I use them monthly for routine interior household cleaning; it includes one bedroom. They follow my directions and have done an excellent job. I'd like to add that I prefer to have the same team if possible as it's easier on me to communicate. Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping

We've had both good and bad experiences with Becht. Much as most other cleaning outfits, Becht appears to struggle with a high-turnover rate. Very seldom (maybe once or twice) we've had a team return, but typically we encounter new cleaners. Overall it's been relatively carefree for us but occasionally the new people who come in are just not good at cleaning. That being said the last two cleanings were awesome and we've requested for one of those two teams to return, let's hope they can make it happen!

We were stood up for cleaning twice, and each time we had to call the office to find out what happened. The lady in 'customer service' needs to take a class in customer service, because she was HORRIBLE! No apologies, just acted like it was no big deal. Would not refund our payment, but wanted us to give them another chance. The last time we were scheduled from 1-3, then at almost 3 when we called because no one was here, they said it would be from 3-6 due to delays, then after 6:00 I called again to find out she was done for the day and they couldn't get us in until the following week (this was already delayed from the week before).

I get that things happen, but if they had communicated with us before and not after I had to call numerous times, I would have been more understanding. They were fine in the beginning, but once you get on a set schedule, the service goes way down. I was not going to write a review, but since the owner keeps emailing me to use their service even after I told him what happened, and that I was done and was not interested in using them again, I decided to write this review. Maybe now they will stop contacting me.

I wasn't satisfied with the first cleaner. When I got home I immediately sent pictures and called and left voicemails. They were very pleasant with much apologies and assured me they would make it right. Which they did within the same week. I was satisfied with the results after that. Service: Standard cleaning

Came by last Friday. Going to Sent me an estimate on job. Real nice gentleman interested in doing a good job and still saving me money.

I decided for the new year that floors are hard, I need help. I used Yelp to find cleaners (quite convenient if I don't say so myself). Becht Pride was quick to respond. They came out and I got a quote. After comparing with the other places, realized that they were the best value for my money. They worked with my schedule and came out and did the first cleaning.

I had to put a deposit down for the first and we're going to be doing monthly cleaning. When they came out they were friendly and nice, it took roughly 2.5 hours for my place (depends on your house and what you need done). Now my floors are sparkling and the outside of my oven doesn't look like a good explosion happened on it. You are able to tip cleaners though an online portal so don't worry if you hate getting cash like me. I really appreciated their service and looking forward to my next cleaning.

Not bad, but not great. I've had cleanings about 4 or 5 times now and gotten different people almost every time. I was hoping that I'd cycle through enough people to finally find a crew that I was truly satisfied with, but I have not. I mean, my place gets clean-ER, but not necessarily *clean*. Some parts are better than others. My biggest complaint is just the lack of attention to detail.

There's always hairs leftover on the floors or part of something that's missed. I'm paying enough money where I shouldn't consistently see these issues. Again, not terrible, but not great. Was never impressed. Other people who saw my house after they cleaned were also not impressed.

I had them do a move out cleaning on my apartment a couple years ago and they did a great job. They thought of a couple things I hadn't thought of and I got my entire deposit back thanks to them. Then more recently I had them come do a regular house cleaning. They did a great job, everything I expected and more. Very courteous and professional, highly recommend!

They cancelled 2 days before a surprise party for a house cleaning. It was due to lack of workers but they shouldn't have committed to begin with if they couldn't keep the services scheduled.

I'll be fair. This review is from 2018. It's very possible they have changed. But possible they have not. So take the review with that context. But Yelp keeps asking me to review them, so here goes: I hired them to help me clean for an apartment move out. Three women came over and I showed them the house. My cat is a jerk and was angry about moving chaos so he pooped outside the litter box and I didn't realize it until they were there.

I went upstairs. I didn't hear any cleaning. I look out the window and the three women are outside, one is on her phone. I'm confused. Then they get in the car and drive away. What the hell?! I call and apparently they didn't want to clean up cat poop so they quit. Ummm. I did not ask them to do that, and obviously didn't expect it.

It was so unprofessional to enter someone's home, judge them, and leave without saying anything (especially because when they left my front door was of course unlocked because I didn't know they were leaving). Becht said they would reimburse me. I imagine they did - moving was so chaotic I didn't check my bank statement that month and forgot to follow up.

But they really screwed me over, since then I had to call off work to get the deep cleaning done myself last minute just a few days before move out. Because of this, I will never ever ever hire Becht again, honestly even if they fired everyone since then, because just thinking about them makes me mad.

I had a GREAT experience with Becht! B and Theresa went above and beyond in their cleaning. I had some rough spots in the bathroom that I haven't been able to get that they were able to clean no problem! They were quick and efficient and finished early. Before they left they asked if I needed anything else, on top of the list I gave them, because they had more time.

They also asked me to check areas when they were finished to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated that. Every time I checked something that had been cleaned, it was perfect! I will definitely be using Becht Pride again and when I do, I hope B and Theresa are available to take my appointment, they were WONDERFUL!

I purchased a 4 hour cleaning service from Groupon and made the arrangements for Becht to clean on a certain date and time. I was very specific because it involved house closing. We had arranged for the house to be cleaned the day of the closing. We had expected it to be done! When they did not show up to clean, I tried in desperation to call them for over an hours! Whey they finally did call back, they could careless about my predicament and really did not care that the house was be cleaned for a house closing.

After a lot of frustration, they sent someone to clean and they were there for less than an hour and did a horrible job. The distress, anxiety, hypertension and overall stress that they caused that day in my life tells me that they could care less about their customers. I would never give this company any business!

Becht Pride is an excellent cleaning company and I wouldn't have anyone else. The detailed cleaning is second to none. I have had compliments on the service always on time. Trisha is the best. She is second to NONE. She goes above and beyond what she is called in to do. Becht has a great team working for them. Best in town!

Spent $350 for a 10 hour deep cleaning. They were very friendly, but did not seems to know how to clean very well. They asked my wife to inspect each room and each time she had them re-clean or clean things that had not been cleaned. Of course she could not inspect everything multiple times and things got missed. Ended up with a bleached bath mat and a not very thoroughly cleaned house.

I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, what I got was 2 women who came and spend 90 minutes doing a mediocre job for a total of 3 hours of cleaning. They were very friendly, but did not do much more than a very surface level cleaning that left me disappointed and likely will not hire them again.

Professional estimator but actual cleaning service is terrible. $300 for "deep clean" is worst money ever spend. Do not use these people.

I just had Jasmine and Misty and their teams clean my apartment; they were so kind and hard working and made my apartment feel like a cozy, comfortable, and CLEAN place to call home again. I was initially very nervous about having a professional team coming in to clean my apartment, because the idea was a little embarrassing for me. Thank you ladies for not making me feel like I was living in a dumpster, for calming my anxieties, and for being incredibly relaxed while maintaining a high level of professionalism. A+, 5/5, definitely recommend.

Had several poor experiences with them. Two out of the first three times they really did a poor job of cleaning and we had to clean up after them. The last appointment was between 3 and 5 and they are supposed to text when they are on their way. We texted them at 4:30 and asked what their eta was and they said 5:15-5:30. They then just never showed up, with no call and no text. Use someone else if you don't want to be disappointed.

I am currently in the middle of a bathroom renovation with Becht Pride so my review will only speak to my experience thus far. I hope to add pictures and a complete review when the work is done. Pros: - Nice people to work with, very professional and personable - They are respectful of my home, keeping the workspace as clean as they can as they work - Quality of work so far has been good Cons: - There have been multiple delays in the project (they were supposed to start July 8, it got pushed back a week to the 15th, then one of the main workers was away for a few days, and another fell ill).

They said it would take 2 weeks to complete and we are closing out 3 weeks and there is no paint or tile on the walls and no vanity or a toilet in place. - Communication needs to improve. I have had to reach out to ask about things they should have communicated to me. - Progress is slow because for most of the time, only one guy has been doing the work I've communicated with the owner and hope that the issues above will be addressed. When all of the work is completed I will amend this review to reflect my total experience.

Also, thank you SO MUCH for the deep clean of the new place. I love the team lead you sent and it was a fantastic group of ladies. I'm not sure if you know, but one of my arms is paralyzed and having your team help with the cleaning is such a physical and mental relief. They always take great care of me and they clean to such a high standard. I love coming home after the team has been through.

Jaime, Taylor, Marie, and Jessica, a crew of 4 showed up instead of my excellent crew of 2 for 2 hours. With 4 they were scheduled for 1 hr. They were wizzing by so fast it was like watching a flock of hummingbirds. They didn't stop after an hour because they wouldn't leave b4 the job was done. Another great crew from Becht! They could be an Indy 500 pit crew!

We have Becht Pride cleaning our house every other week, and they are wonderful. Paula and her team are efficient, polite, and courteous. They truly take pride in their work and I love how the house looks and smells fresh and clean when they are done.

I have been a regular customer with Becht for over 2 years now. They have done a fantastic job in providing the kind of cleaning that is needed for obsessively clean folks. I have had no complaints with either the cleaning or the scheduling of services. They are punctual, professional and very easy to work with.

If you want a team to clean, I would recommend Becht Pride. Apparently pride is more than just in their name but as one of their values. I've had consistently good service. Also, they are good about asking for feedback. For this reason, I trusted them. I have confidence that if I ever had a problem, they would fix it. They do more than clean, they build good relationships through good communication and dependable service.

Ladies were professional, friendly and punctual. My house looked great. There were a few items cleaned that I was pleasantly surprised about. No complaints.

I initially found Becht Pride Cleaning Services through Groupon, and so glad I did! I've used numerous cleaning services over the years, both commercial and individuals, and this is by far the best cleaning service out there. I've used them many, many times and have never been disappointed. I won't use any other!

I decided to give Becht Pride a try because my previous cleaning crew, from another company, did the minimum for the time they were in my home. If the previous crew had to look up, it just wouldn't get cleaned. I am thrilled with the team Becht sends to me. They are all business and do a great job! I had to reschedule my standing appointment with Becht Pride last week due to our having a power outage, and I was very pleased at how hard they worked to get me back on their schedule. Paula and Gigi were able to come this afternoon and did a wonderful job!

Paula, Ashley and Gigi are my angels! Charlie had his angels and Becht has these ladies! I had used another cleaning crew for years and just was tired of sloppy and inconsistent work. This was my first time with my angels and I LOVE them.

The fist time they came the cleaning was amazing! Was so excited to have them again. The next crew was not great, but I requested the original crew for our third visit and looked forward to them cleaning the house because my father was in the hospital and we had guests coming into town for the weekend.

I just wanted to let you know that the four women that cleaned our house on Friday (April 22) did a thorough and spotless job in the allotted time they had. They did a great job on the bathroom, including the difficult areas of the shower and tub, and still worked tirelessly on routine duties like floors and dusting.
