Regency Quality Construction

Beware of using Regency Quality Construction for any remodeling needs. Elizabeth Anderson maybe knowledgeable and more reasonable, but working with her company has been a disaster. Unfortunately, Elizabeth has a very limited crew and relies on subcontractors to do the job. Our project was wrought with delays, no project oversight, lack of attention to detail, no proper permit was filed for an addition inside the home, and items were ordered late or not at all.

The list goes on. Elizabeth collected a hefty deposit & then sent an email stating that she would not be able to complete the project. We have tried to contact her several times for a partial refund of our deposit. She does not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. Unfortunately, our only recourse is to file a complaint with the BBB & pursue legal action.

We cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth Anderson and her staff. We accepted her bid on July 22, 2020 and on August 19, 2020 she had completed an extensive list of projects. The staff of her professional people replaced all upstairs carpet, stripped stairs of carpet and added wood stair treads on steps to match the first floor wood flooring.

They also added barn door to jack and jill bathroom, changed all existing stoppers in tubs and sinks, replaced four toilets to chair level height, removed a tub from guest bathroom and replaced with walk in tiled shower with glass sliding doors. Added additional electrical power light and power plugs to theater room and garage. Elizabeth's presence at our home was a big deal to us. Elizabeth was there to help, aid and assist her people. She gave us a firm bid showing she had done her homework, no surprises. Thank you Elizabeth and your staff.

I cannot say enough good about Regency and its owner, Elizabeth Anderson. I had hit my house with my car (really) and retained an initial contractor, who was hard to work with and who gave me long timelines. After complaining, they "fired" me. I found Regency through the BBB website, and Elizabeth came out the same day and assessed the job. She had me a new window within two weeks, whereas the other contractor gave me six weeks.

She had the window in time for us to go on vacation. She regularly updated me on status, told me who was coming out and when, and what they would be doing. After each step she personally inspected the progress, and was personally involved in the work. After such a traumatic experience, I am 100% thrilled with the results and my house is 100% back to its pre-accident condition. No contractor was sent out who was not detailed, quick, and precise. Please, if you need help, hire Regency. You will be totally satisfied.

We couldn't have been more pleased with Elizabeth and her crew. Aside from being very professional, they go the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied. Her crew is dedicated and hard working, and takes no shortcuts. They made our dream master bedroom and bathroom come to life.

Our family has used Regency Quality Construction for all of our home improvements needs and major renovations since 2000. The second floor game room addition to our home turned out beautifully, complete with intricate woodwork bannisters and wood floors. The master bath renovation with the tall vaulted ceilings and super glued on wallpaper could have proved disastrous.

I've now used Regency for three different projects. The company has an excellent staff of quality oriented tradesmen. They are timely and consistently on budget. The craftsmen are careful of furniture and floors, always laying coverings and cleaning up at the end of each day.

I have used this company on and off at my home for the past 4 years for various items. They have always done a good job and made certain I was satisfied with the work. Pricing is competitive. When they come out to look at the job, they have many good suggestions. They are honest and hardworking.

My wife and I have been planning to remodel two of our bathrooms, kitchen, and add a covered patio for a couple of years now. We were not sure who to go with and got estimates from several other companies over the last year and half, but we just did not feel comfortable with many of them.
