My puppy had been sneaking under the bed to use my beautiful Afghani carpet as a toilet. These fine folks picked it up, got it spanking clean, and put it back into place. The reinstall required moving a bed and dresser and they did it happily! It would have taken me all day, but they made quick work of it. Every single person who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I have also personally witnessed their thorough rug cleaning process and can't recommend them highly enough.

My oriental was stained after dropping it off. It came back with spots and handprints. They rewashed but spots remained, although faded. They have not taken responsibility and claimed nothing was wrong. My antique rug received excessive wear and got stretched. I would not recommend this service for nice rugs.

They stained my rug and don’t claim responsibility. How does a company claim to have expertise in fine oriental rugs when they deliver a rug with handprints and numerous spots all over the rug? After rewashing the rug, the stains are faded but not gone but then it becomes abrash? Ridiculous.
