Once again I cannot express the fantastic and beautiful work Mike's Guy did in our new home. We had no handles on any of the cabinets and Mike's Guy obtained and installed the handles on all the cabinets throughout the house. Shopping around for a remodel and love the way they made me feel welcome. Very professional and you have to watch out for fly by night companies, with 2 guys and a truck, that look real but are not. Will definitely be calling them to start when we are ready.

Have been building plans for our home addition and after meeting with contractors we have decided that we really like Medford Design-Build for this project.

I am really appalled at this company. I called to set up an estimate to repair some damage to my floor (would have to rip out the floor and relay new flooring). The damage occurred due to water coming in from outside. I contacted my insurance company and they agreed to compensate me for the damage. The owner refused to come to give me an estimate, telling me they do not deal with insurance companies.

I explained, the contract would be with me and I would be paying them, the insurance company reimbursing me would not have anything to do with it. They told me they generally do higher end projects and it wouldn't be worth it to fight about payment. Since I explained to them, I would be the one paying. I find it insulting that they would automatically assume I wouldn't pay them their fee.

I had no problem paying my kitchen remodeler the $40K I did when we redid our kitchen 3 years ago, or the $30K bathroom remodel we did last year. But apparently they are worried I may not pay for a simple floor tear up and relay. --I got all of this when I simply called to try and schedule an estimate appointment.

I interviewed three contractors for my project. Of the three, Medford Remodeling was obviously the most qualified - really head and shoulders above the others. My project involved two major load-bearing walls, and while I knew what I wanted to do, I was anxious to find a construction firm that was up to the challenge.

I highly recommend Medford Remodeling for any renovation job. Every worker I dealt with during my bathroom remodel was excellent. The finished product was even better than I had ever dreamed. I am planning on using them for my next project.

Mike and the crew just completed the remodel of our 3 bathrooms. Their work quality was excellent. Craftsman on the team were real pros, very pleasant to work with and maintained a clean job site. Every phase of the job from design, to drywall, to paint and finish out was completed on time with almost zero disruption. If you want to hire pros and get the job done right, I recommend Medford Remodeling, They will be my choice for any future projects.

They are very professional and responsive. I would recommend them, and plan to use them again on another project. They converted our master bedroom and master bath to better than new condition.

They were the absolute best! I would highly recommend the team. They showed great follow-through with everything. Electricians, plumbers, painters, flooring and clean-up crew were taken care of! Fantastic and WILL hire the again for a few more smaller projects! They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before receiving my last payment to them!
