if you want it done right the first time.

Seamless, efficient service with quick turnaround. Called late afternoon on 1/19 and was able to get scheduled for the following day 1/20 between 3-5pm. Plumber was able to hook up my washing machine and fix a toilet quickly and at the low rate of $45. I appreciate their contactless billing (invoice sent to email, can pay via Square/Apple Pay) as well as text service with appointment reminders. 10/10 service thank you!

He was very professional, knowledgable, experienced, friendly and courteous. Stefano quickly put my mind at ease as he fixed my clogged A.C. drain line and checked out my whole system. Sammy was polite, professional and knowledgeable about my unit. I contacted this company after my family worked with another local company for almost 40 years until they asked for a $200 fee just to come out to the home (service not included). I am a private home owner. A few years ago Lindstrom installed a new air conditioner in my home. I have a service contract with them and Joe Bronzini is the man I see twice a year. I love the professional service and the fact that I never have problems.

I feel I am in good hands with Lindstrom A/C and Plumbing, as every time I called them for service they were there soonest! My recent problem was concerning but when my Technician, Rocco called on me this past Saturday, he diagnosed the problem and I was set at ease.

My name is JR Gibson. Yesterday was our 6-month maintenance visit, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Milton Fletcher. This is the first time Milton has serviced our A/C unit. He was on-time, very pleasant, and very efficient.

I received a confirmation call the night before and a follow up call first thing in morning announcing that Alexander Bastidas was coming to do my plumbing work. He was right on time (very odd for South Florida).

Yuri (LIND338) serviced our home with 3 different services. Of the 3 services, one of them was a complete toilet reinstall that was done a year ago incorrectly during a bathroom remodeling project. He basically had to redo a job that was never done correctly.

Mr Heill was thorough, courteous and like always, did a great job. He is very professional and always arrives on time. He takes time to do the job very well and has a great disposition.

I had a great experience with Lindstrom's plumber Mr. Abner Sheoherd. He was courteous, funny but very importantly did his job to perfection. I was very impressed with both his work ethic and his aim to please.

Lindstrom did a marvelous job with our new AC system. We were alerted when anyone from the company was on their way from the initial diagnostic technician, to the sales rep, to the installation team.

Mark was friendly and courteous and checked my air conditioner for a maintenance visit. He replaced the filter and ordered new filters for me and said to me that the conditioner is in very good condition.

I'm 73 and in all my dealings with contractors, Lindstrom is by far the worst. They don't deal in good faith. They installed an a/c unit in our home and everything they did was done improperly. The most serious problem involved installing the wrong condenser unit resulting in a 10% increase in power usage despite going to a much more efficient unit.

The technician Marvin, very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He is the reason I write this review. He knows and fixes the problem in no time. Great services, on time, very neat and clean. Very happy with the company and will recommend to everyone.

Refreshing to watch someone work that knows what they are doing. Tech was competent and well mannered. wore shoe covers without being asked to, that was really important to the queen of the house. Good job Lindstrom thank you.
