I waited five days for this company to come look at my air conditioner. I took off work the morning of the appointment, which was confirmed two days earlier. I was on a conference call while waiting for them to arrive, when they left several messages. When I was able to call them back, they told me the technician moved on to another appointment because I didn't answer the phone. Then I got hung up on by Tina. At no point was I told the appointment needed to be confirmed again the same morning. TERRIBLE customer service.

Fantastic company. I called this morning because my heat was not turning on. The female who answered the phone was very polite. I called around 8:15am and a technician arrived to my home within 30 minutes. The technician Kyle was very nice and answered every question I had. Kyle solved the issue with my furnace and explained everything as he was servicing my furnace so I would be informed and in the loop. Kyle replaced my air filter and cleaned my furnace by vacuuming all the dust and wiping everything down with a disinfectant wipe. I had a great experience!

Had a part on my heater go out and within 24hrs., they had a replacement part installed and got my heat back on. Couldn't be any happier and would highly recommend to anyone who needs their services. Services: Heating maintenance, Repair heating system

This company was used to install the heating and air conditioning in the house we bought that was gutted and redone due to a house fire. One of our upstair rooms has zero air flow. It is hotter than heck in the summer and there is not flow right now with the heat on. We have had them out a couple times this summer to investigate the problem and it was discovered that the duct work was missed going to that room.

They supposedly installed the duct work but There is still no air flow going to the room. Now we are told it is our responsibility to fix the problem which could be a few hundred dollars. We will never recommend this company nor will we use them to fix future problems. They claim that everything had to be put back exactly the way it was (because that's how insurance claims work) prior to the fire but the house was gutted and there are new things in the house that weren't here before the fire so it can't be exactly like it was. We have now contacted a different company to service our furnace and we will ask them to do future work on our heating and air conditioning needs.

Shane and Josh were excellent in their service, friendliness and timeliness they installed the REME HALO air purification system in our home and we are very happy with the purchase. Everyone I had contact with was very responsive and installation was literally a day or two after my initial contact. Thanks!

First of all Becky is fantastic who answers the phone! She is always friendly, helpful, & personable! All the techs are great! Mike Stewart came out and was very helpful & professional! He also took time to show me what I needed to do with my furnace! I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them as they give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had a problem with our zone system for many years. Multiple companies have come out over the years. It was Mike from Maumee Valley who came out. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed the problem. It wasn't an easy job. He was here multiple days working on it. Heat now works great. I'm guessing the air conditioning will too. I definitely recommend Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning. Great service, fast, and affordable! lost heat right as the snow started falling, they were out ASAP to assess the situation. We needed a new furnace fast! They loaned us a couple electric heaters so we didn't freeze in the meantime. showed up right on time, got it in quickly, set it all up and everything's warm again! Just in time! these folks are wonderful!

I am writing to recognize two of your employees, Mike and Bryan. They installed a new dryer vent at our house and i am confident that no other company could have completed the job any better. They both, not only have the knowledge to do their jobs, but also have the necessary people skills to represent your company in a very positive manner.

Furnace is clean & working. They were honest & friendly. I have an old furnace & have been pressured before to get a new one. They gave me no pressure & did what needed to be done. I will have them back anytime.

They were polite and informative from the moment I called for an estimate until the time they left after installation. I had called several companies to find out if our a/c was fixable and if we had adequate ducting in our house. I also wanted the furnace looked at as it runs almost constantly in the winter. I had 2 companies not call me back, another company that was EXTREMELY rude when I called and the last company did come out, but rushed in and out making me feel as if they had no time for my questions. Brian came out, looked at everything I had asked for, explained everything to me in great detail, and made me feel like they actually cared if they got our business.

The office staff, especially Becky, went above and beyond to address everything I needed and wanted. The installation crew was professional, had my a/c and furnace replaced in one day including adjusting and replacing piping. They too went above and beyond. If I could give them all a kiss, I would. It was definitely the right choice to go with Maumee Valley and I would recommend them to everyone.
