They tried to charge me thousands of dollars for an issue that was repaired for only $600 with another company.

CROOKS! Buyer beware - these guys are crooks and incompetent fools. They have no idea what they are doing except when it comes to over billing you. Then they are experts. BE WARNED - DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS! YOU WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY BE SORRY.

These people are scam artists. They break your system so they can sell you another one. Broke my dad's system and refuse to answer a phone call from him because they know he wants a refund. Don't trust them!

As I write this review I am awaiting another company's repairmen to come and assess the damage Kreimer's utterly incompetent workers have done to my house. My attic air conditioner began leaking in a guest bedroom. Since I don't enter that room often I was unaware of the problem until I entered and found water damage to the ceiling, water soaking the bed beneath, and water on the floor.

I called Kreimer AC and they sent out a repairman who claimed that the problem was blockage in the outlet pipe, which he supposedly cleared. When he was done we turned on the AC to see if it was working. He said he would need to return with a drip pan if any overflow occurred in the future. I specifically asked him if it was OK to run the air conditioner before installing the drip pan and he said "Yes" repeatedly.

Two and a half hours later water was pouring through a new hold in my ceiling. I turned off the AC, called and complained to the Kreimer phone person, who said that the technician had told her that he'd fixed the problem but that the AC had to stay off until it was installed. I do not know which one was lying - him to her or her to me - but I stressed that I had been told that I could use the system.

Two days later the repairman returned with an assistant (both speaking broken English) and they installed the drip pan and supposedly cleared out all pipes. This morning, despite having the AC off all night, the drip pan is full and water is flowing down the side of my 2-story house. Whereas before the AC was leaking when it was on, Kreimer had made sure that it leaks when it is also off. THESE PEOPLE TELL ONLY LIES, THEIR PROMISES ARE FALSE, AND THEY WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR HOUSE THAN WHEN THEY BEGIN.

So our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. Havi was able to come out within a few hours notice on a Sunday - and within the expected time frame. He installed a new thermostat.upon realizing that the thermostat wasn't reaching the desired temperature and the fan wouldn't stop blowing, we called back. Havi came out again on the same day - realized the thermostat wasn't installed properly, fixed it quickly and efficiently, apologized and went on their way.

Everyone makes mistakes - was a super minor one with a quick fix! Love the honesty, and the efficiency! To get an HVAC repairman to come out on the same day two days in a row during a heat wave in LA is no small task. Highly recommend.

If everyone could be as customer focused as you, life would be so much easier. Thanks for all your help.

Everything was above and beyond what I expected. To be honest, you cannot beat the services or the people that I have dealt with.

So far my experience with them has been very up front, professional and honest. They were not the cheapest but were reasonable. I'm waiting for them to get a filter part in and will update once that's finished. When another company said it would take a week to get a part in (wrote a review of the other company as well) Kreimer came by to see the necessary part, went to the local store to purchase the motor and had it installed within a couple hours of calling them. I'm pleased they were able to fix it so quickly when another company said it would take 7 days to get the part in.
