Jason Heid and his team were great to work with. They were happy to make adjustments to our plan a few times until we got it just perfect. He built us a beautiful pool house for our backyard. 4 years ago we had DFW Creative Homes build a brick retaining wall with 1 column, within a few months the wall began to fall. Now the wall is about to collapse and the column is falling. For 2 years I have emailed, called and contacted them on Facebook with NO REPLY.
