Just had these people come look at my central air unit. They scheduled me for an afternoon slot appointment between 1 and 5. I work late nights and so does my husband. The guy showed up at 11 am! Woke us up, had an attitude, they charge $99 just to come out and look at it, and the price quotes were extremely expensive! Call somewhere else!

Annual Spring check-up for my AC. technician was very professional and patient. Never felt rushed in asking questions I'd made note of for my peace of mind. They are always on time and clean up where necessary. Great Service (this is year 15+ w/ this service RECOMMEND highly)

We called in an AC issue today (Saturday), they were at our home within 60 - 90 minutes. Andrew was the service representative, he was excellent fixing our problem, and helping/giving us some preventive maintenance advice. Would highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system maintenance

Highly recommend M & M. My 37 year old furnace finally gave up this winter and I was without heat. M & M was quick to diagnose the problem, was willing to speak to my home warranty provider on the phone, and were professional through the entire process of installing a new furnace. Their service tech, installers, sales team, and office staff were all friendly and helpful during the process.

I worked with Adam who was very upfront during the quoting process and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions upfront and was very clear. The install team was incredibly quick. I had a new working furnace installed in less than a full day. They did a great job cleaning up my basement after install too - I can't recommend these guys enough!

Tech was really nice and did a good job doing a basic tune-up on my furnace. However, my primary reason for calling for service is I wanted the evaporator pad replaced (which I assumed was part of tune-up). But, the tech said they don't carry my brand filter and it would have to be special ordered. I took the day off work, so taking another day off to have them come back out is not possible for me. So, I spent $99 for the tune-up but still had to go on-line and order a $45 filter that I now have to replace myself which is what I was trying to avoid doing because I'm not comfortable I will replace it properly. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time so I could have had the filters on hand for the tech to replace for me.

When my furnace decided to go out ( on the coldest day of the year) M&,M dispatched a tech to my home within 2 hours. The tech (Sean) quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered. Sean loaned me 2 spaced heaters and I had 4 of my own. Sean returned a few days later, installed the parts and the furnace has been operating dependably ever since. Sean went beyond, working late to restore the heat. Sean was courteous, no messes and did a great job. I will use M&M again.

M and M Heating and Cooling did something phenomenal for us. They replacied an attic fan that had gone three days out of warranty at no charge! Not only did they not charge us for the new fan but they also did not charge us for any labor for the replacement. I simply cannot tell you how grateful I am. I highly recommend this company. We've also used them successfully in the past for our furnace maintenance. They are my first call when we need a new furnace. Call them!

Our AC started to make some very concerning noises late last night. Called in the morning and thankfully was able to have a technician (Tim) come out later in the day to address the issue. Tim found the problem immediately and showed me what was going on. He also checked the rest of the unit to ensure everything else was working as it should be. He did a great job, especially letting me know what was wrong and how things should be working and the diagnostics as he went along.

I really appreciated the explanations and his professionalism and work that was done. I have used M&M in the past and this is one of the reasons why. Many thanks, once again for an outstanding job.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced. We got 3 bids. M & M was competitive on price with the others. I went with them because the salesman spent time explaining things to me, but was very low pressure. I also was impressed with the woman who answers the phone. When we first bought our house I noticed the M & M service sticker on the furnace so I called her and asked about the service history of the equipment.

She took her time and ran through it all with me. That made me feel comfortable with M & M on the service end.and it's very important to me that the company who does the install can back it up with service down the road. As far as the install, it went great. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The install has been complete for a week now and everything is running great. The bill came in exactly as promised. I'm very happy and highly recommend!

I had to take my son to the hospital the last day of installation and left them alone. They did an excellent job and were very trustworthy. They even made sure my dog Sassy was ok!

Very nice company to work with. Installation reps were nice and considerate and very careful moving things in and out. I am very satisfied with the new thermostat and the overall comfort level in the entire house.

Had heating issues on a Saturday. Called and a technician contacted me almost immediately. He was at my house immediately. John S. the technician explained what he was doing as he was fixing. He also talked about the service agreement that would be an excellent idea to keep things inspected and perhaps help in avoiding future issues.

Wife filed complaint against company with BBB and the company out right lied in their response to BBB. Very dishonest would not every deal with company again. Terrible customer service. Inadvertently calling a customer a lair is no way to treat a loyal customer.

The previous installers undersized both our furnace and AC unit. M&M proprely size our system using blue prints when the home was built. The quality of their work was 100% better than than previous contractor. M&M did a professional install with a professional team - people who care about the quality of their work.

I called on Saturday morning at 8am when the temp was 5 below zero and our furnace was out. A tech arrived by 9am and had the furnace up and running by 10:30am. After replacing the igniter which was out, the tech, Brian, even cleaned and inspected the entire furnace.

My furnace stopped working in the middle of a very cold night. I called M&M and they came out installed a new Trane furnace that night! They did a great job and I'm very satisfied.

Installed a Carrier INFINITY 96 gas furnace by M&M Heating & Cooling in Feb 2014. The owner came to inspect the installation twice. At the end, he fixed the installation to look nicer and seal better.
