Lifelong Indianapolis resident Martin Cline always dreamed of owning his own business. After working a decade for another Indianapolis cleaning company and learning all of the responsibilities of business ownership - from payroll to operations to customer service - he decided it was time to take that leap into entrepreneurship.In 2005, Martin and his wife, Greta launched CleanSuite Commercial Cleaning Services. Within a year, the company had office space in downtown Indianapolis, and continued to grow the business slowly through networking, sales and referrals from satisfied customers. Today, CleanSuite has a crew of 45 full- and part-time team members, and a seamless operation that one of its customers once boasted as the "best kept secret in town."
