Excellent company! Customer service is a top priority. All the staff members are very kind, professional, and fixed our AC issues quickly! Our place is very cool and comfortable now. One of few companies willing to work on trailer/mobile home. We are definitely going to be having them come out on regular basis to check Heat in fall and AC service in spring for regular maintenance plan. Thank you Mark!

Fry was amazing from the time I called them, my furnace was very old and stopped running, Amber was very attentive and helpful and offered to get someone out that very day, from there Larry came within the time window and even called ahead, he was so professional and helpful. Within 48 hours Amber had helped me get financing information and someone out to install. Tom and Jonathan installed and they were so professional and patient with me and my loud dog! They did an amazing job and as a whole they turned a nightmare of a situation into a breeze!

My heat went out on Sunday evening. Fry came out on Monday to check out my furnace. Mark is the technician that came out. After trying to fix it by replacing a part he determined that the heat exchanger was bad and that the furnace should be replaced. He immediately got on the phone to order the new furnace and got the installation scheduled for Wednesday. Tom and Erick were the installers and they did a wonderful job including wearing masks, putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after they were done.

They explained everything to me and made sure everything was working properly when they left. On Thursday I thought there was a problem with the blower on the furnace and called Fry. They arranged to schedule a technician visit on Friday. Matt came out on Friday and thoroughly examined the furnace and explained that the blower was working properly.

He then went above and beyond to find out the problem. He was very thorough and didn't leave until he had figured out the solution. He was amazing and I really appreciated him doing that. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and resonable prices.

Fry Heating and Cooling, were exceptional to work with. I had absolutely no heat, the technician Larry diagnosed the problem immediately and got it fixed and running.thank you so much! Fry Heating and Cooling is the best. Called on a Thursday morning and they had someone out that afternoon. My technician, Austin Suiter, is absolutely the person you want addressing your issues. He was very courteous and professional in every way. Took care of my problem in a timely manner. This was my first experience with Fry Heating and Cooling and it won't be my last. I've already recommended Austin to several family members and I know they'll be just as satisfied as I am.

We were able to get someone on the phone at 7:30am on the first business day after New Years, and the coldest day of the season, for a sudden furnace failure. The service tech, Adam got here before 9:30, and took care of the problem promptly. We are back up and running. He had the necessary parts in the truck. He did a wonderful job. I recommend Adam and Fry very highly

Austin was able to arrive within 1 hour of my call. He was friendly, professional and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. They came to check my furnace because the chimney was blocked. They came and did a safety check and made sure the furnace was working properly after this happened. Chris came and checked everything and reassured me. He was very kind and thorough in his work. They also came out very quickly because I had to turn my furnace off and it was very cold outside. They're always just a phone call away. I've had this service since I've owned my home and I've always had good service! I would recommend them to anyone!

Austin initially came out as my heating unit was pushing out cold air. After his initial resting we found the unit was just old and that a new system would correct the issue. I worked with Amber and Dan to schedule an install and get the right unit for my home. Jesse and Jonathan came out to install and were both very professional. They kept the area tidy and did a wonderful job with the install. I even have them set to come back out about my AC when it warms up again.

Chris was great. Very impressed so far but need more work to complete so didn't give 5 stars. Also why I didn't give good quality, value since work isn't complete yet, not positive how it will turn out. First time user though and would highly recommend this company. Service: Repair HVAC

Larry was honest, polite and professional. Really appreciate the turnaround time and professionalism all away around. Highly recommended. I also needed a plumber for a rental property and Cameron fixed a leaking kitchen sink. He went to the hardware store and replaced the part and was very helpful and polite. It was also extremely easy to pay on my device. Thank you!

We needed to replace our entire HVAC system - not only was the estimate one of the lowest our sales rep didn't try and sell us a system that was too large for our square footage. The installers were friendly timely and our sales rep showed up on the day of installation o make sure the project was moving along and the installation didn't have any problems. The best part is we are already reaping the benefits of a more energy efficient system. Thank you Fry!

Fry has been our Heating and Air Conditioning company for well over 25 years. They deliver good service. I called less than 2 weeks ago, and set up a time to have our new furnace inspected for the Fall season (We bought a Guardian (York) Furnace and AC unit, directly from Fry, and installed by Fry. (January this year)). We follow Fry's recommendations and have our furnace checked, before the winter weather gets cold, and again every spring the AC is checked.

The Fry Service Tech (Chris) called at about 10:45, and said he was running ahead of schedule, and was in the neighborhood, and could he do our Fall Furnace inspection now. (Originally scheduled 1pm). He was here in 5 mins, said he remembered a little about the house, and complimented us on our new furnace. Chris went right to work, removed covers, checked the air filter ("change in the spring"), check wiring, circuits, Voltage, drain tubing, condensation well and pump. Tested the furnace for a cycle, and said "everything looks good, has she been working well for ya?" (Told him we're very happy with it!

And it was a good price!) He was done in less than an hour. Then he thanked us for being a customer, put his tool bucket in his Van, and emailed a service invoice before he left the driveway, on to his next service call. We highly recommend Fry Heating and Air Conditioning, for all home Heating and AC needs. Thanks Fry, see you in the Spring!

Great service, great support! Always keep customer at the top of mind - they even wore booties when they came into my house to keep my floor clean. I definitely recommend!

Had to hold the guys hand all the way through the no heat call. He didn't even know how to check for power so he threw a whole bunch of sparks everywhere. Then tried to tell me it was going to cost $800 to change out a induced draft blower motor.

We Love FRY HEATING! 25+ Year Customers, not 1 Complaint! They serviced our previous furnace, and now our Heat Pump/AC! We love the Fall and the Spring Checkups, to prepare us for the seasons! We highly recommend FRY, and will be customers for life of our home!

Excellent craftsmanship, very punctual and top notch to deal with.really not much more to ask of any service oriented business. The best it gets as far as I am concerned. If your heater (in my case A/C) is broke, these are the guys to call.
