Installation was good but follow up service is terrible! At first we received good service then it dwindled and now I can't even get through to the 520-760-5004 phone number. The service that is supposed to watch to make sure our system is working has never worked correctly. I contacted them and they said it was up to H2O to get us running. Last time someone came out he said he would replace the modem type box in the garage that could contact the watch service and then never came back.

This was a significant investment and now we are getting high electric bills and I cant get anyone to help me. I feel like we were totally taken and like we have no where to turn for assistance/help. If there were less than 1 star I would rate them that for follow up service, communication, customer care. I'm wondering what good the warranty is when we can't even get in touch with H2O.

This is a great company, and they did a wonderful job installing my solar. I would give them 5 stars if I hadn't had trouble with my connection to the electric company due to a missing placard on the box. It took way too long to get.
