Update: June 23, 2002 After multiple different technicians came and said there was a problem with some sort of mother board and telling us it won't be here until sometime in August, Mr. Jeff (I think he is a warranty technician) has us with cold air now. He came two weeks ago and found that there was a leak. At that time he went ahead and put refrigerant in so we could at least get a few days of air conditioning.

He also came back today, I requested he come himself, and did a full leak test, found multiple leaks and repaired them, refilled the refrigerant, and we now have really cold air again. I cannot thank him enough for being able to get the AC to work because it has been very hot outside and the tiny window unit I was using was not cutting it. Also, Jeff was very friendly, polite, and respectful and he took the time to explain things clearly when I came out to ask questions.

If you're air conditioning isn't working well, get a hold of this business and ask for Jeff. He will get you squared away. We have been trouble with our air conditioner and heater for months. It was previously supposed to have been repaired but still didn't work. Craig came and took the time to really troubleshoot it and found the issue and spent a lot of time trying to track down parts that were needed. Craig was very professional and friendly and played fetch with my dog for a long time and that was super cool. 10/10 would recommend this company and specifically Craig to come and figure out what the problem is with your HVAC system.

Can you give lower than a one star review. I contacted surfin plumbers in October of 2021 and still dont have the work done. Turned my half bath into a full bath. The story is long so the complaint list is: When you call the number you go to a call center.it has taken a month each time to get a call back. Within the quote they missed items and then still charged me.

The things in the quote such a chrome fixture and switch them to black fixture they are not willing to work with you. Not installing to valve stem in the shower assembly and cold water then bled into my hot water line. Loved taking cold showers for a month in December. When they installed the wrong fixtures they want to charge me to fix their mistake. I could go on but I will not waste another minute of my time on this company and I hope you do the same and stay far far away.

Craig has done an amazing job and i would recommend asking for hin he is very knowledgeable and he walked me through everything he was doing. I highly recommend asking for craig and he signed ne up for there club kahuna membership.

Craig did an amazing job very professional and respectful he helped me under What exactly he was doing with the unit and the problems I had with the service I highly recommend asking for Craig when you go with this company.

Please have supervisor call me. I missed my flight because this is the 3rd time a scheduled appointment has been missed. I was with the supervisor when we scheduled and he clearly communicated my need for the timeframe to be hit. This was not the tech fault as we reviewed the notes and this was not mentioned. I. Addition some of the work needed was not done nor put on the work order. Please call me to discuss

The fan on my furnace was very noisy and seemed to run all the time. William found the problem and fixed it. Very impressed with this knowledgeable young man. Very polite and kind and explained just what was wrong. He then went on to fix the problem I was having with my garbage disposal. Very pleased with the service I received today, and will feel very comfortable calling on them again if need be.

Chris was absolutely fantastic! What an asset. I loved Chris and even my dog loved Chris (and he doesn't always like strangers!) My husband has dementia and Chris was able to communicate with him and make him feel comfortable throughout the service call.

Ellis was simply a terrific technician! He was incredibly polite and engaging and obviously very technically skilled in analyzing and diagnosing what for us was a very frustrating situation You should be very proud to have a technician of his skill and integrity working for your company. He deserves recognition for an outstanding job done!

I had a water heater installed last week by two of your technicians. I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were and was very satisfied with their performance.

Arrived on time, as promised. Technician educated me, and did not try to sell me. Offered better products & lower pricing than three other plumbing companies offered. They are installing a tankless hot water heater for less that others quoted for a large tank heater.

Have used them several times. First rate every time, Tom has been my main guy but all have done good work!

Tom at Surfin' Plumbers is our go to guy subject matter expert. Bought a 73 year old flipped house that was a total train wreck. Surfing Plumbers did a major overhaul. The foundation guy who saw the job afterward said it was some of the nicest work he's seen.

We had a middle of the night call and wanted to let you know how very happy we were with your technician. The first thing we noticed was that his hands were clean. He was very professional and knew his work. Hold onto that boy! I've seen it all in my 82 years and that's a good boy!

I had them repair a dripping faucet, it cost me $230 for like 10min work. What worse is that after 3 days, it starts dripping again, and they refuse to honor the warranty. The guy was like 30 min late, in the middle of the day without any traffic too.
