I was supposed to get carpet cleaning right before I moved out of a rental home 8/31/21 and they did not show up on the day so it didnt get done in time for rental property to inspect and they had to have it done and I pay EXTRA bc I guess that's how it is when your dealing with conning realty companies. This company, however, called on the day of the service due to say their vehicle was down and they were already behind on other cleans. I wouldn't recommend and I don't know how they got so many 5 stars if they can't even keep up?!

Excellent service! They answered my call immediately and scheduled the cleaning of my carpet within 48 hours. They kept me posted at all times regarding the time in which the cleaning crew would show up via email and text messages. When a time slot for an earlier service time opened they called me and offered to me. The crew was punctual, extremely polite and professional.

The price was excellent and what I thought was a carpet that needed to be replaced now looks like new. Overall a great experience. Highly recomend Indy Carpet Cleaning to anyone.

Indy Carpet Cleaning's team did a fantastic job. We had 3 rooms cleaned and 2 of the 3 rooms turned out great! We had one room with set in stains that actually looked better and worse after the job. HOWEVER, I reached out to Holly with pictures and a description of the issue and she was quick to send another team out to try and rectify the issue. IDK what the stains consisted of but the second pass certainly helped.

They did the best job they could do and I really appreciate their customer service and commitment. The tech's were super nice and didn't try and up sale me on anything I didn't want. SUPER reasonable pricing as well. Will use them again in the future.

They no called, no showed to my appointment on Saturday from 1 to 3. I also called and left 3 voicemails and didn't receive a call back and yet they still have not called. I would not hire this company.
