Very disappointed. I heard nothing but good about Arrow Roofing. Got an estimate on 4-26-2022 to repair a leak around my chimney. Was told it would 2 maybe 3 weeks. I have called the Office, left a message on Mike's phone. No return call. Emailed Robert, no reply, called got a hold of Robert and was told he was going to try and get out by the end of the week. that was 3 weeks ago. It is now June 26, and still no show.

We had storm damage and dealt with other companies before taking to Trenton with Arrow roofing. The other companies over promised and just couldn't deliver. Trenton came through when other companies couldn't and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Trenton worked well with my insurance company and was very knowledgeable, polite and professional every step of the way.
The best part is, he was a man of his word, he showed up and did what he said he was going to do, which is a rare trait to have these days! I even recommended him to a close buddy of mine and he has had the same experience with him so far. If your looking for a roofing/ siding / gutter company, look no further, Trenton is the man to go with for sure. Thank you guys for everything!

Trenton and his team from Arrow Roofing were exceptional! After storm damage, my insurance covered a new roof and Trenton took the reigns once I choose them as my contractors. He communicated directly with my adjuster, fought for extra repairs (approved) and went the extra mile for over the top customer service! He was very communicative and responsive at all times, with sincere kindness and politeness. Arrow's crew sent to my home was professional, on time and was sure to remove the old roof and place the new one with little to no mess.
They cleaned the yard, the porch and the driveway and went out of their way to be sure of no nails or scraps. I am very happy with my choice in choosing Arrow Roofing. I recommend Arrow for all your roofing needs!
