Sorry but every time I needed assistance I could not reach out to no one. I ended up using some one else for a company to come and say to us that they will make sure they can get reach at anytime. definitely very wrong in the field I work in, I have to make sure all repairs are schedule, follow up, assigned, approve estimates but always have communications and to be available for our clients.

Honest! It turns out the repair on my unit was very very simple and didn't require anything new to be purchased. Surprisingly enough they told me that, made a slight adjustment, and went on their way with just the basic service fee. They easily could've told me it was a $500 repair and I would've had no choice but to pay. These people may be the only honest service people in Los Angeles. If you want to be dealt with straight, call them.

Babak and his team are amazing! About a year ago we had a new AC system installed along with new vents and they also installed zoning in my condo. They even provided a new Nest thermostat for free! Forward to today, my gas fireplace was having issues staying on. I called many different companies to come take a look and they all either gave me a 2 month wait time or said they don't work on the fireplace I have.

I thought I'd reach out to Babak(owner) and asked if this is something they work on. He has very honest with me and said they've never worked on fireplaces before, but the mechanics and parts are the same as HVAC systems. A few days later, Edward came out, noticed it was a dirty flame sensor, cleaned it up, and voil! My fireplace is working like a charm! I can't say enough about A/C Control and the team! They go above and beyond. Thank you all.

It is over five years now that A/C Control has been servicing our air conditioning and heating system. We appreciate your prompt and accurate service. We have used A/C Control for HVAC service for several years. A/C Control has replaced my heat/ac package unit which was 30 years old with a new York R-410A unit. The company also replaced three heat pump units for HOA common area. Several of my neighbors have used A/C Control for replacement of 30 year old gas/electric package units. We have all found the level of service, very good.

I originally started my relationship with A/C Control when a piece of my air conditioner compressor broke. I was told by a larger company that is was no longer under warranty and it would cost me over $500 to repair. I called A/C Control for a second quote. They told me it was covered and it cost me less than $200 to repair! Since then I have used A/C for all my heating and a/c needs.

Great courteous service. That's hard to find from a fair priced contractor these days. That's right, fair priced. I was surprised too. They couldn't repair the same day because they needed a part.

I am so unhappy with the owner of AC Control that I write this review to warn others. I contracted them to move my HVAC system from downstairs to the attic. Not only did the workman leave before the work was done, leaving open electrical wires uncovered, threw away a needed pump, didn't install the filtration systems, but he left about $100 worth of his tools in the attic.

I would recommend AC Control to anyone. The AC Control Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them as a 10 for their friendly staff and wonderful customer services.
