Terrible. Left to get a part for over an hour, and billed us the $90 hourly rate for it. Did he go have lunch? Who knows! Replaced hose hydrant and now it leaks under the house! I hope you don't get Jeff.

I selected Jack Ward Plumbing after doing some research and reading the positive reviews on Yelp so I'm disappointed by the experience I had. Particularly 3 issues and the lack of follow-up or resolution.

It seems these guys know how to do plumbing, but just don't care. They left a half - done job and a mess, and told me they were finished. I had to bring them in four more times before they finished, three weeks late.
