This Company came out promptly and the charge for a maintenance call was less than other companies. But when I asked if they would adjust the temperature, the technician quoted me $500 dollars for the adjustment on top of the maintenance charge. I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing. They charged more for the maintenance call, but they adjusted the temperature at no charge which took about two minutes. I feel like this company intended to take advantage of me. I would never call them again.

They inspected the ac unit. The computer brain of the AC was blown from the incorrect circuit so they increased the voltage on my electrical panel, replaced the AC computer brain, and required the system within the AC on the roof on top of my condo building. I shook satisfied. I had to wait for several months to make this post. All is working well within the four months they rewired. They even cleaned the The outside of the AC unit since it had a lot of dust being outside. Very satisfied. I recommend this company. And I felt the price was green too.

He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it if it happens again. The payment process was easy and through an app. I will call US Comfort again for other services, highly recommend it!

You know the story: August heat wave in Los Angeles, Tuesday at 8pm A/C quits working. I started calling around first thing Wednesday morning, mostly it was "next week" or, at best "tomorrow". Then I called US Comfort, and within minutes Elias called back and said he could come fix my system between 2pm and 6pm THAT SAME DAY. Sure enough, at 1:30 he called back and said he would be there in 45 minutes, and lo he drove up in his well equipped truck and spiffy uniform at 2:15, crisply and efficiently outlined the repair options and costs, then got to work- impeccable craftsmanship house is already cooler by 4pm :) Also, he adroitly dealt with the previously unnoticed wasp nest (and the inhabitants thereof) in the shutoff box- no extra charge!

The estimate approval, invoicing and payment process was conducted electronically- no paperwork. Truly a paragon of professionalism and superlative service that I recommend without reservation. and a life saver for my older (rescued) pugs, who can't take off their fur coats

The AC in my apartment went out one day that it was over 100 degrees. I googled AC repair nearby and US Comfort responded quickly and even came out the same day! The person that came to repair it was so knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Elias is amazing! My AC unit completely crapped out in my business and he was able to replace the entire unit on really short notice. He said it would take 2 days but he worked some magic and it only took 4 hours. His prices are really good and his level of care to the job he does is top notch. He will forever be my HVAC guy. I cant highly recommend him enough! He also took away the old unit which was massive. I didn't even have to ask. THE BEST!

I researched A/C solutions for weeks before finding US Comfort. Small industrial space. No windows. Elyes walked in, thought about the problem and in minutes--problem solved. It was ingenious, no other A/C company was able to figure out how to mount a unit without taking up valuable floor/wall space, not to mention there was no place for the drainage to go.

There is a lot of extra space in the basement of my house. I got the idea to put some simulators there, in order to stay in shape, but the standard vacuum system was not enough to create comfortable conditions there. The air has always remained too damp in the basement, and it was uncomfortable to be there. I decided to consult with specialists in order to find out how to solve this problem in the right way. Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning advised me to install ventilators, which will create an additional air circulation, and I liked this idea. Everything was at the highest level: they worked cleanly and quickly. The most important that it is much more pleasant to be in the basement now. I am very pleased, thank you.

My air conditioner no longer provided cold air. I called Elias, and he said that he could come in the evening. But I could not meet him in the evening, so he came the next morning, Elias conducted various tests and quickly identified the problem (faulty electrical connectors) and repaired everything. Diagnosis and repairs took less than an hour. The air is good enough and cool again. As for the price, I thought it was very reasonable. Elias is a very nice guy. If you need a HVAC repair, call Elias. I'm glad that I found him.

I had an old Sears A.C. central air ground unit in my house from the 60s and it just wasn't up to par anymore. I called US Comfort about getting a new system installed and Elyes suggested a roof unit and we went over some options and we found one that was well within my price range. He set up the roof for the unit as well as got a crane in to install it.

Instead the duct work was repaired and he got rid of the old unit. All the work was done very quickly and professionally. I would send anyone over that I know who need a A.C. work over to them in a heart beat.

Elyes was great. He came next day to look at my AC issue, gave me a list of options to fix my problem and some other suggestions on how to increase the energy efficency of my house. He fixed the AC unit, and blower and insulated my attic. The work was fast, the workers were friendly and it made a big difference to the performance of my system.

I needed some routine maintenance done on my home AC unit and it was not shutting off after reaching desired temperature inside and Elias not only came out the same day to fix the problem but came back the next day and did the maintenance with such professionalism and was very nice and did not inflate the quote. After the work the AC needed some adjustments and Elias responded to my text immediately at 645am and was at my home a few hours later to make the adjustment. A plus class work and a great price. I highly recommend Elias and the company for any work needed. Excellent customer service.

I was having trouble with my 5 ton air conditioning unit I called Elias at US comfort and he came over within 24 hours. He pin-pointed where the problem was, in the compressor, in the end he fixed what only needed to be done keeping my costs down.

We have used Elias on two homes and recommended him to friends who have also used him. Every experience has been very good. Elias stands behind his work and has even come back and fixed problems that were created by others. We had a property management company use someone else (a big name company), unbeknownst to us, to service a system that Elias installed in a rental house.

They completely messed it up. When tenants changed and we found that the system wasn't working, Elias came and showed me all the places that the other company had improperly removed filters, disconnected safety features etc. On our principal residence we also had a big name company that services the retirement community where we have friends and relatives (we had temporarily los Elias' number), again the big name company messed up our system, we found Elias' number and he came and fixed the problem.

Highest recommendation. Elias is honest and extremely thorough. He manages EVERY aspect of the job. He based his bid on what he felt our house needed, not a like-for-like replacement. Elias was great at diagnosing my hot water problem in our house after a misdiagnosis from another plumber. He saved us approx. 10K to 15K as the original plumber wanted to repipe the entire house when the problem was just the tankless unit itself.
