Had a scheduled visit from Air-Plus to change my filters today. Coleman and Mikey were the technicians and I must say I was impressed with both these young men. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I deal with a lot of people and I truly appreciate a positive attitude to go with the professionalism. I would add that Charity, the young lady who schedules our service calls, is always cheerful and helpful, even when I'm a pain in the neck. I highly recommend this company. RJD

Bruce and all his workers were great and I would recommend them to anyone. I recently replaced a furnace and AC with Air-Plus and found all of them to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were on the job site within a few days and had the job finished in a very timely fashion. They were also willing to take the extra time to track down a wiring issue from the previous installer to make sure everything was working as it should.

Air-Plus Cincinnati is amazing! Our 35 year old furnace had a crack and therefore needed to be shut down on a Friday. Bruce was very responsive on the phone and through text about our situation, even replying to our many questions after 10:00 at night. He wasn't available to come out on Friday afternoon, but the owner, Rob came out and checked everything out and even offered to let us borrow heaters for the weekend.

They came Monday morning to install our Carrier furnace and we had heat by that evening! Bill and Dave stayed late just so we didn't have to go another night without heat. Bill and Dave came back the next day for the final touches on the furnace and installed a new A/C unit too (it was also 35 years old!). Bruce and Rob gave us a very good and reasonable estimate on the furnace, AC system, iWave air purifier, and several other necessary products.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their workers! Bill and Dave were great! They arrived early in the mornings, very respectful with keeping things clean and the installation was went smoothly with all the updates of our very old units. Andrea registered all of our new products (all 5 of them) and also sent us an email and a hard copy of all of the serial numbers, model numbers, the coverage of the warranties, and their end dates!

I really liked it when they mentioned they are extremely meticulous in making sure everything is set up properly to work efficiently. and it showed in the quality of their work. I have nothing but good to say about Air Plus Cincinnati. We used them to replace our 30 year old Carrier furnace and AC. It was still running but the parts were discontinued so we didn't want to get stuck in the dead of winter or blazing summer when it finally died. Some people just go with Trane products but I trust Carrier and really all the parts are basically made in the same factories.

All my research showed that the installation makes the biggest difference in reliability (properly sizing the new unit to your ducting size, nitrogen brazing to avoid debris inside your system from the install, etc). Bruce, the sales rep, was excellent. He spec'd out our new system for a extremely good price. None of their competition would even answer my calls to get comparison quotes so I priced out all the parts from a distributor who only sells to HVAC companies (I might have posed as one.shhhhhh) and Air Plus's install price came in lower than I could have to just buy the parts. Granted, my prices were piece meal instead of bulk, but still Air Plus then even threw in a free humidifier for the furnace.

I was sold. Bill and Dave were very friendly, on time, and did the install with every attention to detail (my lousy camera pic doesn't really do it justice). They had to reroute ducts and install the air intake/exhaust pipes through the brick since the old system didn't have it. They even added extra mounts that the original system didn't have. They left the place cleaner than they found it. You can't go wrong with Air Plus.

Air Plus installed an air unit, furnace and water heater in 2019. They offered the best price of the three bids we received. The high efficiency unit has worked great for the last two years saving us money. We decided to go with a ductless heating and cooling system for a back room and upstairs addition which had no duct work and relied on ac window units and electric baseboard heat. Dave and Bill worked tirelessly on a two day install, they showed up each morning at their estimated time, their work was flawless and very professional. They took extra precautions with drop clothes and shoe covers and left their work areas spotless at the completion of the job.

Air-plus was fast, on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with all my questions. He was able to improve the efficiency and stability of my furnace without trying to upsell me on parts and services. He also cleaned up after himself leaving the area nicer than when he found it. I will definitely be using them to upgrade our system in the near future when the time comes to retire our ancient Franken-furnace (which is almost eligible to get the Senior discounts at local restaurants).

We had Air-Plus install a Rinnai tankless water heater. They changed out our older conventional water heater tank. Man these guys did an 5 star job, our salesman Bruce did an amazing job with all my questions and concerns. On Install day Lee & Justin where on time, professional, and they took their time. They asked questions during the install that would have made a difference in our day to day life after the fact, that I'm not sure other installers would have taken the extra time to. I just had Tech Jeremy out for maintenance on my AC and heat pump and he was excellent as he answered all my questions and worked with alacrity and tremendous people skills which is important to me. I have been with Air Plus for at least 10 years and they have always been very good to work with and I speak with authority as 40 years traveling the country for my job I dealt with copious contractors. I mean it sincerely when I state they have always been very good. Pat

Great service, reasonably priced and super nice and informative tech. Left a bit of a mess that took just a minute or two to vacuum up but will definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are only about the money and don't care about the quality of their products or making sure the customers are satisfied. They use Amana brand products which is the worst brand to put in a home that has people living in it.

Charles, Mike & DJ all exhibited excellent professionalism, kept the house as clean as possible, made a couple useful suggestions (duct cleaning, etc.) and everything is working as expected. I would recommend your company to any friends in need of your services!

The technician made several trips to our home to correct our problem. He stayed in contact during the time it took to correct the problem. We had been told by another company that we either needed a new furnace or a $1000 fix. You guys pointed out and demonstrated this simply wasn't the case.

Have used them twice now. Once to fix an electrical mistake by another HVAC company and recently to do a tune up. Have had no problems. Haven't felt like they are trying to fix what's not broken and rip you off like others will.
