Impressive! I called the Eagle Rock Prestige HVAC of for my air conditioner. It seems my indoor air condition needs maintenance. The next day John came in and check the whole system. He was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He includes the whole check up of the system, and tightens electrical connections. He called 30 mins before his arrival. Prices are fair and they stand by their work.

I'm so happy and satisfied with their service. So if I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them 9. Special shout out to the technician name, Mark. So I've been having some trouble for some time with our AC unit. I had no type of clue what was going on. It hasn't blew out any type of air cold or hot. I finally called Eagle rock prestige hvac and man. I can't say enough good things. He some how fixed it and and got it going again. He said it was some type of electrical problem. Whatever it is? I'm happy it's working again.

I highly recommend them with all my fixing uppers. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in the work he does! Very nice person and a great company to get service from! Highly recommend it if anyone is around the area that needs any fixing or replacing units!

I had them over to inspect our old (1998) central A/C unit. The technician determined it was very low on coolant, due to a leak in the system. Because it is so old, it uses Freon which is not available for much longer, so it is more economical to replace the system with a new, energy-efficient one.

Well, this is the best HVAC repair company I've ever dealt with. We had our HVAC system repaired and some other things on it checked out. These guys came out in 2 days to do work on our heating and cooling system. The technicians worked on everything right then and there. The charge was reasonable and the work was just excellent according to my husband.

They even walked my husband through, showing him what they were doing and the repairs that were made. Just superb work. AC repair work can actually be very costly but this was just great. A fine HVAC job, and we were very happy. They do air conditioning repairs, furnace installation, work on the heating and cooling system, you name it. I have decided to have a routine heating & cooling check yearly. So that way our system will last a long time. We shall stick with these folks. Thank you!

HVAC companies can be difficult to work with. They can be disorganized or make you feel like you aren't a special customer. With my line of work, I am very rarely in my home during normal business hours. I am stuck having to call and schedule repairs on weekends, and we know what that entails - a 3-5 hour window where I am stuck waiting for someone who may or not be on time.

It stinks. However, I tried calling this HVAC company and was pleasantly surprised by their level of flexibility. They offered me either a weekend service package or a weekend consultation visit for work done during the week while I was out of the house. I thought these were great ideas, so I tried the weekend consultation for a new furnace. The technician was timely and very professional.

He was only here for 15 minutes before he had all the information he needed. He left and the very next visit he had a new furnace installed and running. I could not be happier with such a high quality service and will definitely use them again in the future.
